Purchased these based upon sizes from other glove brands. They ended up being too small for my hands. The fingers length was fine, but the overall fit was too tight. Will end up trying an XL to see if the fit is better.

These fit great, but didn't keep our hands warm in the windy February weather. It didn't end up raining as forecasted, so we couldn't tell how they did in wet weather, but we could tell that they weren't warm.

Fits well, slips on and off nicely. Weather is not cold enough yet to tell if these will keep my hands warm. They feel good while on.

XXL? - not true. These double XL gloves are too small. Gloves should be snug but it should not hurt to wear them. My hands are not that big.

One of the best pairs of gloves I've ever owned, if not the best. I wear them riding a motorcycle in below freezing temps and they are great. Many gloves I've tried block the cold, but these block the cold and the wind as well. I can't speak to the waterproofing as much, but in normal rain (aka not a hurricane) they do the job.

Not bad. It kept my hands warm in 35 degree weather. It is waterproof as well.
I'd also recommend:
north face, underarmour.

The materials and workmanship were first class.....the fit was horribly small!! It is a shame that sizes can not be more uniform on online purchasing. Well made....but poorly sized.

I don't know what other reviewers are smoking but these gloves are not as advertised. While they do have a nice comfort to them for being a mid-weight glove they are not waterproof at all. I took these on a trek through Iceland and it rained and snowed a lot. My girlfriend had a pair of waterproof gloves that were like a typical ski glove that kept the hand completely free from the elements. These gloves however are made of a material close to a wet suit. What happens with a wet suit is it soaks up water and the body eventually heats it up which would be nice but the second you take them off they'll get cold and now you have cold wet gloves. They soak up water, not resist water. If you were guaranteed to not have any snow or rain when using these then the gloves would be fine. Otherwise they are not as advertised.

Second pair for my grandson who is a Life Scout. I have purchased these gloves for 3 of my grandsons who are all Life Scouts. They all report the gloves keep their hands warm and they are still able to perform their tasks and skill demos with relative ease. Was very happy with the speedy delivery and somewhat painless (not use to online ordering) ordering procedure. Was most helpful since said grandson needed the next size in " off season."

Purchased these for use on a trip to Patagonia. The weather was wet and cold on the glaciers and they performed great. I would recommend them.

My husband loves these gloves. Right now, he wears them riding his bicycle to work. He's worn them once riding his motorcycle and he says they weren't warm enough for that kind of wind, but that they would be a good first layer. For the material and how thin/comfortable they are, he says they're perfect!

Got these for my husband since it’s hard to find 2XL gloves. They seemed comfortable, but he didn’t care for the fit so they were returned before we could test them out.

Zappos sent the wrong size. I ordered L, got XXL. Liked them otherwise, just too big. Didn't wear them out in the cold at all, so can't comment on warmth.

Neoprene was a poor choice of materials: Tight; but if you order a size up the fingers will be too long. Hard to get hand through wrist. Fingers are stiff. Also, clip connecting gloves is hard to open.
I'd also recommend:

I had tried these gloves on, but in a size XL, at a sporting goods store that I will not mention. The XL was rather tight so I thought I'd check for a bigger size on Zappos and they do carry a XXL. The XXL was no bigger, in fact, seemed tighter than the XL. These gloves fit like a wet suit, SKIN TIGHT with no wiggle room.
