I absolutely LOVE these Merrells. They are the best I've worn. I purchased the granite and mint first and liked them from the minute I tied the laces. I do not have an easy time finding comfortable shoes....all sorts of feet issues...bunions, ankle pain, arch problems....these felt like walking on a cloud. After a week I ordered another the blue ones. If the pink was a color I wore, I'd order them too...but no pink for me! They provide excellent support while feeling light as a feather. Good room in toe box too. I frequently order a half size up and wide. These were comfortable a half size smaller and medium width...Finally a shoe I didn't have to order larger, that accommodated my foot shape. I have a not so large bunion and narrow heels, so wide was not always the answer for me. Generous toe box in these Merrells! I hope this review helps others. I choose shoes after reading the reviews carefully. Good luck!

I am a personal trainer, and wear athletic shoes every day, all-day. These are the best shoes for training inside and outdoors I have ever worn. I suffer from a neuroma and these shoes feel great!

I have been looking for a new pair of running shoes (even though I don't run I wear them for comfort) for quite a while just not finding something that looked great and felt good. I finally settled on the Merrell Grassbow Air. Wow, am I glad I did. These are so comfortable, right out of the box, no breaking in just slipped them on and away I went. I have been purchasing a 11 wide lately in athletic shoes just for the extra comfort. They were out of size 11 so I went with a 10.5B (figured with Zappos return policy I wasn't out anything). I am glad I did. The fit is perfect. The arch support is excellent. I did notice a little slipping in the heel, but just tightened the shoe up a little which took care of the problem. Awesome shoe.

I have tried on many shoes (thank you Zappos, as always you are the best!) and I finally settled on these Merrells. Unfortunately, the one size I needed (8 1/2) was not available at all on Zappos so I had to order from Amazon. A few notes on sizing: I have worn Merrells for years and always take a 9 in their hiking shoes, and an 8 1/2 in their Encore slides or maryjanes. These Grassbows are longer and a bit more narrow. The size 9 was just too long and my heel slipped. Even though I do not have narrow feet, the 8 1/2 is really the perfect size. I liked these better than the Grassbow Sport which has heavier-duty material for hiking and seemed tighter in the toe area. I wanted these for fitness walking and traveling and I think they will be perfect. Very lightweight with very good cushion and support.

Very comfy! I'm in a medical profession and am on my feet all day. These shoes performed very well and in my opinion far surpass the "nursing clogs" that other people prefer.

I love these! I use them for trail running (up to 4 miles) and hiking (up to 10 miles) and am very pleased with them. They are very grippy, but I can also feel the trail under my feet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm based in DC, so the trails I run/hike in MD and VA are a combination of smaller rocks, mud, and plenty of tree roots and I haven't taken them out on super rocky terrain where you're climbing large slabs of rock, but I imagine they'd be good on those trails as well.

Being a vegan can present challenges in many levels, especially when it comes to clothing and apparel. I began researching and came across great reviews for this particular shoe and love my Merrell Grassbow Air! It fit me perfectly as soon as I tried and went for a long walk with my husband and our dog. I even forgot I had shoes on when we got in the car, wow! And they are pretty too! I wear a 6 1/2 and they fit me perfectly. Love my vegan Merrells!!! thanks!

Bummer. Sneakers are too small. So difficult finding stylish women's footwear in large sizes.

Shoe is fine. I chose the wrong shoe for indoor use.

Was disappointed in this shoe. Ive been wearing Merrills for years because of the excellent fit. Had to order 1/2 size smaller & still need heavy hiking socks with these. I wear a size 5 and the proportions don't seem to scale well - rubs on angle bone & tongue presses on front of leg

This is a handsome running or walking shoe. Comfortable for the most part. Good amount of room for the forefoot. Nice cushioning of the sole. Good arch support. It's nice and light. True to size. I normally wear a size 10 and the 10 fits well. I liked them so much that I planned on keeping them. Unfortunately, after the deadline had passed for returning them, I tried them on one more time and found that the back of the shoe came up to and rubbed on a painful area on the back of my heel. I suffer from Achilles tendinitis and have what feels like two small tender bone spurs on the back of my heel. I wouldn't expect this to be a problem for most people though and otherwise, I really did like this shoe.

Love these shoes! Great for hiking. Didn't have to break them in and they're cute!!

Very comfy and sturdy without being too stuffy.

I wear a 6 in Merrell Mix Master Move Glide. However, the Grassbow Air runs large. The size 6 is too wide and too long. I wish for consistency in sizing. Quality and style are good. I will return because of width. I think shorter shoe will still be too wide.

This is my second pair of the Grassbow - I wore the sole nearly flat on my last ones, and they were comfortable until the sad end. I've been wearing Merrells for years, so decided I would try something different - at a higher price. A big mistake. I'm back to Merrells. I have Mortons Neuroma which affects the nerve between 3rd and 4th toe, and have found that only Merrells allow me to forget about it all day. I have several pairs of Merrells, but I'm particularly fond of the Grassbow and wear it to exercise class and many, many dog walks in all seasons. No break-in required. Zappos, as always is super-fast - ordered Monday and had them in-hand on Tuesday without even asking!

Well-made and comfortable sole, but really big and wide in the toe box. It's going back.

This is my second pair of these as I retired my old ones to gardening duty. These were made for my feet, they provide support, ventilation, and comfort, all while looking seriously stylish. Couldn't ask for more, and Zappos gets them here almost as quick as I could buying them from a store! Simply wonderful!

I love these Merrells! They are so comfortable and I have terrible problems with my feet - bunions, hammer-toe, flat feet.. and I could (and do) wear these all day. Great support for light hiking in addition to everyday wear. I wear them like they are sneakers. Love the gray and mint color. Just bought my second pair after 4 years in the first ones. True to size fit.

This shoe is super comfortable!! From day 1, I can wear it all day and on hikes without any problems. I am training for a 25 mile hike and will wear these for sure.

I bought these last spring when I was in desperate search of a walking shoe with a roomy toe box that fit well and looked good. (I have a high instep and wear a 7 or 7.5 - took a 7.5 in these.) These may be considered a trail show but my trail is paved and these are well padded, supportive and lightweight. These have worked well for me in the warmer months - they are ventilated. I walk year round 3 miles minimal almost daily. Always on the look out for a comfortable, well fitting shoe.

I LOVE these athletic shoes! They are extremely lightweight but totally supportive. My feet feel like they are being cuddled when I walk! And like they could go on for miles! The granite with mint is cool and sophisticated. The length is perfect! I marked these as a bit narrow only because I wear a AAA width in shoes and these feel perfect with medium weight cotton socks. Merrell knows how to fit women's feet!

Needed to upgrade my workout shoe and these didn't dissappoint! Great shoe especially for the price

These shoes were made for cold weather! Perfect for walking, jogging and running for fall and winter. They can be personalized, which is nice. I need extra arch and ankle support, and inserts work well without sacrificing the overall fit of the shoe. Highly recommend if you need to hit the trail or the streets during the cold weather seasons.

Bought a half size larger than I usually do and they fit perfectly. I put a special insole in the shoe to elevate my arch. Very comfortable. I use them for long walks and running errands.

I was looking for a good cross trainer shoe that I could use for walks, hikes and trail running. These are really great for all. The arch is really high, almost too high for me with my moderate arches. Sometimes after a long hike my feet will feet a little crampy in the arch. Overall they are really comfortable and supportive. I'd definitely recommend them.
