I love these but they fell apart after a few wearings around the house. The top seem unraveled. I exchanged for the exact pair thanks to Zappos' awesome customer service and then exact same thing happened to the next pair. I am exchanging again for a different style. That is so disappointing because I love the style but can not trust them to not fall apart.

Alena is stylish and I loved the high back along the achilles tendon area - so cozy warm while sitting to read or do hobbies, but I won't trade in my coquette slides for these. The rubber sole does not extend all the way out to the edge of the foot bed, so the outer "curve" of the suede slipper will rubs the floor and quickly show wear. Definitely not suitable for a quick step outside to check the mail.

I absolutely love these slippers!! They are so comfy, warm, and cute! I normally wear a 7 in Uggs, but sized up to an 8 after reading reviews that these run small, and I’m glad I did. The 8 is absolutely perfect. Love love love!!

These slippers are shaped like a sled. They are extremely narrow on the foot. The larger size slips in the heel and smaller size feels like I am going to rip them walking in the front. I would hope these stretch, but when I am told these shoes stretch, they do not. They are the opposite reason why many people wear the Ugg boot. Uggs should be wide and flexible. These are stiff and unyielding. I wish they were more comfortable.

I originally ordered Ansley..but they felt low, like they would fall off. I called customer service and he suggested Alena which I wasn't even considering. I wear uggs boots all year round ( old ones for gardening in the summer).. These slippers are just as comfortable and fit the same way. I always go one size up because I have a wide foot. When Alena arrived it felt snug but after a couple of days they fit perfectly...if you love your ugh boots you will love these slippers...perfect for these cold winter mornings and in the summer when the AC is on. One of the best purchases I have made..thanks customer service for a great suggestion.

I am done with UGG since last year they have done something with their sizing of their products. I am between a 10 and an 11 most often with UGG a 11 is what I need because they run small and have always run small. I have several pairs of boots from years ago from UGG all 11. these slippers are a 11 they fit like a 9.

I should have paid more attention to previous reviews...too tight across top even though I ordered 1 size larger than what I usually wear. So sorry the fit doesn't work...beautiful shoe.

Great Ugg slipper, but I'm surprised other reviews did not mention that it runs extremely small! I always take an 8 in all Uggs boots or slippers -- I have 4 pairs -- all are size 8's. These "Alena" slippers that I got for Xmas are 8's and I can barely get them on. Very tight. I am concerned that maybe even a 9 will not work but will send them back and try a 9.

I have worn other models of Uggs, the slip-on styles, that have lasted for years. They were great, but I have a chilly home and I needed a slipper that would keep my ankles warm, as well. The Alena does that quite well! This pair of Uggs is snuggly and bears up under all forms of indoor and outdoor stress. The interior is cushiony and conforms to the shape of the foot. I love them, and I know I will keep them for years.

This style runs super narrow, in a weird way, and I love UGGS I have 4 pairs, but this fit is almost uncomfortable!

I got the tip to order half size bigger than your own size, so then yes! It fits perfectly only if you order half size bigger than your true size. Always love UGG! The comfort and the style...

I LOVE these slippers. I tried on multiple slippers to find the perfect pair and these are the winners by far. I tried Ugg's Dakota (slipped off too easily) and Hailey (not cozy enough), the Minnetonka Sheepskin Ankle Boot (too tight in toes yet loose in heal for me), and LL Bean's moccasins (I was between and 8 and and 9 and couldn't find pair that fit). For reference, I tend to be an 8.5 and the 9s fit me perfectly here. The 8s were much too small. I love how these feel like hugs for my feet. The high back keeps the slipper on the ankle really well and the quality is excellent. I have been wearing them for hours a day for the past few weeks and have had zero issues so far. These slippers bring me so much joy and I really look forward to getting home and slipping them on at the end of a stressful day.

Ok maybe I’m crazy but I have 5 pair of these. They are so comfortable. I love the higher back. I never walk barefoot in the house but don’t wear shoes indoors. These are just perfect.

Had to return them Tight and narrow.

Such a great concept. Not quite a boot, not quite a low slipper. Great to keep warm.

This is my second pair of these slippers and I absolutely LOVE them. If you plan on wearing with socks, I suggest ordering 1 size up (they don't come in half sizes). I'm normally a 6 but ordered a 7. Best.Slippers.Ever. There is a rubber sole, so if you want to wear them out to walk the dog, grab the mail or run to the grocery store, no issue. I just replaced a pair I bought 3 years ago, and I wore them just about every day. Super comfortable, and they keep my feet very warm. I prefer wearing a pair of socks with them, however, so my feet don't sweat into them, which is why I recommend ordering 1 size up. These are by far the best slippers I've ever owned. Easy slip-on, and use indoor or outdoor. Yes, I recommend these shoes.

If you have normal to wide feet, just get your regular size. I have slightly wide feet (not enough to get special shoes, but wide enough so I never get those strappy sandals with one skinny strap across the toes.

Attractive and comfortable. I normally wear an 8.5 but ordered a 9 because of the pile inside. Even so, they are rather short when barefoot, too tight with socks. If you're on the fence, order at least a 1/2 size larger.

These are amazing! They do feel snug the first few times you put them on but Uggs are like that. Then they start to mild to your feet.
