Wonderful shoe! I ordered these and the Orthaheel walking shoe. These beat those hands down. Cushioned and stabilized, my feet (and esp. my heels)are finally happy! I do not plan to run in these shoes, but they are making a wonderful walking, shopping, errand shoe so far.

I have worn Sauconys for 15 years (both the grid stabil range and some trail shoes), thanks to my overpronation, flat feet and now bunions-sigh. I have always worn a 9 in regular shoes and a 10 in athletic shoes (including saucony), but with these shoes, I had to go up another half size because the toe box was not wide enough, which is weird because they are normally more wide than other shoes. I was pretty shocked by this since size 10s in saucony have been perfect, including the last 3 pair (though the most recent pairs were their trail shoes) I've purchase this year. I'd suggest ordering both your usual pair and a half size up, if you are not sure. The color is hideous and I love turquoise -this is more metallic turquoise, which I am not a fan of (metallics are nice in traditional colors like bronze, copper etc). They only look bulky to me when you see them from the inside where there is a large chunk of white at the bottom. They do feel very supportive-I wore them around the house without my orthotics and they felt quite good. For workouts I'd put in the orthotics, but for a brief wear, they seemed to have more support than previous Saucony running shoes I've purchased-and definitely much lighter!

This is the best pair of tennis shoes I have ever purchased. After a long, painful week working in rubber boots (I'm a fisheries biologist) and my last, short-lived pair of motion control tennis shoes (Brooks Ariels), I couldn't wait to put these on when I saw the Zappos box at my door. They provided INSTANT relief to my chronic pain due to plantar fasciitis. I am back on this site to order two more pairs of the exact same shoe. My only complaint is I can't find this same foot bed in a rubber boot and a business dress casual shoe to complete all of my shoe needs! This shoe corrects your entire foot posture, instantly relieving the strain causing the plantar fasciitis. If you have pf, this shoe is worth your money.

Wonderful fit, very supportive, has the motion control & support for my overpronation. I wear custom Orthotics that fit perfectly, there is no foot fatigue, less knee & back pain. There was no real break in period, just needed to get used to arch support - took all of 1 day only! After 1 day, walked a few miles-no problems. I will be rotating these with my Brooks Adrenaline for daily walking.

I'm flat footed, and I loved my CS2s. I bought these thinking they would be similar, and I have had horrible foot pain in my arches since the moment I put them on. Very disappointed. I think the arch support is awesome if you have normal feet, but if you are flat footed stay away.

run and I pronate quite a bit. Saucony Stabil shoes are probably the best shoes I've found for helping the pronation and protecting my ankles without aggravating plantar fascia or knees. They are also deceptively lightweight- don't be fooled by the chunky looking arch. They are undoubtedly my favorite stability running shoes, and I've tried several types (Brooks, Nike, ASICS, earlier versions of Saucony Stabil). Here's the thing, though; these shoes are UNBELIEVABLY ugly. I have small feet (6.5 W in running shoes; 6 in regular shoes) and my feet look like barges in these shoes! I put them on and just start laughing at my giant feet! :) Maybe if Saucony made them in sexier colors

While they are lightweight, they are extremely bulky! It feels (and looks) like my Grandmother's orthotic walking shoes.

I ordered these shoes because I have very flat feet and thought they would be good. Instead the arches were too painful to wear the shoes.

Saucony has a nice selection in wide widths for women, which gives me the rare opportunity to choose! With my high arch I think the sole stability will be great with this shoe. It looks a litte funny on the inner side, where you normally see some arch, but it isn't very noticible when on. Very little slippage, which is usually a problem with my narrow heels and wide ball of foot. The flat shoe laces aren't my favorite, I have another pair of Saucony with these laces, but they do seem to stay tied, they just often get twisted.

Love! If you need support, cushioning and a good arch, these are the shoe for you. Wish they had more color choices, but I like the blue.

Super supportive structure, but great cushion too. I have a wide toe box and regular heel with a high instep and normal arch. I get great fit and support.

