I have very flat feet and often get foot pain so I was looking for a slipper with great orthotic support. I wear custom orthotics during the day but then have problems when I look for slippers and sandals. These slippers are so comfortable! I love them! Plenty of support and very warm. The only thing that I don't like is that I wish they weren't a slide. My foot slips to the front a little bit and I don't like the feeling of my toes hitting the edge of the shoe. i'm getting used to them, though, I hope that someday they come up with a full slipper, not just the slide. But I would definitely buy another pair. Every time I put them on I just go "Ahhh!!!"

I love this! I am so glad to have found this slipper. It's very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and need to have a good, supportive shoe. This is nice and warm as well. I got the raspberry because they were out of the other colors.

Love these slippers! I wear an 8.5 in most shoes and ordered an 8, which was perfect. I always wear with socks and they keep my feet toasty warm. I wear slippers at all times in the house and these fit my needs.

The Spenco Supreme Slide is awesome! They are comfortable right out of the box!! They have nice arch support. Your foot will not be flat on the floor. They are true to size and have a nice width. Your feet will stay warm. The soles of the slide seem to be slip resistant. This is a slipper worth the money spent.

Pretty style, very nice colors-chocolate & taupe...quite costly for a slipper...Feet get sweaty in these, the lining is not breathable... Arch support is ok, but would rather have less arch in the Middle, & more to the Inside left on the right one, & would rather have more arch support to the inside right on the left slipper. (You know, where you typically see an arch support)... But the width is VERY narrow, & it seemed to fit, so I wore it gently around the house several different times, for a good 15 minutes or more each time, thinking it might work, or might stretch over time. But found that, every time I took them off, I felt relief. They are too tight, & just a bit too short... "B" width is quite narrow, which I did not know, til I tried it on. But in putting "width" above I put that it felt narrower than marked, as I feel the shoe should have been marketed as a "Narrow" slipper, & there should be choices of at least a "medium" width, & even better, also, with a wide width...so overall, ladies with narrow feet will really like this slipper!!! (I'd say, order Up one size) Hope it helps.

I’ve had Spenco sleepers since I remember. I’ve always love this brand. My last pair lasted for a good 4-5years. I only give it 2 stars because of the current quality, I bought the last pair lately and in 5 months the fabric is tearing apart. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I had high hopes, but these did not work out for me. I have a size 8 foot and bought size 8. It is too short - my toe hits the front. I can tell that a 9 would be too large all over. If they came in 1/2 sizes that might have worked for me. These will be returned

I have plantar fascia and needed slippers with support. These Spenco Supreme Slides are awesome. They are so comfortable and warm. I would order again in an instant.

Top of shoe is hard and uncomfortable on the top of my big toe. Soles/heels of shoes make a weird crunching sound when I walk. Not as much arch support as I was hoping for.

the top of this slipper is a bit loose, but there is moderate arch support (not as much as Vionic) and the cushioning in the heel beats the Vionic, as well. Cozy plush lining.

Finally, I have found a pair of slippers! After trying many different ones (thank you, Zappos!), these are keepers. They are supportive and comfortable. Many of the comfort foam styles I tried were too squishy, like walking in quicksand. These have terrific arch support and durable soles. The fuzzy lining is very warm.

Ordered 12 pairs of slippers and oh these (the most expensive ones :-) are GREAT! I have multiple joint issues and bone spurs in my feet- and the arch support in these Spencos makes them work for me! Also good cushioning. Hurrah!

Love this slipper! More narrow than the Orthaheel line and lighter, too. They are really quite cute for a slipper. The lining is plush, but doesn't overheat my feet. I wear a 10 and the size 10 fit perfectly. I think the best part is they are a little more secure on my feet than Orthaheel's. I don't have a narrow foot, but find Orthaheel to be a bit wide. These fit really nicely without being snug.

The first pair I bought were size 9, which is my usual size. However, I have a toe injury on one foot, the result of which is a toenail that protrudes upward. I felt pressure on that nail with the size 9 even though they fit perfectly otherwise. The support is excellent--not like many slippers I've tried that make you feel like you're walking flat-footed, and the slipper is very warm and attractive. So, I bought a size 10, which is a bit too big but doesn't press on my toe. Not a great solution; however, the slipper it worth it to me. I wish they came in half sizes!

I have plantar fasciitis and have been wearing the Spenco sandal slides. With cold weather coming I decided to give these a try & I am so glad I did. Great support! I wear a 9.5, and I ordered a size 10 in these. I believe a 9 would be too small, as my heel wouldn't be cupped properly for ideal support. (And the "fur" is so soft!!)

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendinitis. My feet were in agony walking around the house in a regular bedroom slipper or flip-flop. Basically anything except for my sneakers with my orthotic insert from the podiatrist caused me excruciating pain....enter the Spence supreme. These are unbelievable! I am completely pain-free walking around my home. I was skeptical that that there was a slipper that would support my poor feet so well but these do! I am usually at 7.5 and ordered the 7 as suggested by Zappos and they are perfect. Worth every penny and I may even order another color right now!

very comfortable slipper, especially for people with plantar fasciitis

I'll admit it: I bought these to wear as out and about shoes, not slippers. I've been kicking around in the same pair of cheap tarjay slippers for years, but when the soles started separating I figured it was time to replace them. Since the quality of that brand has apparently gotten markedly cheaper in the years since I first bought them, I came to Zappos to find something similar. These fit the bill and then some. They appear very well made, are incredibly comfortable, with impressive arch support, and no slipping of my foot as I walk. The lining is very soft, were one inclined to wear them barefoot. I wear them with thin socks to up the warmth factor. I would say they are a bit on the narrow side, but I'm guessing they'll stretch a bit with wear. I would buy these again without hesitation.

This is my second pair of Spenco slippers. I wore the last pair to the bone! I have plantar fasciitis and wear them when I’m in the house because I can’t go barefoot. SOOO comfy and warm! Great support. Only drawback is that they are not washable.

I love these slippers! After trying many pairs (thank you, Zappos!), these are the best. Good arch support, comfortable, durable soles, and warm. Highly recommend!

This is my fifth year buying these slippers. I love the feeling of putting them on when they are new, and no other slipper supports my feet in just the right way as these do. I noticed that this pair doesn't seem as plushly lined as the ones in past years and they are very lightweight. Given their price, I just wish they were washable so I could wear them for more than one winter season.

I normally wear sz 8 1/2 and I ordered the 8. The length was fine, but with the slippery lining, my foot slipped forward and hit the top. I think a 9 would have been too big. I also thought the suede quality was very poor. Felt like man made material. It has a strong arch. Had to return and ordered another brand.

It fits well but if you wear heavy socks, you may consider a half size more.

True to size, nice arch support, cozy, high quality. Keep feet warm.
