Wonderful pretty boots very comfy and warm. Usually with Uggs I have to size down (I wear a 7 1/2 and will buy a 6 with my Uggs) however with these boots I had to size up to an 8. Very rare for me. Other than that perfect lots of complements love the color would love to get the purple too!

I wear a 10 or 10 1/2. The 10 had my toes jammed up against the boot. Going to try an 11 since they don't come in 1/2 sizes (wish they did). 11 might be too big but I do not recommend sizing down for sure.

These boots are great! The color and the bows make them really fun. I normally wear a size 10 in shoes, and that's what I ordered in these, despite recommendations to size down. I'm glad I went with my normal size because they fit like a glove. I could probably wear a thin sock with them if I wanted to, but the lining is really plush and warm so I don't think that will be necessary.

I'm a size ten, I was gifted the size 11. I have a high arch and instep (the top of the foot) so I was grateful for the full size bigger. If you do have arch issues, get arch supports. Uggs traditionally offer zero support. There is a minor cushion in this but certainly not any true support. The boot has give due to the nature of the materials.The bows are stitched to the boot so they aren't moveable or able to be undone; so don't think that you will be able to untie or re-position them. The bows are anchored to the "panel" that does move a little allowing the foot to slip easily into the boot. I recommend weather proofing/gauarding the boots, like any other Ugg product, prior to use so they don't look ratty after use like you see so many boots "blackened" from wear. Gross.

I followed peoples suggestion of getting a size down, but they were too small, I ended up giving them as a present. Otherwise, they were beautiful, that s why I gave them 5 stars.

I loved my boots they only thing was I had conflicting reports about sizing when I was ordering is Zappos said go down a size and the reviews said true to size .Go with true to size I went down a size and have to wait for them to stretch and can't wear thick socks . Big mistake about going down a size if you order. I am 7 1/2 to 8 and got a 7 so go from there it may make the difference because of style I got bows but that may have saved me with fit more room in back.

Very stylish - look great on a young girl. I bought these for my daughter. We both love them.

The sangria is a very dark color, burgundy. I was looking for red it was returned. Bows are fixed so the shaft cannot be tightened. Nice and roomy, order half size down if you will not be wearing socks.

These are the best shoes ever! Super cute and comfy as always! I get so many compliments on them. As others have said order a size down so they can fit your feet. This is my 5th pair of Uggs and I only have one pair in my size and while they fit my feet slide around a lot in them (very noticeable in the snow); however, with one size down its a perfect fit no sliding around and my toes are not squished together at the top of the shoe.

This is my second pair! I love my Bailey bows. I receive many compliments. Just too cute to pass up! I had to order a size up. In most shoes I wear a 10 but in Uggs I wear an 11. I purchased a second pair so that when my first pair wear down I have a back-up.

I love my Uggs! I wear a size 12 and Ugg only goes up to that size so I decided to try these. They fit perfectly! I would not size down because they are true to size. I got these in the classic Chestnut Brown and they look good with everything! I would love to get the grey to mix it up a bit. I live in Utah so the winter is always unpredictable and they keep my feet nice and toasty! I absolutely love these! I would recommend getting the Ugg sheepskin protector kit with these because they do not go with snow/water very well so waterproofing them is a really good idea (I do it about every three months) It just keeps them looking new!

Have other Uggs in a 7 (I measure a 7 1/2) but these 7 are too tight to get my foot into them. Sad face!! I'll find something else tho!

Fabulous as usual. Worth the price. Holds up well. Years ago I purchased other brands like Ugg and she wore the soles out quickly. The Ugg brand is built well, and we get multiple years of wear from them.

This is my first order Fromm Zappos and it was a great experience. I ordered Uggs for my daughter that were a little on the small side. The next size up was not available but the Zappos agent was very helpful. No hassle exchange. I will definitely purchase again. My daughter loves her boots and, yes, they are authentic Uggs.

I got these for my wife for Christmas, we originally got a size 6 but had to go up to a 7. She said that they fit a little snug at first but after a day or so of wearing them she loves them! I am afraid that she is going to wear them all summer.

Great boots! My granddaughter loves them. She is a size 8 and the size 8 fits her perfectly. Some reviews said to size up, but the Ugg website says to order your usual size. They start out tight, but the lining flattens down after awhile. These are top quality!

First time ordering from Zappos. I ordered the wrong boot from an online company and paid shipping to get them in two days for Christmas. This time I decided to order on Zappos for free shipping. Price and shipping time was great. I will order again!

These are true to size if you go sockless or wear thin socks. They are very cute boots. I like this shaft height on my petite frame, whereas the tall boots would have overwhelmed me. Also buy some boot protectant spray for these Uggs and they will stay looking fresh!

My daughter got a pair of these for Christmas from another store, much to her disappointment they did not fit. We tried exchanging at original store but no luck, so we searched all over the Internet. My husband suggested this site which I used before but forgot, not thinking they would carry Ugg brand. They were same price, had her size and we got them in two days. Thank you, Zappos, for making my daughter's disappointment a happy ending.

These Ugg boots are very cute - my daughter loves them and wears them with everything. They seem to fit a bit smaller and tighter through the top of the foot than the other Ugg boots that we have. We had to order a size up to fit comfortably.

Bought as a Christmas present and we had to return because they were too small. Submitted the return request on Christmas Eve and received the new size on Monday...Wow! Mission accomplished. Very happy 10 year old!

I'm in agreement with everyone else this particular style runs small--not large! I ordered my daughter a size 6 from a different store for Christmas and it is quite snug with no growing room. I'm now ordering her a size 7 and hoping that they aren't too big, since they don't come in half sizes.

I love these boots. I initially sized down per the recommendation, but they were too small, so I exchanged for my normal size and they fit great (of course with Zappos, my exchange was a breeze). As with all Uggs, these are super warm and cozy, but the bows add an extra little flare and pop of style. I get compliments on them all the time. I love them so much that I just splurged on the exact same pair for my 15-month old daughter. Love!
