I tried about 10 pairs of ballet flats for work, and these were the winners. They had enough arch support, and I think they will be comfortable. I have a standing desk, I walk a lot during the day, and I travel, so I ask a lot of a shoe. I hope these will work out long term.

These shoes are so comfortable, and they look sharp. I've been looking for a shoe to travel in, and this one is perfect. I can walk city streets for hours with no discomfort whatsoever. That's saying a lot! Wish they had more colors.

These are delightfully comfortable and, as with all GEOX shoes, they breathe so your feet never sweat. You can never go wrong with real leather and GEOX.

I've been searching around for a pair of comfortable flats to wear to work because I'm literally on my feet all day and stumbled upon Geox. These shoes are very comfortable and my feet were still okay after 5 hours of wear, which is amazing because I have horribly flat feet. They were true to size and fit perfectly. The one downside for me was that it chafed a little against my ankles for a while but they're okay now.

These are super cute - exactly what I was looking for; unfortunately, they must go back. I ordered the 9 (EU39) thinking that it was going to work for me (only other size was the 11 EU42) and that was not the case. This fit more like an 8.5 than a 9. Box size indicates EU 39 1/2, US 9 1/2, but while I could get my foot in it, my toes were at the end and the top portion near the bow dug into my foot. When I stepped on it and my foot expanded, there was no way I could put full pressure on, it was just too small. If they had the 10 available, I'd just exchange it.

They are ok for comfort, narrow in the toe box. I walk a lot for my job and they pinched a little but decent footbed support. Nice style and construction!
