Customer Reviews Nike Tiempo Genio Leather TF

I typically wear a 10 1/2. Since I had already returned a pair of soccer shoes, these had to fit. Looking at the bulk of the reviews, I felt that these shoes would be 1/2 to a full size too small, and the other reviewers nailed it. My estimate is that these shoes run 3/4 size too small. Since I bought an 11 1/2, they fit perfectly! Thanks to every one that reviews these products. The white on the interior of the shoe is pretty distracting - I hope that it fades with use. Would have preferred more black.

My 16 year old uses this for indoor soccer. He rally likes this shoe and says it is comfortable. He plays two to three games a week plus practice.

Very comfortable shoe, but definitely order a half-size larger than you normally would. It has good traction even for artificial turf (the long stuff, with the rubber bits). It's also surprisingly light weight for a leather shoe.

It seems most Turf shoes run small. You MUST order 1/2 to one full size larger. Just received mine and very tight. I am usually a 11&1/2, so I ordered a 12, still too small and very tight. Returning the same day I received for larger size.

I'm not a sure what is wrong with Nike. These don't just run small, the sizes are just plain wrong. I wear an 8 in every shoe I ever purchase. However, from experience I know Nike runs small, so on this shoe I ordered an 8.5. It was so small I couldn't even put it on. I then got a 9. Still too small and extremely uncomfortable. I just ordered a 9.5. How in the world would I need to order an entire size and a half bigger than what I have worn for over 20 years? My feet certainly have not grown. Otherwise, with the correct size, I believe the shoe will be comfortable and good quality...it is Nike after all. But they need to fix their sizing.

I bought these for my daughter (not enough selection for women's turf shoes) to wear when she plays field hockey. The bottoms have pretty good traction for turf shoes - she can wear them also on grass fields. She wore them straight out of the box and had no problems with breaking them in.

Shoes are firm on the ground and there's not much slip (if any) so that was great. Definitely felt at least a half size smaller than I ordered. I could have survived even with the leather stretching out, but the sole underfoot would've been a little dangerous. I definitely recommend ordering the same size as the street shoes you wear (if you like your soccer boots a little tighter) or a half size larger than you normally would.

Bright, BRIGHT orange on the instep. Nice shoe. Fits 1/2 size smaller than 10 other pairs of Nike running shoes I own.

I've been wearing Tiempos for years, but they've been getting smaller and narrower over time and have finally gotten too narrow for me. I usually go a half size up, but even that felt too short and tight in the toe box this time. Will have to move on to a another shoe.
