On my second pair and the ONLY negative is a BIG one. The foot bed wears out the FIRST season. I mean it wears down to bare hide! Customer service comment, "it is only meant to last 3-5 months"! For the cost that rep should be shot for saying that. I waited two years before ordering my second pair. Evidently, based on other reviews, the problem has not been corrected. I see other colors I would love to order, but will not put the money up for an INFERIOR product.

I have owned and worn out several pair of Ugg slippers through the years. Love them. These looks great. Only tiny problem is that my feet got a black hue the first few times I wore these. Not colorfast!

When I say it fit true to size, it fit true to size providing you buy a full size smaller, I always take a size 10, but in these slippers I know I take a 9. That being said, I love these slippers, this is my second pair of this style and love them. I got my pair at a cute little store in Newport RI while on vacation. They are so cute. Yes they are more money than any other slipper you'd buy, but they will last. Only negative I'd say is that nothing will ever happen to the slipper construction with the exception of the footbed, it will wear down to the bone, and that would be the only reason you'd need a new pair. Wish they sold replacement footbed. Otherwise love them...

My wife loves these. She usually wears a size 6.5 or 7 shoe & the size 6 fits perfectly.

Love these slippers but this pair was a little shorter than previous ones. Usually wear a 6 in them and will try seven. Regular shoe size is 8

I have had about 5 pairs of Uggs and these are the softest that I can remember! They are very very fluffy! They do run quite large though. I am a solid 8.5 and after reading previous reviews, decided to order an 8. So glad I did! I would say that I probably could have ordered a 7. I do like my slippers a bit large though so I am going to keep them

I've had a pair of the coquette slippers in the natural color for about five years and nothing is more comfortable around the house. I finally had worn the old ones so much that I had to replace them and I chose to go with the ones with a little more pizazz, black with leopard trim. Just as comfortable as the originals - nothing like them when the weather turns colder!

Glad I didn't listen to other reviews and order down sizes. I wear an 8 or 8 1/2 and ordered an 8 and it was fine. Had I ordered down 1 or 2 sizes it would not fit. However the UGG label that is supposed to tell it is authentic doesn't work. So not sure what to believe--but this is my second pair of these (7 years ago and got rid of in move, but still kinda good) and these seem like my originals. Love the statement they make

I ordered a pair of Ugg Coquettes a few years back and I loved them so much I wore them out. I signed up for Zappos rewards a few weeks ago and got a $15.00 incentive to treat myself to another pair, plus they were on sale, so I ordered the UGG Coquette Leopard. I knew from my last pair to size down. My first pair was a size 9, but were too long and stretched out after a few weeks of wear around the house. In regular shoes I'm between a 9-10, depending on the shoe, with a wide foot. This time I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly, although they still have a good inch to an inch 1/2 at the back. If I size down to a 7, they might be too snug. I also know from experience that the cushioning will wear out on the footbed over time. I might try the insert this time. I love them & the leopard is cool. Thank you Zappos, you guys are awesome!

I have had several coquette over the last 20 years. This particular slipper has always run lsrge so I ordered an 8 even though I usually wear a 9. Fit Perfect.

I wear these every day and always keep a couple of extra pairs. They are the most comfortable shoes for my arthritic feet. I know that they are slippers and I live in Houston where it is hot, but these are the best. Quality construction and they wear well. This style does run large. I wear a 9 and always purchase an 8 in these.

Well, here I go again. This will be my fourth pair of the Coquettes. I do love them despite some challenges. My feet are narrow so after the first season I need to wear socks with them. Sometime near the end of the second season it becomes a lot of work to keep them on my feet and the insides are worn through on the bottom. It is unfortunate that they do not have a way to replace the bottom surface. Yes, these are really pricey. Yes, they are not perfect. But, oh the warmth and comfort in between.

I LOVE these slippers. My first pair came through with a lump in them so I exchanged them (Thank you Zappos). When I first tried them on I was not sure I would like them. They seemed a bit heavy and not very cushiony and rather stiff. But after about a day of wearing them I realized how comfortable they are. And now, several months later, my feet do a happy dance every time I put them on. I just smile and relax. They are worth every penny I paid for them! And if they wear out in year- I would not hesitate to buy another pair, despite costing at least 3 times as much as any slippers I have ever owned.

This is one of the most comfortable pair of slippers that I own. The toe box is wide and the lining is incredibly soft and warm. Your feet don't get sweaty with UGG's materials. I wear a size 7 but ordered a size 6. It is still very roomy with probably an inch to inch and a half in the back to spare. The thicker sole makes walking comfortable and provides a lot more cushion than the flat soled scuff version.

Bought them for my daughter for Christmas, she loves them, her second pair but she especially likes the leopard trim on this pair.

I am very glad I bought these slippers. They have a very soft and warm lining and are a dream to slip on after a long day. They have enough of a sole, that I can step outside, if necessary. This is my first UGG purchase, and I'm very pleased.

Amazing return policy! I wear a 9 1/2 shoe, so I ordered a 9. The 9 was too small. I called Zappos on a Tuesday, and told them that I wanted to return the slippers for a 10. They said, "No problem." The next day Wednesday, I went to UPS and sent the small ones back to Zappos. The very next day Thursday my new size 10 shoes were at my door! Zappos: How do you do that? I ordered the smaller size because of all of the review recommendations. For me, I needed 1/2 size up.

These slippers are warm, comfy, and wonderful! I usually have to remind myself to put shoes on before I leave the house. Otherwise I would wear these all day! Actually, since the sole is very solid and sturdy you could wear them all day!

Bought this shoe 2 sizes smaller. Fits perfectly! I usually wear an 8 and bought 6.

I need a comfortable, stable slipper. Ordered down a size and that did the trick to help the slipper stay secure on my feet. It is perfect!

I love my new Coquette Uggs! I do recommend ordering one size down from your usual shoe size, however, and the gray is dark enough that I believe these will keep that new house shoe look until I wear the lining out. These have just the right amount of support, very cute and comfy and are well worth the money to me. Thanks Zappos!

For years I just could see spending the money on these slippers. And that thick sole just looked uncomfortable. This winter my feet got so cold, they hurt. I have tried all kinds of slippers, no luck. As a last hope I bit the bullet and tried the Uggs. These are hands down the most comfortable, warm, happiness producing slippers ever! No more cold feet, comfortable to walk in. And that thick sole that I was worried about just allows me to wear these out for errands! Shoes and slippers all in one! Love them!

Excellent product. The shoe was a size bigger than my foot size. I had the benefit of having tried it in the store so I knew how to order.

I purchased these Ugg slippers for my 14 year old daughter. They are adorable. She loves them. This style of slipper runs large. We already knew that and ordered a size down. As always, Zappos shipping was amazingly FAST!

I bought these as a Christmas gift for daughter-in-law. She loved them so much when I bought them 2 yrs. ago, was wearing them as shoes many times...needed new pair. I have this style too, you must buy them 2 sizes SMALLER than shoe size, then they fit perfectly. I have been buying this style for about 5 yrs. and the sizing has always been to buy this slipper TWO sizes smaller than shoe size. Very comfortable and I love the fact I can just slip into them!
