This is my first pair of Teva's and I was hoping that I would love them since I got them at a good price. I see people wearing them all the time so I figured they must be comfortable. I purchased these for a cruise, but wore them to break them in while shopping. The insole is rough, but I figured I would get used to it, nope. By the end of my 3hour shopping trip, my feet hurt me so bad. As soon as I got home off they went. I'm not going to give up though, they are still going into my suitcase.

I was disappointed with the sandal overall. The footbed was rough and the straps rubbed and gave me blisters. The overall look of the sandal was not as modern and stylish as I was expecting and they didn't seem suitable for travel (I don't think I could have walked very far in them) or outdoor activities.

Wanted to like these but don't. The ankle strap is too short to go around my average sized ankles comfortably. They went back!

I bought the original Teva over 20 years ago when we first started rafting. I haven't been able to find a replacement in the recent past, so nobody was happier than I when I saw the original Teva was back! However, I am sadly disappointed in their performance as a river shoe used by rafters. The material stretches out too much when they get wet and does not hold your foot in place when hiking. Also, there is no spider rubber on the bottom to grip the rocks. It is a cute shoe and is best suited for walking around town, but it is not a good sandal for rafting. It does not go from swimming in the river to hiking canyon trails like some of the past Teva products I have used. Teva, please improve this wonderful concept to make it actually usable on the river!

I bought the original Teva over 20 years ago when we first started rafting. I like the strap that goes in between your toes. I have not been able to find a replacement in the recent past, so nobody was happier than I when the original Teva came back! The color choices are very cute and stylish. However, I was very disappointed in their performance as a river shoe used by rafters. The material stretches out too much when they get wet and the shoe no longer stays on your foot. There was a intermediate version of the original sandal that had a double Velcro closure system, and this is what these new originals also need. I got stuck in river mud, and the shoe came right off. Also, there is no Spider Rubber on the bottom to grip the rocks. This shoe does not go from swimming in the river to hiking the canyon trails like other Teva products I have had. These sandals are best suited for walking around town and other applications where they will not get wet. Teva, please re-design this concept into something more usable on the river!

I am a size 7.5 and ordered a 7. The shoe was HUGE. I had about 3-4 inches of shoe around my toes. I ordered a 6 since they didn't have half sizing and although the shoe bed fit my foot perfectly, the straps were tight and restricting.
The coral color was really nice and vibrant. Too bad, I am returning them for money back. Not worth it.

As a long-term user of sandals with this type of style, thong in between toes, I can say this one is sewn in the wrong place, making the sandals unusable for me.

I have been a Teva fan you years
I have been a Teva fan you years. As of late, I purchased the Turkish sandal, dont waste your money.
Poorly designed, the sandals "heel" strap will not break in, I have had these damn things for months, "every time" I wear them they tear up the back of my heels.
Boo Teva.
Their traditional sandals use to last for years, you are lucky to get a year!! Come unclued and straps tear.
Boo Teva.
Clearly not the same company standards when they came from AZ.

I was super excited to get these shoes. I am an 8.5 so i bought an 8. When the shoes arrived, the velcro strap heavily dug into my foot. Not thinking much of it, I sent them back for a 9. When the 9 came, the soul fit, however the velcro still pushed into my foot, along with the the toe straps being way too loose. I called costumer service to see if the shoe is adjustable and the woman told me that Tevas don't have this particular shoe on their website, even though I had bought it off of their website only 2 weeks prior. Needless to say this has been one of my least favorite online shopping experiences.

I have purchased two different pairs of this style of tevas the first was through and the second direct from zappos. both pairs of them broke at the center toe strap at less than 30 days of actual days of use.
teva used to make a great product but I would not recommend them any more they are no better than a $5 pair of flip flops.
I'd also recommend:
Chacos if the had a style like this

I do not like the way these fit and they aren't very quick or easy to put on. I bought them for traveling and they're not durable, comortable, or stylish so I have since donated them. Waste of money :(

I would love to return these but unfortunately I bought these before I went on a trip to Australia. So now I'm on the other side of the world with terribly uncomfortable sandals. They're also not quick to put on (awful for the beach). Should have just bought the original sandals. Or Chacos!!

The ankle strap not big enough. I'm an average 135lb but I felt like I had cankles due to the strap being too fitted

Unfortunately these were too tight for a man. Apparently there are no mens sizes. I returned them. However I do appreciate the quick full refund

I purchased this sandal over 20 years ago, in blue, still have them today, but are a much better quality than now. The nylon straps were lot heavier and thicker, making then softer, and they didn't cut into your feet. Teva needs to go back to the heavier more flexible straps. I returned these and purchase the other style sandal that has the straps doubled. Have not received them yet, I hope I don't have to return them also.

I got these shoes specifically for a trip to Universal Studios and ended up returning them. I have a pair of the original shoes too and they are both super disappointing. Both pairs slip and slide off my feet so my heel is hanging off the back. Takes constant readjusting no matter how tightly I adjust the straps. What's the point of buying these shoes for walking if they aren't even good for walking? Might as well stick with tennis shoes.

I bought the shoes for a vacation trip to Cancun. I received them early, broke them in and they were super comfortable and cute. While using them on my trip, in the water they did great but once I was ready to walk around the amusement park they did not have any traction/ grip around wet surfaces and I was slipping and sliding all over the place. I do not recommend the shoes for walking around water parks or water attractions.

I purchased these because they went back to the classic sole- which I loved when they first came out 20+ years ago. Was thrilled to see the flip flop style, which was new to me with the ankle support. I own many flip flop mush style Tevas. Was hoping the ankle strap would provide more support than a normal pair of flip flops. But when I tried on the shoe the ankle strap was super tight, small, not enough strap to adjust it to make it bigger. I have small ankles, so I was very surprised they didn't fit. I could get them around and velcrowed, but it totally dug in to my skin and was cutting off circulation. I also had my teen daughter try them on she wears the shoe size as me with even smaller ankles and she had the same issues. :( I sent them back and am now waiting for the classic sandles. Hoping that will fit better.

I ordered a women's size 9 and was disappointed to find that the band that went around my ankles was too short. It seemed to be out of proportion for a size 9 shoe.

The strap that goes around the ankle folds up where it feeds through the loop for the pieces that attach to the footbed. Also they seem to be sized a little large. I got an 8 which is my usual size and these are so big I could have gotten a 7 probably. Too late to return them because I e already worn them. The strap twisting issue couldn't have been discovered without actually wearing them out for a bit. I strongly dislike these sandals.

I have bought Teva sandals for years and wear them all year round. However these to do not conform to the curvature of my feet. They're just plain flat. The others which have an elevated arch feel as though they were designed for me.

I've worn your sandals for years. However the ones I have purchased have an elevated arch and are made much better. But these I feel are poor quality. They are just plain uncomfortable. I wore them at home for several hours and had to take them off.
