Great shorts! I have worn them under soccer style shorts for jogging. They are very comfortable and give great support. They do ride up a little, but expected when exercising. I have also worn them under a tighter fitting dress/skirt. They give just the right amount of support to smooth everything out. Much more comfortable than other choices. I am 46 years old, 5 10, and 145 lbs. The medium fit just right.

I really like these shorts, the material is nice and the fit is very smooth. The length is perfect and ensures that my thighs don't rub when I do sports or run. I bought them in an L and typically I wear a size 8 in clothes. The waistband is not at all tight and just skims my lower belly. I love these shorts so much I have just bought the black and I am even contemplating buying a 3rd pair.

Got these in Ink/Black/White and as previous reviewer mentioned they are more a dark purple than black, which I love. I got these to scuba dive in and loved them. I got the same shorts in 3" and those I will wear under a wet suit. I usually wear a Medium but got Large since I don't need the compression aspect. Fit perfectly and didn't ride up or get droopy in the water. Dried quickly. Most important, they did not get stuck in the, er, cracks. 5' 6" with average diameter thighs, 31' waist, 36" hips, but an unfortunate flat booty.

I am between a small and medium in running shorts, but I went with a large in these since I have muscular thighs. Very good quality compressions shorts and not see-through. There's a backstory for getting these compression shorts. First off, Zappos is amazing. I originally ordered these in the wrong color. I had ordered Ink/Black/White from my phone, thinking I had selected Black/White. As soon as I got the shorts, I saw that they were purple instead of black. I set up an exchange for the same color (still unaware that I picked the wrong color). After I discovered my error, I immediately contacted Zappos so I could get the right color (Black/White). The first person I spoke to accidentally selected an XL for me so I had to call again. I then did not receive a confirmation email after speaking with the second person. A third person then called me to apologize for the error and to confirm my order. She also changed my "exchange" to a "return" so that I would not be charged for the new shorts because of the trouble. Thank you, Zappos!

Best and most favorite shorts to run in. I may have to buy another pair. So soft and the waist band has just enough stretch without being too tight. Love! Plus the red is hot! Perfect for racing 4th of July runs.

My favorite go-to shorts. They fit exactly as expected. I'll definitely be buying more in different colors.

Love these shorts! The right length and right rise! Finally a short that won't roll down. Just ordered another pair and a pair of 7".

Look great, feel great, fit great. Except. The waist band rolls up immediately and feels like a tourniquet around your waist. Not good.

I ordered these shorts to go with a gold necklace and shirt. They look gold in the picture but they are nothing like the picture. They are a cross between bright orange and hot pink. I hate them and wonder why a major company can't make sure the color matches the picture.
