After buying and returning several pairs of hiking boots, this Asolo is what I finally decided on. for you ladies who need more room in the toe box, plus arch support this boot has you covered. I've hiked in them 3 times already and no hot spots. And, did I mention? They're totally cute.

I have owned several Asolo hiking boots and shoes, and by far they are the most comfortable things to walk in when on the trail. I have two of this particular style, because the colors are so lovely for such a rugged boot! They run true to size and I can wear them on a hike right out of the box, no hotspots anywhere on my feet! My very first pair of Asolos are now a decade old, still in amazingly excellent condition, and keep my feet warm and dry. I do daily five mile hikes out of doors in semi-rugged terrain, and have worn these on mountain trails as well. If you're not walking on ankle-twisting terrain but still want great traction, support, and comfort in lighter footwear try the Asolo Outlaw GV shoe. I have four pairs! I have "average" feet, not wide or with any arch issues, and wear my usual 9.5 in all styles of Asolo.

Finally! A boot that fits my narrow heel and wide bumpy toes! PRICEY but fits. Also much stiffer than Keens I have been wearing, but comfortable nonetheless.

Amazing boots. Light weight, great support. I am using them in all elements and my feet stay warm and dry. I wear a thick pair of socks and my feet are very comfortable. That's why I think they might run a 1/2 size big. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a tough, stylish boot that you can use to jump, run, tromp through snow, mud and water. I'm impressed.
