I'm returning these because, as a woman with a slightly wide foot, my toes were crammed into them at the point. Perhaps these can be stretched out, but not willing to risk it. They'd have to be stretched a lot.

Love this shoe, very comfortable and stylish. I was scared to buy because of the reviews but it fits me perfectly fine. Get half size smaller than what you usually get.

These are a beautiful colour for us pale gals looking for a nude pump, but sadly the leather and the soul are so thin that I fear they won't last even an hour of wear. Also, they are cut in such a way that there is a gaping space all around the arch of the foot. Sigh! They are beautiful to look at but sadly not so beautiful to wear.

I'm so sad to have to write this review because I adored this shoe. I've had it less than 2 months and today, walking through my office, the heel broke. I can't believe that a shoe that is in this price range can't handle moderate office wear once or twice a week for more than 2 months. The comfort was great, the style was classic. I'd give it every bit of 5 stars had it been able to work. I guess I'll already be looking for another pair of pointed toe black pumps.

this is my second go-round with this shoe. i had a heel break with my first pair, like some other reviews. i'm giving them a second chance since i feel like the style is perfect. zappos customer service was top notch, sending out a new pair almost immediately. they fit great and are comfortable to wear to work all day. love all the color choices as well.

Love the color and overall look of the shoe. Received compliments. However, the shoe hurt the first day I wore it. Hoping it will soften and become more comfortable with time. I love the color and style of the shoe so I plan to keep it.

I have wide feet, but these feel comfortable for a pointed toe shoe! I'm normally 6.5-7, but sized up to 7 on these.

I love these heels. They're the classic shape of a good pump and, a good pair of white heels can take any outfit to the next level. I love them with jeans:). I'm a 6.5 and these 6.5 felt perfect. The heel area is a bit wide, but nothing an insert can't fix.

These are super comfy! Very work appropriate but you can also wear them with jeans and a nice top! Love!

I bought these pumps in tangerine and they are simply stunning. Super stylish. Every time I wear them I get numerous complements. I ended up buying them in other colors too. They are well fabricated and the fit is very comfortable. Took me about 20 minutes of breaking them in before I could walk around all day at the office without hot spots. Great arch support that doesn't make the heel feel too high. Your legs will look longer. Don't delay. It's unfortunate that some buyers had a poor experience with these shoes.

These are such gorgeous shoes but I had to order the next 1/2 size. They were very narrow and smaller than usual. Great looking spring/summer shoe.

I bought these shoes because I bought the black ones for work. They are perfect for work! Very comfortable, classy and strong. I liked them so much I plan to buy all the colors. They certainly make an outfit rock.

These run true to size. The heel was a bit higher than I thought but still very comfortable.

Overall, these are some really beautiful shoes. However, they are not made for long period of time standing because there is no platform to support the palm of your foot.

Amazing pump! Comfortable right out of the box and constructed beautifully. It felt like a heel that was custom made for my 6 1/2 foot! Charles is by far my favorite brand.

Simple but classy. These pair of shoes makes my legs look longer than they really are. However, I do have wide feet and can only comfortably wear them for a few hours. Nevertheless, a great addition to my collection of shoes.

I have this shoe in several colors. They have become my daily shoe staple that I wear for work. (My ultimate goal is to have one in every color.) I always get compliments. I am generally on my feet for 8 a day at work; work in an office where I have to walk around a lot. They are fairly comfortable. I usually wear 6 1/2; had to go to size 7.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have the gold, silver, white, two kinds of black, blue, nude and red suede. That is how obsessed I am! I cannot wear heels for that long and I have not had the chance to wear these out yet but wearing them at home and walking around the house I can already tell they are comfortable. The heel height is perfect and they have good arch support.