This is my first time in this shoe. I wore the Mizuno Wave Inspire from version 6 or 7 through version 10. Version 10 of the Inspire went from OK cushioning to the cushioning of a brick, and it never really had the motion control I needed, so I decided it was time to strike out in search of a new running shoe. I did a bunch of research and decided this was the most likely candidate. Let me say a few things here, if you are considering ordering this shoe, to help you determine whether this would be a good choice for you. If you have low arches or flat feet, this is a good choice. If you pronate (feet roll inward) when you run, these shoes will help with that. If you have foot problems like maybe bunions or plantar fasciitis, these would be a good candidate. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a sexy, trendy, post-my-kicks-on-Instagram shoe, keep looking. It's not Saucony's fault, I don't think. All the support and cushion built into these shoes leads to them looking pretty clunky, and I'm not sure there's any way around it. Making them in ombre neon colors would make it worse. The cushion and support in these is superb. My messed-up feet feel super-happy in them so far. I can't wait to put in some more miles and see how they hold up. Also, Zappos was amazing as usual. I placed my order at 5:30 PM on a Wednesday, and they were at my door at 2:30 PM the next day. With free shipping. And their price on the shoes was the lowest I found. Thanks, Zappos!

I have severe RA with many foot surgeries and continuing problems. These shoes provide the stability that my feet need. They are so comfortable that I would wear them to a wedding. Besides, they are very stylish.

I love the comfort! There is plenty of room in the ball of the foot for my bunion and finally shoes that do not give me pain! Great motion control and arch support for my heel problem, too. These are the best shoes that I have tried in a long time. They seem to fit all of my multiple needs. I just wish they came in other colors. I have the white and blue because I really do not like the berry color. I am not crazy about the white, either. A gray version would be really nice...

I suffer from plantar fasciitis, I need strong arch support to be comfortable and pain free. These shoes are excellent. I took them for a long trip where walking was a must. No regrets, I was able to enjoy my trip and keep up with the pace.

I have been wearing Brooks Ariel's for the last 10 years and went to get them again and the salesman suggested the CS3W instead because I have a wide foot and the Ariels have gotten more narrow. Good choice, I love them! They are very comfortable and love the color!

The shoes are a bit clunky looking when you look at them but I went to a local running store to get fitted for new walking shoes and these were the result. I have no more shin splints and the burning in my hip has disappeared. I walk 3-4 miles a day and they are extremely supportive and comfortable. The wide toe box is a definite advantage. I am on my second pair and will definitely buy again.

Perfect shoe for preventing plantar fasciitis flare-ups. I have a narrow heel and prefer a deep toe box. These are like they were made for my feet. Absolutely love.

Great shoe! I've worn Saucony for many years - it's the only shoe that seems to accommodate my lack of arch by giving me support but not overdoing it and making me uncomfortable. My feet feel very stable in these shoes.

Easily the best pair of sneakers that I've ever owned for plantar fasciitis pain from overpronation (flat feet). Orthotics fit well after removing the default insoles. The bulky look is well worth tolerating for the fantastic motion control and support.

I love these shoes! The first joint on my big toe doesn't like to bend due to arthritis and bunion. My shoes need to be stiff with good arch support and pronation control. I can walk a few miles in these shoes without pain. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent shoes for runners with flat feet! These are the only shoes that give me enough support for longer mileage. My only complaint is that the shoes don't come in a variety of different and darker colors. Too much white!

Compared to other running shoes these are not the most fun in terms of colors but they are a great shoe for those who overpronate. Lots of motion control thanks to the very wide and firm sole. I find the New Balance motion control shoes too deep at the toe but these are just right. I have used Saucony for many years now and I have to say that they are not the cutest but they do the job well and they last a lot longer than other brands.

Purchased StabilCS3W for the motion control and stability. I am on my feet 8-10 hours/day in an operating room with hard concrete based sub flooring. It is difficult to find a sylish (not old lady style) supportive sneaker. My only suggestion is this sneaker comes in more fun/bright colors. Plenty of toe room, I use a "Powerstep" orthotic and I find it fits well. After wearing this sneaker for 1 week at work I purchased another pair for my cardio workouts. I change out my work foot wear every 3-4 months and will purchase another pair of this style.
