Coach refused to post my review and most likely because I complained a lot about how expensive bags should not be made in China. Their policies are really starting to bother me and I may not remain a Coach loyal for long. As for the bag, it's beautiful in every way, functional and very fashionable. I really love it. except for the China part... The younger generation isn't going to tolerate their practices. Hope Coach is ready...

Best coach in some time. It has three compartments, I love how the center is very secure for valuables and easy slip pockets on both side, leather is soft, straps are nicely put, fits over the shoulder just right to be comfortable. This bag is a 10, will last a long time as it is more traditional and not so flashy.

Incredible bag! It's so soft, the color is not in your face purple, but still purple. The straps stay on my shoulder. The zippered area in the center is perfect to hold a wallet, and it's just FABULOUS leather!

I just got this purse and I love it! I love everything about it that I went and bought me the blush color. I wish the canary color was still available. I will definitely be getting another color soon.

Beautiful just received it in the light scarlet perfect shade of red. Great size - a little big but that's okay. Love the three compartments, not heavy, soft leather. I love this style. I loved it so much I bought the Madison op art needle point small phoebe shoulder bag in silver black. Bought both on sale.

I love this bag, but it is huge! I am 5'2", 106 lbs. and it is too big for me. I did love the shape though! I opted for the Coach Legacy double gusset in pink scarlet! I love that bag and the color!

Love this purse. It is so soft and fun to carry. The inside pockets make it easy to find my keys ans phone. Would order it in every color!!

LOVE IT! Just bought this in the chestnut and couldn't be more pleased. The leather is glorious- pebbled leather and very soft. While I normally don't like gold hardware, I think it looks lovely with the chestnut leather. I have been carrying another bag with three sections so I knew I would like the three separate compartments in this bag. The center zippered section is a great place for your wallet. One side compartment has a zippered pocket and the other has the slip pockets. The side sections will easly hold a sunglasses case, cosmetics bag, and any additonal technology like a Kindle. It all snaps together at the top and feels very secure. It is such a well-thought out bag from an organizational standpoint. The straps are quite thin and stay on my shoulders really well. Additionally the bag is quite light. One of my concerns when deciding between the large and small Phoebe was the size. The large just looks enormous in the pictures on the Coach website. However, those pictures are a bit deceiving and I am SO glad I went with the larger. I am 5'3 and don't find it to be too large at all, especially due to the tapered design of the bag. It fits under my arm really comfortably and isn't bulky at all. I know small Phoebe gets a lot of love, but the larger Phoebe is pretty fabulous. Highly recommend this bag!

I am so glad Coach returned to leather bags. I despised the gaudiness of the bags with the C's backward and forward all over them. This is the second coach bag I've bought since they returned to leather and I went back for a brown and a red one also so that makes four. It's nice to return to the quiet class that is a real Coach bag. I might mention that the ladies in my family have been carrying Coach bags since the 40s, making this the fourth-generation of loyal Coach customers.

Love the leather feel. I bought this because I find I leave my purse open and that's not safe. With the center zip pocket, all my valuables fit there and the side open pockets make it easy for me to reach in an grab my phone, etc. Love the red and the handles are super comfortable.

The Strap is too short, the Scarlet Red is beautiful, the texture of the leather is beautiful. I can see the usefulness of the bag. But the straps are too short. Putting the bag on my arm means I need my other hand to pull it up on to my shoulder and even then the bag rest up in my arm pit. Not very comfortable. And no my arms aren't chubby and I don't see it working at all for me while wearing my winter coat. It is a lovely bag if you don't mind the two hand action needed to shoulder it. It's not for me and will have to go back. I wish it had more length in the strap, I wish it had two inches of the new lovely chain design used on the Madison tote bags.
