Absolutely love these shoes! I bought them to wear to a job interview - I don't wear heels all that often and I needed something that looked professional and was comfortable and easy to walk in without looking frumpy. These shoes have tons of padding and are extremely comfortable. My heels slip out of every shoe, but with the gel heel inserts they were fine. They fit true to size.

Beautiful shoes, unfortunately I had to return as they were too small. I usually wear 10.5 which Born does not make and the size 10 was just a bit tight in the toe, although 1 heel would slip out. Will try the 11 if they come in stock. Nice solid shoe, though. Like the heel and the shiny black leather.

fantastic shoes! Purchased to have a comfortable dress shoe to wear with suits and work wear. these fit the bill. broken in from the first wear. the heel is large enough to be stable and shaped well enough to look good. wish the other colors were better as I would buy more pairs of these.

Very comfortable work shoes. Can wear them all day long, even though I usually don't find high heels very comfortable. I had to return the first pair because they were too big. The next pair was too big too, but I kept them because the next size down would've been a half size smaller than what I normally wear. I have wide feet, and these were perfect in the width!

This is a great shoe. If you are looking for a sensible work shoe that is comfortable and has a little bit of style, then you will like this shoe. I will look for more in this series.

This is a great pump. It is extremely comfortable. The styling is conservative without being frumpy. The heel is the perfect height and it's not too skinny to the point where you fall down and look stupid. I work for myself and only need to "dress professionally" for client meetings and presentations. Nonetheless I need to be comfortable and relatively stylish at the same time. I've tried the "high end" designer pumps and the "mid-range" designer pumps. This is the best I've found and I am extremely happy with them.

I bought a pair of brown Sabrina at a retail store and liked them so much that I ordered a 2nd pair from Zappos in the black patent leather. The patent leather is a bit stiff and there is a break-in period. After that these were as comfortable as my brown pair. I really love these shoes - heel is just high enough to be stylish with skirts and dresses and low enough to be comfortable without looking frumpy. I'm in heels for work and trade shows - these are perfect for both.

I am a flight attendant and need comfortable shoes for work. I've been spending so much money trying to find just the right shoe. I finally decided to buy a more expensive shoe from a brand that's know for comfort and what do you know? It was well worth it! I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a day, 3 days a week at work and while my feet still ache a bit and the end of a long day, putting these shoes back on the next day doesn't make me want to cry, so I'd call this a great purchase!

I absolutely love these shoes and have them in both black and brown. They are comfortable, stylish, and have a heel that is moderate enough to be very professional. I am an attorney in her late 20's and have to dress very conservatively - these shoes are perfect (comfortable, mid-height heel but not frumpy)!

I love these shoes. The heel height is perfect, not too high, but enough to wear with pants or skirts. The insole is fluffy, and soft especially on the balls of my feet. I have bunions and that softness is a welcome gift. The color is true to pictures and a great neutral for my wardrobe.

I'm on my feet all day and wanted a basic, comfortable, and stylish pair of black heels. These fit the bill perfectly. Well worth the price.

I have many, many pairs of Born shoes and love the beautiful construction and comfort. These pumps are so comfortable I could walk around in them all day long. The leather hugs your feet. They look beautiful and expensive too.

Just got these shoes and they feel great! They are easy to walk in, feel extremely stable, seem good for vigorous city walking which I will subject them to tomorrow!

Tried these because another reviewer said it runs narrow - perfect for me who has a narrow heel but "B" width foot. Needs a little more cushioning in the ball of the foot - but a great look. Leather a little stiff for a shoe at this price - expected something a little softer. Going back for that reason.

A beautiful shoe that you can stand and walk in without trouble. The leather is great quality and the only reason I give it 4 stars is that the fit is not perfect - but my feet are wide so that might not be a problem for you. I got lots of compliments on these already!

This is a really nice shoe for a professional setting. I have to wear suits for work and these look really nice with both pants and skirts. I'm almost always a size 9, and these feel a tad too large when I'm wearing tights. They fit really well with bare feet. I may invest in some inserts so I don't fall on my face in front of a client. Overall, the shoes are really well made, the shiny black leather is very nice, and I'm very pleased.

Beautiful shoe, but regret I'm going to have to return. I've been a mission to find the perfect cute (yet comfy) black pumps. These have the cute factor but too stiff and a little too tight in the toe box. May have to try a 1/2 size larger.

The leather is rather stiff even after wearing these multiple times. They do have good arch support which is important to me.

I wear between an 8.5M and 9M so I ordered both to see which was best. Both sizes were very comfortable and I didn't feel as though I was going to walk out of the size 9. The shoe offers plenty of support keeping my foot from slidingdown toward the toe box. While the heel is higher than I normally wear, I felt very stable. I sent back the 9s because the shoe is likely to stretch with wear.

Shoe looks good in person, heal is a bit wide. I'm a 6.5 M forever and this shoe in that size pinched toes and tight at heel. I ordered the next size up & it was just a slightly too big. Tried inserts to stop heel from slipping, but just wasn't comfortable enough. I ended up returning them and buying 2 pair of Aerosoles from the retail store. I need to try shoes on. I don't think buying on line is for me.

I never wear pumps, but needed some "grownup shoes" (at age 49!). I ordered about six pairs of heels (pumps and slingbacks) from various brands (Sofft, Rose Petals, Trotters, Fitzwell, Lifestride), and these were the best combination of comfort and style. My foot is on the wide side, and I found these to fit just right in width and length, and feel secure when walking. (Skinnier heels seems to slip and skid under me.) I am a big Born fan already, and am happy with these. I'd love it if they came in some more fun colors!

It runs a little big. Had to return. It felt comfortable and it has some arch support. Not too stylish.

This is a super cute shoe but was a little too tight in the toe box for me. I have a wide and thick foot so unfortunately this has to go back. It's cute and well made though.
