As a yoga instructor I am in my mat several hours per day. Thus mat has a great grip and travels well, rolls up nice and tightly and us light weight . A+

I have had my new mat only about a month and already can see a huge difference between this one and the one (a different brand) I had before. My biggest concern was to find a mat where my feet did not slip when doing warrior poses, and this mat fits the bill. I am no longer afraid that I will slip and lose my balance. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a slip-free mat.

I love this mat - it's much lighter than the PRO mat, so I can carry it on my commute to and from work (by way of the yoga studio) without hurting my shoulders. As a mat, it is awesome to practice on - my hands/feet don't slip. When I do heated vinyasa yoga, I use the eko towel on top of it and it is great. I am 5'10", so I got the long length mat and I love having enough room to fully stretch out! Best part is that this will last forever!

I've been practicing yoga for a year now and needed a new mat. I bought this mat a month ago and have used it in a power vinyasa class. I can hold the poses without sliding! I also bought the mat towel to go with it.

Excellent mat for someone who is 6' 4" and sweats a lot. The firm, yet supportive foundation the proLite gives prevents any pain in my easily bothered joints. Also, the mat has a ton of grip; instead of struggling to prevent myself from slipping, I can focus on getting deeper into each pose. Very portable and easy to clean.

I bought this mat for my husband who's about 6'1". He kept complaining his old mat was too short. This one is perfect and has a little more cushion to it compared to my Jade Harmony (which I like as well). If my husband decides he doesn't want to do yoga, I'm totally commandeering this mat.

I bought this mat for a friend because I love my Manduka ProLite (same mat, but the regular length). It's sticky and cushiony, and wider than most mats. I have practiced daily and intensely on my mat for at least 5 years and there is almost no visible wear. Even when I sweat a ton, it does not smell bad, and I rarely need to wash it. I use Dr. Bronner's soap when I need to wash it, which works well. I have traveled with it, too, and yes, it is a little heavy to carry around all day, but not as bad as the Manduka Pro, which is insanely heavy, but doesn't really seem any more cushiony to me. It's fine to go back-and-forth to class, as long as you aren't walking more than a mile or so. I got this version because my friend is over 6 feet, so I figured the extra length would be nice for him. I don't think he's tried it, so I can't say more on that.

Perfect. Little slip and pretty color. Have not yet tried in warm weather/sweat but looking forward to it.

Excellent option for tall yogis! Very sturdy and provides good cushioning. Easy to clean.

I bought this for my boyfriend because he was really close to settling for a cheap yoga mat. He loves the quality and the feel of the yoga mat. I have one for myself that I bought 10 years ago and it's going strong.

I bought this mat for my husband so he can practice with me on occasion. I myself and a tall person and have kept it for myself. Manuka mats are great and the extra length keeps my face for the hardwood floor.

I purchased this a couple weeks ago and am glad I did. I'm 5'10" and appreciate the longer version. I would prefer it to be a couple inches wider, but this size and weight works well for hauling around.

This mat is really optimum: it is made with excellent materials and after the first uses doesn't slips more. The feeling improve with the practice and i'm satisfied of it. it is good for power yoga!

Finally upgraded from a cheap mat and I'm SO glad I did!! This mat is incredibly comfortable and pretty lightweight. I'm also really halo you that I bought the long one, I feel like I have so much room on it. Stop using cheapo mats - buy THIS ONE! Side note: I do use a towel with it for my hot classes.

I bought this mat and have been using it for this 2 weeks! I'm amazed about its grip and quality. I feel its a perfect weight as well because I can carry it around with no problem! I'm super happy about it because I do hot yoga so I was always slipping on my old mat. Now with this one I can feel a huge improvement on my practice. I'm not thinking all the time that I will slip and fall pretty bad, instead I can just concentrate on the breathing and asana! At first I did what the instruction said on the mat, which is put a lot of sea salt on it and leave it there for 24 hours. At first it was super slippery but the grip improves the more and more you use it! So I've been practicing every day and each time feels so much better! I totally recommend it! And color is beautiful as well! :) Long life Pro lite!

I have been practicing on this mat for a few weeks now and it is wonderful! It is taking some time to break in as my palms slip a bit in downward dog, but the slickness is decreasing. Overall, love the ProLite!

I bought this for my husband who is really tall and needed the extra length. He practices at home and uses it for HIIT at the studio.
