I just got these boots in the mail. I was excited to get them as they featured canvas which might be cooler to wear than leather. The color was a bit off. They looked sort of distressed grey in the picture, I thought they were more green, I ordered a size 11 as I seem to be the only one with big feet out there, I usually wear a 10 1/2, so I went larger. I think shoes look better when they are small. The size 11 looked like Jack in the Beanstalk Boots,I could not get my foot in the left boot. It is a little larger than my right foot.I think it's my high arch. If it was a zip on, I could have worn it. Too bad they are going back. I had an amazing $30.00 off coupon! These are super cute boots! They are cute and comfortable. My only complaint is that they are fairly wide in the ankle. I wear a size 11 shoe but have somewhat narrow feet and thin calves and I almost returned them because of that. Maybe order a 1/2 size down if you are between sizes. I ended up keeping them because they are so cute and just wear them with thick socks.

I've had these boots for about a month, and I'm still not sure how I feel about them. The heel height is just right, the outer canvas seems to be weatherproof (but not waterproof), the soles have a nice non-skid tread, and they are easy on and off. Plus they're cute. Four stars for all of that. However, the boots have little to no support and the soles are pretty hard. I know I can (and I did) put insoles in them, but what happened to the days of getting a nice comfy arch support in footwear? I'm keeping them, but they're not my favorite pair ever.

I found these boots really hard to actually get my feet into, looks like I will be returning. Such a bummer because the boot itself is adorable.

These were super hard to get on the first few times since there's no zipper or anything. Once you get them on they are really comfortable though. I got tons of compliments on them too! I had to order a half size up since they were so hard to get on, but they are roomy enough to wear socks with now. I did notice that there was quite a difference in the color of the soles on the two pairs I ordered. Also, I had read a review mentioning that someone thought they were more gray than olive, but mine are most definitely olive.

My husband bought these for my birthday last year. They fit right out of the box and I can wear them most of the day comfortably. If I walk in them for several hours, they start to hurt my wide feet. They are a very casual boot, and look cute with casual skirts, leggings, and jeans. Because they are very casual and a little tomboyish-looking, one can't really dress them up. Still, it's a nice weekend boot. I don't wear them much because they are very difficult to pull on. I feel like I am getting an upper-body workout every time I struggle to pull them on. For that reason, I only wear them when I plan to be out of the house all day long. I cannot easily pull them on and off. I wish the had made a zipper on the side that made them easy to get on. He also bought me a pair of Rocket Dog Deck boots, which I recommend over these because they are easier to pull on and off and a little cuter. Overall, once you can get the boot on, it's comfy to wear most of the day.

Incredibly light and extremely comfortable. A bit snug on the instep but very worth the effort to get them on. Love, love, love them. Very glad I bought them. Rocket Dog Rocks!

Love these boots! I feel they are true to size; however, I have a high instep and it was somewhat difficult for me to get my foot into these boots straight out of the box. It has become easier as I have broken the boots in. (I wear them often.) I loved them too much to return. The boot does fit like a Dansko where your heel moves about in them as you walk. This was not bothersome to me. Just be aware if you have a high instep like me!

Looks awesome! Canvas exterior, thick heal, bad ass! I have a high arch and my foot would not fit in them. Had my wife try them on, (full size smaller foot) she said they would need a little breaking in before a 4 day trip to NY.

I love these boots. That said, they are definitely not waterproof. They aren't advertised as being so, but this was just crazy. I wore them on a rainy day, and couldn't believe how much water the canvas material soaked up. Really cute, just keep them dry.

Very cute, though the footbed was uncomfortable: no arch support or cushion. They also felt like they were going to slip off my feet as I walked. I have 7.5M sized feet by length and width, but they are other wise rather small (top to bottom). The shoes were redeemed when I put in insoles.

I have to say, these boots are fantastic. I don't think this is an olive color at all, I think it's much more of a grey with subtle green undertones. I even compared them to a pair of grey boots I have and the color is very similar. It doesn't bother me at all because the color will match just about anything. The reason I'm giving this four stars is because of the fit. 99.5% of the time I'm a true size 7, the only time I'm not is when it doesn't run true to size. These are a little large, my heel slips when I walk, however if I reordered in a 6.5, I think they would be too small. I'd say they run about 1/4 size large. I'm hoping if I wear some thick socks it will solve the problem; if not, an insole will defiantly fix it. Overall, I recommend them, I've already emailed a friend and she's bought them too!

These should be called "Clog Boots". They fit like clogs, but have a boot-ish ankle. I'm on the fence about these. They are very nice looking with pants. I wouldn't wear them with skirts, though. The canvas is beautiful and is a very welcomed material by this vegan. The color is a beautiful cross between light brown and grey. It goes with everything I can think of. The fit, as I said, is like that of a clog. It does not close tightly around your foot or ankle, so your foot slips in and out while walking, just like a clog. There is plenty of room in the toe box, so your toes won't feel cramped. They are heavy. I equate them to Danskos because they are so heavy. The pair I received had a defect in the footbed of the right boot. The insole had a serious big wrinkly kink in it, which I was able to peel up and smush back down a little more evenly. So, my conclusion is that I am keeping these because I really love the look of them. But, I don't plan to wear these when I know I will be walking long distances.

These boots are so cute! They are pretty wide at the top but it was a little hard to jam my feet into the boots. They also feel flat inside, so there's not much arch support at all. I really like them, but I haven't decided if I'm going to keep them yet...

Very cute but has a flat sole with no arch support. So if you have plantar fasciitis these are not for you. It is canvas material, weirdly neato, still keeping them.

I love these boots! They are super comfortable and casual and go great with leggings or skinny jeans. The left boot was pretty tight to get on (weird) but it is stretching out. Once I got it on my foot, it did not feel tight to wear. I love the canvas material, too!

These shoes are super cute, but they feel tight around my foot. I got my usual size 7 and they're a big snug but I'm sure they'll break in over time. Like the other reviews say, the ankle shaft is pretty large, which I like actually, but keep that in mind when purchasing. Overall these look great and feel pretty durable. I'm super content with them!

I wanted to love these but I could not. There is no arch support, and they are very narrow in the toe (I do not have wide feet). I tried three other Rocket Dogs and they were all narrow in the toe. The style is OK, but it is so wide at the opening, forget about wearing these in any kind of rain or snow. I am a straight size 9, ordered 9½ (as I always do in boots) and they felt small. Order up a full size if you plan on wearing thick socks. The material is very nice though. Hard to find an attractive vegan shoe. But overall, not too impressed with the style, the comfort just was not there. I absolutely love Zappos' customer service. I got to try many boots on before settling on Arcopedicos, which are a dream.

Comfortable, a little too high in the shaft for what I was looking for. The canvas material was also a bit mottled which was not expected. I ordered a 6 1/2 and it would work with or without a heavy sock. No arch support.

I really like the look of these boots. I am a pretty true size 7 with feet wider at the toes than in the heel and I could not get them all of the way on. They felt almost a full size smaller than marked. I'm going to try another style instead.

The pair I received had a much more mottled color than this photo. And one of the boots had a permanently wrinkled insole. Because there's not a zipper, I found the ankle opening to be ginormous, and I'm not exactly a "tiny" person. My heel lifted every time I took a step, and I DID have the right size. For the price, for a single season, I guess they're justifiable in order to participate in this bootie trend, but, I'd rather have a better-made, better-fitting boot for more money. Sorry, Rocket Dog, I've loved you before.

These boots are cute but the opening is way too wide! It just looks funny even with jeans tucked into the boots. They are going back.

I had to return these. My instep is too high to even get them on!! I wish they had a zipper, because I loved the look of them.
