I am a GroupPower trainer which is a barbell weight-training class. The color and design of these match the brand, so that was the thing that first that caught my eye. I have worn them for about 5-6 classes so far. The are a decent weight-training shoe, but I do have to say the traction isn't great. Moving into a lunge or plank there is a bit of slippage and the soles don't really grip the floor well. The are very comfortable and look good. Just with there was better grip.

I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. For the first time in years, I've found a pair of shoes I would buy again. And, even rarer, I've found shoes that fit my arches so that I don't have to by insoles. I'm really pleased with the generous ventilation on these shoes because my feet tend to get sweaty.

The fit is okay (maybe a bit on the tight side), but these "aerobic" shoes are rather thin-skinned, not much cushioning at all. The uppers are thin fabric without any padding to cushion the foot, and the soles are relatively thin as well, so there's not much bounce. Not sure it should be positioned as a cross-training shoe at all.

Great shoe for lifting weights and elliptical. I mainly purchased this because wearing traditional running shoes on an elliptical was uncomfortable. These have a kind if mesh that adds support for lateral and incline movement that prevents the effect of having your feet slide forward in the shoe.

These shoes at light, great in the water, great in the Summer heat and so good that I have 3 pairs.

I've had three knee surgeries, and therefore my running days are over. I continued to think that a "running" shoe would give me the support nonetheless for my everyday activities. And although I had looked a cross training shoes in the past, most of them looked like Herman Munster's shoes. That is until now, when I bought the Nike Flex. These shoes have provided the support that I've wanted for a long time, and my knee pain has subsided considerably, even when walking lengthy distances. I've always believed in Nike, and this shoe epitomizes what I always liked about Nike, support, comfort and stylish. I would recommend this shoe to anyone, knee problems or not.

My son loves these shoes! He is a teenager and wears 11.5 and this pair is lightweight, flexible, and a great fit! Years ago, some Nikes tended to be a bit snug on the sides. My son did not need a "wide" but they were tight. Over time, Nike has greatly improved their shoes to be more "foot-shaped," if that makes sense. Great value and great style!

I'm a shoe guy. Not a new age Jordan's guy but a shoe guy. I have had so many different types of running shoes and cross trainers and I can honestly say this is the only pair of shoes that I have bought more than once. Most comfortable supportive shoe I have ever owned!

I'm a big guy. Size 15 and I especially need comfort. These are a smooth looking shoe and comfortable.

Excellent, very light, comfortable well design shoe. From the sole to the upper leather. Highly recommend these sneakers. Great for training, running, etc.

Bought these for my son. They came just fine looked good. Only thing my son said was that they are a little narrow. Nothing major. The shoes are nice. Good customer service and helped out with an order for an exchange. Was simple. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This was the best shoe I have ever purchased. Great for any athlete or anyone that needs a durable everyday shoe. I got these shoes 8 months ago, the soles are now almost burned away, but I used them for everything. Going to school, weight lifting, indoor & outdoor basketball, jogging and sprinting, everything, bruhh. The only flaw was that there was a little bit too much of an arch when I first got them, but you'll break into that after a few weeks. Overall these shoes are durable, comfortable and pretty lightweight for a great price (on sale when I bought them)

This is one of my favorite pair of Nike shoes I have ever bought, and that is saying something. I got the volt colorway and I must admit they are very fly. I would suggest getting 1/2 size larger than your standard size as these are a little narrow while putting shoe on but once on they are pretty snug. I normally wear an 11 so that is what I bought and they feel fine. 1/2 size larger is just a suggestion. I have received several compliments on them. Can't go wrong with these shoes.

These shoes are VERY comfortable while providing good support. I am on my feet for 6+ hours at a time working at a golf course and my feet feel great. I get lots of compliments when wearing them.

Excellent and well priced Nike cross training shoe. Loads of style and comfort. Might need another pair to replace these when I eventually wear them out. Sneakers just don't last forever. Highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes look awesome. This was my second pair. I bought the same ones in a different color and liked them so much that I got these too. Price was good on both. Very comfortable for exercise or just daily activities. They do seem bigger than other Nikes in the same size so I was a little disappointed about that because I didn't realize it until after I had worn both pairs a couple times.

My shoes are perfect! They arrived quickly, and exactly as described. I already knew my size for Nike shoes and they fit just as I expected. Love these shoes for running, cross training, or lifting weights.

Very comfortable shoes. Great for running and going to the gym. Also very light! I'll be honest, I bought them mostly because they are SF Giants colors (black and orange), but I am VERY satisfied with these shoes!!

I have always utilized Nike footwear for my training purposes but found that the running sneakers didn't have the lateral support and stability that a cross trainer offered until now. This is the absolute pinnacle of how a training shoe should be designed! Neoprene inner foot sleeves are integrated into the tongue of the shoe to offer lateral support and the sole takes notes from the Nike Free Flex technology. In addition, the shoe is extremely light weight for a training shoe. This sneaker is not designed for walking or running. It is a training sneaker that is designed for weight lifting (squats & deadlifts, etc.) and Crossfit WOD activities. I had the opportunity so far to put it thru the paces at my local gym for three weeks now. I was so satisfied by this sneaker that I ordered two more pairs. This shoe definitely offers the best of everything - light weight, flexibility and stability, oh, and good looks too. Thanks Nike!

Excellent shoe; I went looking for a second pair at various stores, and bang, right here on Zappos. I'm prepared for a 2nd pair; awesome fit, colors, style, it's a winner. Thanks Nike.

Bought these for my son for Christmas and he loved them. They look good and are true to size. He has three other pairs of shoes and he only wears these. Plus Zappos shipping time is amazing!

Shoes could not be more comfortable. Use them for crossfit so they are perfect for the all around performance workouts. Already ordered a second pair of the same exact shoe.

It's a good shoe for the price.

Good shoe, the construction is solid. The only thing it's lacking is a good insole - it's almost rock hard. If you want more comfort, go with the Nike Trainer 5.0, but beware that it's more expensive.
