I have been looking for 2 years for a simple ballet flat that was comfortable to wear all day. I never thought it would be as big of a problem as it has turned out to be. This is the first pair that fit. The style is pleasant; and finally I can toss the old very worn pair of Keen. (Oh Keen -- why did you change your last? you used to be so dependable in the fit department.) So here I am, with a pair of flats to get me through the winter. But my dream, my real dream is to get to keep all the shoes I order, because they are the size they say they are, and they aren't trying to trim another quarter from their manufacturing budget. It's as if the shoe manufacturers have taken a page from the airline industry. Who needs leg room in a plane or toe room in a shoe? We do!

Beautiful quality shoes but the toe box is narrow and was rubbing against my little toe. Sadly I have to return them.

These are comfortable despite my painful bunions, though they'll be even more so when they soften up a bit more from use. However, I also purchased these in black, and they're just enough tighter and stiffer, at least on the right hand shoe, that I can't take a chance on the second pair, in case they don't soften up enough. These are beautiful; very classy looking and a little more dressy than the usual ballet flat.

First thing to note is that the "black micro soft leather" is NOT leather, but fabric. The shoe is fairly comfortable but a bit stiff even after a few weeks of wear. The sole is sturdy and the vamp does not irritate the bunion area. I think the style works well as casual (with jeans) or business casual.

Thought since they were expensive they'd be true to size. WRONG and couldn't get my feet into them.

Once again Zappos has done it! I love my new shoes! They are so comfortable and the fit is great. I am a diabetic with arthritis and neuropathy in my feet. They are often very swollen and in pain. It is so hard to find a shoe wide enough and that will fit. These are great! They are wide enough and so soft inside it's like walking in slippers, but the support and quality of the shoe is excellent. Thank you so much! I'm sure I'll be ordering these again. These were an exchange from another pair that didn't quite work, but your customer service rep was amazing and extremely kind, helpful, and generous! Thank you!

I bought these in November of 2015 for a European River Cruise and could not have been happier! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They look dressy even though they are flats (can't wear heels any more). I wish they made them in more colors because they go very nicely with dresses but with black or blue as the only choices it makes it difficult. I would wear them all the time if I could for all dressy occasions. Looking for them in white for Caribbean cruise, but can't find them...boo.

So comfortable right out of the box. I have a wide foot and no arch in one foot so flats normally gap on the side. These fit wonderfully and so comfortable. The patent is really nice with skirts, slacks and jeans. I got compliments as soon as I wore them.

Very nice shoe, comfortable right out of the box! The styling is cute and will look nice with slacks, skirts or walking shorts. Could have used a bit more arch support, but they are so comfy I'm okay with them.

I was looking for a simple flat great for walking, but not frumpy. This shoe looks like a ballet flat but has better arch support and a thick sole. Breaking in was no problem. Happy with purchase.

These are very comfortable. The wide width runs true to size. These are perfect for work as they are dressier than a regular ballet flat.

I'm sure if I had bought these shoes in a half size larger, I'd be a happy camper. It's always difficult when buying a new brand of shoe to know the fit. When these arrived, I knew they were tight on my left foot (a slight, tiny bunion that is just enough to cause me grief!), so I had them stretched, thinking they'd be fine. Not so. They "scrunch" my toes too much to be a comfortable fit. So other than for short stints, they will be staying home. Sorry. The appearance is good, I wanted a shoe to wear with a dress or capris, easy on, easy off. I had to go to another brand, which fortunately was cut a tad longer in length and I've made it through an 8 hour shift at work in them!

Very nice in appearance. These are not comfortable. After wearing them in my home my heels hurt badly. I love Walking Cradles and I'm very disappointed.

The left wasn't very comfortable. That's I'm returning the shoes.

Dressier pair of shoes for a Viking River Cruise, with Keen Rose Sandal as my primary pair for walking. These Walking Cradles became my go to for off ship walking tours, as I had feet/ankle swelling. This gems exceeded my expections for comfort. Wish for more colours, like taupe.

Very nice shoe. Really like the style. Unfortunately, the Narrow was still too wide in the heel for me. Had to return.

Perfect for my needs, I just purchased this shoe in black... This shoe is comfortable and supportive. It looks nice too... Good for leggings/skinny jeans/casual dress. The shoe fit and felt wonderful to walk in right out of the box. I have an older pair in this style in tan, and that pair has been good for miles of walking. I have small bunions on both feet and the throat of the shoe is high enough to avoid rub. There is a roomy toe box but the ankle is narrow enough so that there is no slipping. I wear a 7B.

Cute shoe but runs way to short. Suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger than you wear. Unfortunately, I wear a size 13 so there is no one size larger to go. =>(

I loved the look of these shoes, but the sizes are really wierd. 8.5N (my usual size) were too short, but 9S were like boats, much too long. Crazy.

Love, love, love walking cradles. Looking for this brand every time I go to zappos.
