I'm so glad that I finally got these shoes. I have a few pairs of Swedish Hasbeens in the "super high" and "sky high" heights, and was looking for a smaller heel height. These shoes are true to SH sizing. I'm a true 8, and wear a 39 in these. Yes, the leather is super hard and can cut into your foot with each step. To avoid that, I treated the inside of mine with cocoa butter (do it now, and thank me later), and stretched them out with a shoe stretcher for a day. I wore them all day as I ran errands, and they didn't bother me at all. If you're in the fence about getting these, I suggest you go for it. They're a beast to break in, but once you do...giiiiiiiiirl!

These are beautifully made clogs. This is my second pair in about 4 years - I practically lived in the first pair I bought, and although they hold up really well, I highly suggest that you Scotchguard them with the leather safe spray that you can get at a hardware store. By the time my first pair were ready for retirement, they were very stained and dirty and it was almost impossible to clean them without ruining them (because I didn't spray them with any protectant.) The leather is quite delicate and the wood is very sensitive to moisture, dirt, and stains. It's worth it to do two coats of the spray to protect these beautiful shoes. They are comfy and go with practically everything.

Yes it is good to know that I am a size 8-81/2 and a 39 was just perfect (I did not make the mistake since I am from Europe, I knew it was not a 38). And as the previous reviews I have to say they are very stiff and hard to break in, like a month of wearing them and using a shoe stretcher every night. I do have wide feet, but I tried anyway and I have nearly reached comfort. But what an effort! Why not using a little more souple leather? I hope the makers of these shoes hear about that. Because we love the shoes! I want more but not with this stiff leather.

Love these! So cute. I’m excited to wear them. I have wide feet and frequently size up to 7.5 due to width. These fit perfectly at 37 and width was ok. The break in time was minimal and the width was workable. The leather is stiff but will stretch nicely. No blisters!

Another reviewer said these were hard to break in but I wore them for 12+ hours on the first day without a problem. Comfortable an cute for spring

They fit a tiny bit too small. Felt I needed a half size larger. So cute!

Really like the style and quality is great as usual. I have two pairs of Swedish Hasbeens (open toe) in size 37, but these felt short as my toes were hitting the top. Feel like if I go up a size they will be too wide.

I love these shoes! They’re very comfortable and super cute. Honestly, they’re just what I was hoping they would be.

I was apprehensive about buying a pair of clogs, because I thought the wooden soles would be hard on my feet. Especially since I do ballet. The last thing I want to do is wear a pair of hard shoes after pointe class. But it turns out that they are supper comfortable. The size 6 is perfect. Now I'm ready to buy a new pair in a darker colour. Totally recommend them.

Love these clogs!! They are so cute, and because of the quality of materials (no elastic on the strap), they feel like they will last and last. Wood and leather, that’s it.

My feet are wide and I could not handle the tightness over my foot but they are sooooo cute.

I ordered this clog and received a similar looking pair, but not what I ordered. The pair I received had a 1 inch heel and I wanted the 2.5 inch heel, so I returned them

I normally wear a 36 in SHB but these were too short. My toes were right up against the top of the shoe. Otherwise they fit perfectly; the width was great, even for my wide feet, and the arch and heel were perfect. Sent these back for the next size up.

I loved these, but had to send them back because the leather was so stiff. I could tell immediately that they would rub and cause blisters. Other than the stiffness of the leather they were very comfortable, and I would have loved to keep them.
