Very good looking and comfortable shoes. The hidden platforms make these shoes very sexy, also elongate the legs.

Incredibly comfortable, good neutral color. I am a size 9 medium in all shoes - I can't recall ever returning a shoe for the wrong size. Unfortunately the 9 was too big and the 8.5 too tight. So I returned them but wanted to write anyway b/c they are really comfortable. I ended up keeping a pair by Naturalizer "Michelle."

These are super comfy given the height. They do give me blisters after prolonged wear, but are better than most heels this height.

Good looking dress pump. Definitely runs a full half size too large. I usually wear 8.5. or 9 Wide. I had to exchange for an 8. Runs a bit narrow - even the wide felt more like a roomy medium. Cushioning is good but the leather is stiff and these are very high heels so I can't see myself walking around in them for long periods. All in all I'm happy with the shoe and the brand and will try another style soon.

I want to love this shoe but couldn't get the sizing down. I usually wear a 5.5-6. I tried this in a 5M and the toe box was painfully narrow, while the length was perfect. The shoe isn't made in a 5W, so I ordered a 5.5W, and while the toe box was perfect, the shoe was too long for even the best inserts to keep it from slipping off mid-stride. I've never needed, owned, bought, or tried on a wide-width shoe before in my life, and Rockport is making me feel like a short and wide troll. Unfortunate.

The shoes look great and are super comfortable but are not true to size. I've always been an 8/8.5 depending on the brand. I bought these in an 8 and when I tried them on there was a significant gap at the heel and they feel right off the back when I tired to walk. Definitely go down half a size when purchasing.

Super cute. I usually purchase the seven to 7 low, but felt daring and got the high ones. The platform is comfortable and the shoe is very stylish. Felt much higher than the low ones though! I just don't get why Rockport heels slip off the heel. Happens with all 3 pairs of Rockports. But because they are cute and comfy for my 10 (9.5 in Rockports) wide foot I just get the heel grips and move along.

Cute quality shoe. Didn't fit. I ordered a 5W and the heel slipped in the back. I know I could put that heel thing to avoid slippage in the back, but those things roll up and are never resilient. At this price it should fit. I normally buy a size 5.5B. The 5C was too big. Had to go back. Really comfortable otherwise, wish it would fit.

Beautiful and very comfortable on the soles - however, you MUST order AT LEAST half a size down. Runs very big. Also, the toes are wider than most other shoes, but still not wide enough for wide feet. I have to return them because even half a size smaller is too big for me, but anything smaller will squish my toes. Bummed, because they are super cute and again, the sole feels soooo cushiony and good.

These heels are heaven! I had been wearing a pair of heels that hurt my feet all day, when these arrived and I slipped my foot into this shoe, the angels sang! I've never felt a heel that was this comfortable. Definitely order down half a size. Sadly they were too big and a heel wedge made them feel too short in the toes. They run very true to width size, and the arch support was wonderful. I am returning and ordering a smaller pair immediately.

Gorgeous shoe! Much more comfortable than other pumps. Though the shoe is quite wide, especially in the heel area. I've tried a 7 (which is my sneaker size) and that absolutely swallowed me. Then a 6.5, still way too big to walk in. I finally settled on a 6 which is a little loose in the heel, requiring for me to use inserts to keep the shoe snug on my foot. The inserts have made it a little too tight in the toe area- but I am a full size down to get the width right, and I think the full leather upper is going to give in time. Even with the size adjustments I've had to make, this is still a more comfortable pump than others I own, and an absolutely beautiful shoe.

These are classy looking shoes that seem to be fairly comfortable considering the high heel. However be aware that they do seem to run half a size large. The right shoe is okay, but the left shoe is dubious. As they are a 5 and do not come any smaller, I need to decide whether I can make this work with insoles and heel padding. I really like the shoes, so I am hoping that they will not have to go back.

Having previously sold shoes, as well as having a difficult pair of feet to find shoes for I can say this is the second pair of Rockports I have tried on and I am pleasantly surprised to say their (W) truly means a Wide as in a true D not C. The toe box is generous in height and width (something I rarely believe in a pump. The downfall with this shoe and the other Rockport is the counter (heel of the shoe) is shallow, which is something I have never encountered in any other brand. This is a beautiful shoe, minus the exposed glue. Unfortunately, they are 1/2 too large for my foot. As for arch support...I have never found any type of heel to have a built in arch support...just my take on arch support.

