These are the most comfortable boots I have ever tried. I actually have never been able to wear a boot before, but these are more comfortable than any closed shoe I have. They may be narrow for some people, but they have plenty of room in toe area and are very soft, almost stretchy "fabric" feeling in toe box. They also have a good, supportive footbed with moderate arch support. After a lot of walking on a trip to Paris, my feet were swollen and all my shoes except these boots were painful - these boots saved my trip! The fact that they are cute and waterproof makes them incredible. I am wondering how many pair I should stash in my closet in case they are discontinued or changed! Great boots for someone with slightly narrow foot who needs more room in toe area. They also have good traction for walking on slippery surfaces.

If you are wide in the toes, this brand is just too narrow. And if you have narrow heels, they are too wide in the heels.

Felt comfortable immediately, right out of the box. I got them to wear in Europe during the winter where I walk 4-6 miles a day just out and about and need attractive all weather boots that gave me all day arch support. These are perfect! I wear between a 6.5 and a 7.0, depending upon the shoe. I got both the 37 and 38, and the 37 fit much better.

The best best shoe/boot/anything I've ever put on my foot right out of the box! Went from box to Chicago streets without one single complaint from my very fussy feet. Ordering the black right now! I'll never have to look again for a casual shoe!

Just received these, so I've only had them on for 5 minutes. But they felt great right away and I love the looks - I ordered 3 other boots as well, but I think these are the keeper. My complaint - not enough to make me return them - on the outside near the top, towards the back,there is a little metal plate that says TopDryTex, which is the technology that makes the boots waterproof. If you wear pants over the boots, it will be covered but if you want to tuck the pants in, the plate is visible. Why, why did they do this? I think it detracts from the look. It would make more sense at least if the plate said Romika; I would not mind that as much. I don't see any way it could be removed. None of the other reviewers mentioned it, so I suppose I'm the only one who does not like it, at least enough to comment on it.

These boots deserve a zillion stars. They are comfortable from minute one and look terrific with jeans or leggings. I'd get a half size bigger to wear with heavy winter socks, but these boots are warm enough to skip that. I might need another pair...

Wonderful and comfortable booties. My orthotics fit perfectly and these boots gently hug the ankles and above just enough to tuck in skinny pants for a seamless look. I have them in black and brown. Wish there was a tan or wheat or caramel color, too. I wear a 9.5 normally and the 40 fits perfectly.

I really loved these boots and was so happy to buy the black ones based on all the reviews. They are undeniably stylish and fit well - - But - - they attract lint like a magnet, particularly in those cute little folds that go down the front. So, back they go. So sad - thought I'd found the perfect boot.

Really cute. Problem was that is didn't feel stable as I walked, something weird going on. The suede is unbelievably soft and comfortable. Just needed a flatter sole. Not a lot of arch support.

I tried these based on the rave reviews, but found them unappealing and uncomfortable. Right out of the box the zippers were hard to use and it felt like they would break, the material looks and smells cheap (or just too chemically) and they did not have good arch support at all.

I loved the look and feel of these - they are very light but seem very well made. However, I'm a true size 11 and the 42 EU size was just a tad too tight in the toe bed. I'm sad to be sending them back.

Super cute and comfy! I have terrible bunions and was looking for something with a roomy footbed that didn't look like a fat clog, and still had narrow ankles. These are great. However they do scuff easily and they aren't as comfortable as the Rieker 76961. That one's not waterproof nor as high on the ankle, but way more comfortable! I will be keeping these because i like the grippy bottom and waterproofing.

I just received these yesterday and have them on my feet right now. They are amazingly comfortable right out of the box. I was slightly concerned because the zippers were a bit difficult initially. They work fine now.

This is a charming little bootie. Very cute and stylish. The length is perfect but it runs a bit narrow. I have narrow feet & it was too tight even for me. Also, the sole is rubber so it squeaks when walking on a hard floor. Unfortunately, I am sending it back.

Most comfortable and supportive bootie I have tried. I returned because I want a lower boot.

These boots are absolutely fabulous. Plus, they are waterproof. I love them. I stand on my feet all day and walk a lot and my feet and ankles feel supported and don't hurt at the end of the day. I am 56 years old and sadly, not in great shape. You won't be disappointed.

I needed stylish walking (warm but not winter) boots for a trip to the US east coast during the spring. Boots that could stand up to rain and some mud in college town and exurban areas. These boots exceeded my expectations. They're cute and comfortable. I wore them five days straight while touring. True to size. Thank you to all who wrote reviews, which guided my purchase.

As others have mentioned, these do run a bit small so I ordered an 8 1/2 instead of my usual 8. Perfect fit, especially with my own orthotic and socks - soft material and no breaking in needed. The ankle, at least for me, does not rub, and I do not have small ankles. I haven't used them in wet weather yet so I can't comment on water resistance but I find them very stylish and comfortable - a winner in my book!

It's hard to find cute, comfortable boots that have a removable foot bed for orthotics, but these are perfect! They also have a smaller circumference around the leg, which is flattering if you wear them with dresses, but they still leave enough room to wear over leggings and skinny jeans.

this Romika Citytex 121 Boot is very comfortable. I had to size up 1/2 a size, my usual size is 7.5 but i found the 8 a better fit for me in width and overall comfort. it has excellent arch support, i felt it hugged the middle of my foot nicely. i would like to order this boot in black too but sadly they are sold out for now.

I bought these boots for a trip to London at Christmas. I was anticipating having to try several pair, so I ordered early -- no need. These boots are PERFECT. They were super comfy from the moment I put them on. They look great with leggings, tights, skinny jeans, even dresses. I'm very pleased with these boots

I wear a size 6.5 and these are a little big. Going to have to size down.

This boot is extremely comfortable and warmer than expected. It provides good arch support. It does look nice and narrow, not a chunky boot at all. I wore the boot with a silk liner and thick socks. The boot fit just perfect. Like the look of it also. The top part of the boot is not wide, so it wears nice under jeans.

I was in need of new ankle boots that would be comfortable enough to be my primary shoes for an upcoming international trip. I have tried them out walking to/from work, and they have been good with all day wear so far. They also have held up to walking in rain/snow, although the traction could be a bit better - they kept my feet warm and dry, but they are not snow boots and I would not wear for a lot of ice and snow.

Oh my these are yummy booties. Love them. True to size. Good support. I have narrow feet and need arch support!
