I ordered these in my true size (10.5) but that was too large. The 10 fit much better but after about 10 days, I really wish I could return them. They are very warm and appear to be very high quality but they are just not comfortable to wear. First, even in the proper size, the heel cup is quite large. The top of the heel hits very high and it moves a lot as your foot is not held very securely. Second, the sole of the "slipper" is very hard. Don't get me wrong, it is high quality and appears to be quite durable, but for around the house it is very hard and I sound like an elephant walking around on our wood floors. My wife has already commented several times that it sounds like I'm walking very heavy in these shoes, and I am typically virtually undetectable when walking. I want to love these so much as they look great but I just can't. I guess I'm stuck with them now but my L.L.Bean slippers are still getting more use than I expected, especially when the kids are sleeping, which completely defeats the purpose of this purchase.

I bought these for my husband to wear around the house and he absolutely loves them. He took his Uggs off and never looked back (sorry, Uggs). I only wished that Zappos carried the Navy Blue.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. I wanted a comfortable shoe because he has a lot of pain with his feet, he said they are so comfortable he doesn't want to take them off. He is on his feet all day so i was so happy to find a pair of shoes that he loves considering he is very picky.

I ordered a size 8 for a size 9 foot and it fit perfectly

Bought these for my husband's birthday present. He loves and wears them constantly. Comfortable, great fit. Sturdy soles. We've gone through lots of slippers over the years, but these are by far the best. Worth the money.

Fit felt 1/2 size larger, and these give a bit in the width. Substantial soles, and those with high arches, like me, can easily replace the insoles with something more suitable. Since my feet get cold in the Winter I used a pair of the Superfeet Merino Insoles. So far so good. Like the idea of the dark grey shearling not showing the dirt as much as the light color.

Most expensive slippers I've owned to date. Seem to be worth the step up over previous slippers. Need time to compare durability but comfort exceeds prior experiences.

I bought these for my husband. He was between sizes so I sized up to a size 13. Had to return them for they were too big. Exchanged for a size 12 and they fit perfect. Very comfortable and warm. As always Zappos offers excellent customer service.

My son loves these very well made slippers! The 3rd time was the charm!! I got these for my adult son for Christmas in a size 8.5, (his usual size), but they were too big. I then ordered an 8 and then a 7.5 until they were the right fit for him. I'm grateful for the return policy so we could get his size right! Thank you.

This is my second pair. First pair lasted 3 winters with daily wear, they’re still usable just a little rugged looking. These Sorels are the best winter bang around shoes. Comfortable, warm and able to handle a little winter slop.

I was looking for the Sorel Manawan slippers but they are apparently discontinued and my size was not available. So I stumbled upon these. These fit just like the size 10 Manawan slippers with what is a more durable outsole. So I think they will be just fine. This sole may keep the cold floor from chilling my feet. I hope so!

Great house slipper with soles sturdy enough one can venture outside if needed. They slip on easily, yet don't slip around while walking. They are handsome, very well made, and true to size.

Love the shoe, the inside is much softer than Ugg.

These are my second pair of Sorel slippers and I continue to like their products. I had Manawans and replaced them with this slipper. The soles look to be better suited to outside wear. They are as comfortable as they look. Would buy again. Sorel seems to make great footwear and I have been buying their outdoor boots for over 20 years and continue to support the maker. Don't think you can go wrong.

Using the reviews, I bought half a size larger than my normal size, and they fit great. I can wear them with or without socks. They are just as comfortable as my Sorel Manawan slippers.

Was definitely a half size small on me. Toes right up the the end. Kind of tight in toe box width-wise, as well, right at the widest part of your toe knuckles. It is not a deal breaker, but that is how it fits me. I didn't want to return for a larger size, I am hoping it breaks in a bit and becomes more cozy/comfortable rather than like a form fitting tight slipper, which it currently is.

I like the Sorel brand overall. The styles + they fit my long moderate arch and narrow ankle. More importantly , I appreciate the customer service @ ZAPPOS !

Love the old school camo color. I am a size 10. After reading the reviews about how several people said that it felt a half size larger, I ordered both a 9.5 and a 10. The size 10 slipped quite a bit. The size 9.5 fit perfectly. I returned the size 10. As always, Zappos did a smooth return transaction.

The photos of them looked much nicer than they looked on my feet. I was hoping they were more rigid and that is how they look in the photos. They are just an overpriced moccasin.