These are really beautiful shoes. Size 7.5 usually fits me perfectly, but these felt too big. I am going to exchange them for size 7 and I really do hope those will fit.

These shoes are really pretty and classy. I have a wider foot so it pinches the toes just a bit, but not unbearable. They do slip off your feet as you walk so I will definitely be purchasing some inserts for the heel part to keep them on. Overall they are pretty comfortable, color and shape is beautiful, and I've looked and looked and can't find anything better. Nice classic pump. And the height is not excessive too which I also appreciate because I'm pretty tall to begin with.

I read every single review, and after seeing how many people said to size 1/2 down, I went with an 8.5 W instead of my 9W (which I *always* wear in every shoe). Unfortunately, these just fit...oddly. The toe box is definitely narrow, even with the wide that I got, and they squeezed my toes too badly to walk. And even though the shoe was a bit too small (I should have gotten the 9), the heel weirdly had a small gap in the back, almost like I need to have some fat on my achilles to fill it out, which is probably why everyone says the heel slips off with each step. If you have feet that always require wide, I would definitely not order these--they run narrow. And I would also get your normal size. Oh, and they're a few shades darker in real life than they are in this picture. Definitely not a lighter nuder.

Oh boy, I am so conflicted about these shoes. I admit I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit me properly. My feet are usually somewhere between a 9 and a 9½, and somewhere between a medium width and a wide width. I first tried these in a 9M which felt too long (both heels slipped a lot) but also felt pretty narrow at the base of my toes. I then ordered the 9W as well as the 8½W. This is where things got interesting. I accept the fact that no one has feet exactly the same size, but the fit of these was so significantly inconsistent, I have to question the quality of the sizing. The left shoe of the 8½W felt great width-wise, while the length was too short and the right felt too narrow but just fine length-wise, the 9W absolutely felt no wider than the 9M and was in fact tighter in the right shoe, and yet all three sizes still slipped significantly in the heel. I got so frustrated that I actually measured the length and width of each shoe on paper and sure enough, no shoes of the same marked size had the same measurements - some were off by as much as a ¼". As much as I was tempted to keep the 8½W and the 9W to get the sizing for each foot as close as possible, I just was not willing to spend that kind of money on what would inevitably be one pair of wearable shoes. Having said all that, I do think these are comfortable for heels, and the platform in the front adds height without sacrificing comfort. If you are like me, you might have to try a few sizes and widths, and you will almost certainly need extra inserts/heel grippers, etc. to get the right size, but all in all they are beautiful, neutral, and (mostly) comfortable heels.

I love these shoes, but it took several shipments to get the right size. I usually wear 7.5 medium width, even in Rockport boots, but ended up in a 6.5 wide in these shoes.

I am a size 8 and sometimes wear an 8 1/2. I also have a somewhat wide foot. I ordered the 8 wide. There was so much room in the heel that my heel would slip right out! I added heel pads but they didn't help. I am returning for a 7 1/2 wide. I'm not sure if I should just get the regular size 8, not wide. I really want these to work for me. I like them!

Beautiful, comfortable shoes. I just wish that I'd read some of the reviews prior to ordering. The shoe runs about 0.5 size too big. As it falls off as I'm walking it will unfortunately have to go back.

Great shoes but size 8 fits like a European size 39. I have reordered in size 7, which should work better.

These shoes look fine and seem like they would be comfortable for a day at the office, but I ordered my normal shoe size and they are far too large to stay on my feet. I wanted to order another pair in a smaller size after sending this one back, but the price mysteriously increased between when I ordered the first pair and when I received them, so I probably will not be replacing them.

These are pretty in person -- almost classic lines, just with the thicker front end due to the platform. I found these to fit quite a bit narrower than the Seven to 7 low heel pump. I wear a 7W, which fits almost too big in the low heel, but was too tight in the high heel. I didn't feel these had enough arch support to be comfortable standing for very long -- all weight thrown forward onto the ball of the foot. The nude leather is a great shade to blend in with medium-Caucasian skin.
