These are great! I have several sets of Oly shoes: Adidas 2008 Adistars, some VS Athletics, 2 pairs of Reebok CF Oly lifters-these Inov-8 's quickly became my favorites. If you like the foot hugging feel of Inov-8 shoes, you'll love these. Super light, great in the context of a WOD, not as clunky as the Reebok. I needed 1/2 size larger than I wear in F-lite 230's. 12 vs 12 1/2. Easier to do Double unders in these than the Reebok, and just overall a better fitting shoe for me. I'll get a second pair as a spare for sure.

I'm a fan of the Inov8 style fit and these were my first lifters...absolutely love them. They are more for an average to narrow foot. Shoes fit true to size, I wear a 9.5 and bought a 9.5.

I've been a fan of inov-8 shoes ever since I discovered them about 4 years ago. I have owned probably 2 dozen pairs over the last 2 years and will continue to buy them. These are nothing short of amazing! Light comfortable and awesome for oly lifting and squatting. I wear inov-8 for all my crossfit classes and these fit right in. I ordered them a half size larger because of other reviews and didn't need to. I would say fit is same at other inov-8 shoes. Very stable and good grip on the floor.

I wear a 10.5 in Inov-8 195's. The 11 in the fast lift was way too small. Go at least 1 full size up.

Based on the reviews I ordered a half size larger. Item runs true to size, had to return because they were one half size to big.

My second pair of inov-8's, and I love this shoe brands philosophy. Using the natural positon and strike zones of the foot, and lightness. Had these for about a week. GREAT stability while in a lift, superior movement while doing burpies and other CrossFit movements. Unless your running that day, all around great shoe for the box. I'm thinking of buying the f-Lite 225 to match to replace my old pair.

I was concerned about the fit due to a lot of the other reviews on this shoe. I went to Inov-8's site measured according to their directions and ended up with a 9.5 which is what I normally wear. Fit is great, nice wide toe box lets toes naturally splay. No compressibility in the sole as far as I can tell, but still comfortable to walk in. Should be good lifting shoes. Time will tell.

These shoes are awesome, some of the best lifters I've ever had as it's my first pair! I took the advice ordering in a half size up and they fit perfect.

Great lifting shoes. I've been using them once or twice per week when working on olympic lifts (as a supplement to CrossFit). I think they're intended to be used in WODs that combine lifting with other movements, but I haven't done that. I just wear them for lifting, only indoors, and after ~1.5 years they look and feel good as new. Basically, this is a nice lower-cost alternative to some of the more serious lifting shoes out there.

First pair of lifters, and they are awesome. For me the fit was true to size. They are very light, and work great.

Great shoe. Saw a good performance on my lifts. They run about the same as the Reeboks nanos. I have an 8.5 in nanos 4.0 and 3.0. So the 8.5 in fastlifts fits perfectly. The problem I had with these is the toe box is flexible so I had trouble balancing on my split jerk but then again it is a hybrid shoe. Looking to buy the Reebok lifter plus next time since it has a solid toe box. Well, in my opinion this a great beginning lifter shoe. For me it's rather cheap. Heel height for the fastlifts is .65.

Extremely comfortable, originally purchased my normal shoe size yet they were a hair short and my toes rubbed the end. Exchanged overnight and started lifting in them within same week. Zappos is great, thanks for the help and great service.

I love these shoes for doing squats amongst other things. I have tight calves/achilles/etc... and these help to reduce the strain while at the same time keeping your toes as close to the floor as possible. The sole is very thin and quite hard (as it should be. They sadly do not come in a wide (I typically wear a 12-12½ 3E) but the size 13 accommodates me very well. So far they appear to be very well made. As they should considering their price tag. Still if you are lifting often and have problems getting low on your squats or anything else I highly recommend these.

I previously did my Oly lifting in New Balance Minimus shoes which were almost flat. Hence the "minimus." After purchasing these and wearing for about a week, I noticed a tremendous improvement in my stability and lift ability. I would recommend these shoes to anyone that wants to take their Oly lifting to the next level. They are comfortable, strong, and light. They run a little big, however. I usually wear a US 12 and ordered a US 11.5 and they fit perfectly.

These are fantastic. I had the Reeboks before and these are much better. They are not as bulky but every bit more stable. I've also received many compliments on them as well.

I bought these as an additional pair of oly-style shoes to use in CF metcons, so that I don't beat up my Adistars. They are supremely comfortable, and I didn't get that horrible foot arch cramp during a workout involving jumping like I used to with the Reebok Lifters. I'd say these are good for any CF metcon other than one with running. As far as lift stability, they are pretty good, but not as stable or solid as my Adipowers, but I wouldn't expect them to be. If you only had to have one pair of all-around oly shoes as a CrossFitter, I'd say these would be the best choice. As far as sizing is concerned, these fit exactly the same as any of the other Inov-8 shoes I have owned (XF-210s and F-Lite 195s).

For a novice strict Oly lifter and intermediate CrossFitter, great shoe. Any Oly shoe will help you with your Oly lifts with the balance and stability. After lifting for a good 3 months in these, definitely worth the investment, especially as introductory Oly shoe. I've done any CF WODs in these to preserve them, but have done some burpees as warm-up and they are great. Super light, stable, and good fit.

I've been crossfit ting for 2 yrs, constantly getting feedback on oly shoes from others. I finally took the plunge and bought the FastLifts about a month ago and they haven't disappointed. These are great for met cons that involve oly lifts as well as 1 rep max oly lifts. They are super light weight, have a nice wide toe box; important for people that are used to nanos. I highly recommend FastLifts for crossfitters who are looking for an oly shoe that can do it all.

I wear size 8 Reebok Nano 3.0. Size 8 in the FastLift 335 is too large for me. We are all different a you can see by the reviews here. Order your normal size and see what happens. Very nice shoes by the way.

I bought these for lifting during cross fit. I've never had trouble staying on my heels while lifting so never bothered with lifting shoes before but these did help with my balance. They aren't too cumbersome for wall balls or even box jumps but I wouldn't want to run in them. These run a tad smaller than other Inov8s but maybe not even a half size

WOW, absolutely the fastest shipping EVER! I ordered this item on a Monday night on flight. I received this item on the following Tuesday mid-day and then went to Xfit to get my PR. can't be better than that. These shoes feel true to fit but they are REALLY light. Almost too light where you will feel that your not secure. But the heel helps you get the extra push and the single strap makes sure that you're in the sole.

Absolutely love these shoes. Only took two or three workouts to break them in and they are incredibly comfortable yet very stable. I ordered them one half size larger than my regular Inov-8's. Definitely worth it!

A great Crossfit/Lifting shoe. Much lighter and narrower than most O-lifting shoes. Would probably still go with a strait O-lift shoe if you're just doing the lifts, but if you're mixing other stuff into a workout these are great.

As an experienced Crossfitter this has certainly changed the game for me. After spending years in bulky oly shoes made by all the big names I have found the one that has allowed for overall improvement in WOD and ply performance. Inov-8 has done it again with look, feel and function nailing all three again! I am ordering my second pair in the limited edition yellow just to make sure that I have them for a very long time.
