Travel luggage. Bottom line on durability remains to be seen.

I think this luggage is great, easy to carry and you can put a ton of stuff in it. however a little suggestion for this website is the size of the luggage would a big concern for consumers. because I know that some of the airlines have the oversize luggage fees

We wanted to bring our European trip purchases back home to Canada, and we bought this in France. The previous review is correct about the very flimsy rubber "hinges" which I didn't notice until after purchasing. The zipper at that back area is weak and has a design defect where it is easily "punctured" and the zipper unravels, which is infuriating for a luggage at this price. How do I send it in for repair or reinforcement? Used only on 1 trip. I had to buy straps to make sure it stayed together. I would like to use again as it looks great.

poor quality, too light material, not durable. and online totally different look, more looking like solid metal, in reality its just a plastic with slate look. after all company doesn't respond to my multiply emails about refund issues, there is no simply phone # to call them, just email contact and they dont respond. Plus they erase bad reviews too. Im disappointed in their business model.

I returned both the 20" & 28" suitcases - spinners. I was unhappy with the product so called to hear what to do for the return. To my dismay, I had to pay over $100 for postage to ship to the return center in Florida. I will never purchase Samsonite again. I remember it a much more customer service satisfaction kind of company. It is unfortunate.

I order the Rose Gold one, but it came with 1 scratch on the top corner and falling off paint on the zipper. I called the customer service, they emailed me saying will offer extra 25% off if I accept. I replied back with yes. However, I never heard anything back anymore. That's the end of story. Samsonite and Samsung all make pretty items, but their after sale services really need to improve to maintain the customers. Because they don't have a good system regarding to return. Customers have to pay for the returning shipping fee. Luggage are usually heavy, which will cost lots of shipping fee. Most people will keep it even though they don't like the products.

This suitcase got scratched/marked up on the very first trip. We don't think this should have happened; the quality seems poor. Would you take this suitcase back? It was used for one trip and already looks worn.

This product was ok but it looks like it might suffer if it was checked due to the dentable finish/light color. I would have preferred the blue color but it was not in stock at the time. I decided to return.

This product is too large for typical use on airlines -- they will charge an oversize fee since the length + width + depth dimensions add up to more than 62". Note also that the 28" Spinner will NOT nest inside of the 30" Spinner for storage which means that you will need enough storage room in your house for two large suitcases instead of just one. Be aware that if you get this product and then decide to return it, you will not be reimbursed for shipping (both original shipping cost to you and return shipping cost) so you are better off trying to get it at a local store.

Indigo is two different colors depending on the model. Does that make sense, not to me and you will be getting my items returned to you shortly as I have gone to a competitor where they both respond and don't confuse the customer between indigo blue and indigo!

I just bought this spinner and it scratched all over after one flight only. now it looks like I've always had this. i need to return asap. this is not what i am used as quality when i buy samsonite products

I first used this luggage for the trip to Asia. When it first arrived, I was so excited with the stylish and lightest piece Samsonate once made. Then another trip to Europe where I have more stuff to pack and unpack throughout the trip. The seam broke on the second day (of my 19 day trip)! It can be closed again but I worried about I completely broke it and have to buy new bag in Europe. If you pack light, less shape of stuff, cloth only, this is perfect luggage. It's lightest and spinner is great. However, when I tried to pack with box of my newly purchased purse (that I want to keep original box), I couldn't zip it up and keep breaking the seam over and over.

I have used Samsonite products since 1986 and had bought a total of 13 pieces of luggage (9- 25 to 29 inches and 4- 17 to 22 inches). This is the worst hardside luggage I got. I bought it on 5/22 and wished I had not taken it with me for my 5/30 business trip. The 2 sides are joined by a thin rubberized hinges that looked very tired and stressed after you opened the 2 sides up to pack or unpack. Also if you don't pack it to the full the 2 sides squeezed together and you have to pull on the 2 sides before you can unzip.
