Decent boot, it was certainly comfortable enough when I tried it on, though it was hard to slip my heel into the bottom. I think it probably would've loosened up if I'd chosen to keep it. I kept a different, heftier pair of snow boots instead because these were okay but didn't knock my socks off. Overall, a decent boot for running errands and being in and out of the car, but not so much for tromping through feet of snow.

Great boot. Ended up with a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. The boot fits well and doesn't rub anywhere. The fur is a good quality and the other materials look great. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love the style of these boots, however I ordered my regular size 6 and they were way too small, so small that I couldn't even get my heel down into the boot. I returned them and got a 7 and they are still tough to get on. I have to really push my heels down into the boot, but once they are on, they are fine. They feel a little narrow in the foot but with a thinner sock they are ok. They keep my feet nice and warm and dry. Definitely order a size up (at least).

Adequate for light snow/ice weather. I did not think there was enough thickness to wear for extended times if you're walking in the snow or in below freezing exposure The fit was true to size and comfortable enough for every day wear but I would not recommend it in severe ice/snow conditions.

very comfy and they are pretty but not very warm. was hoping to wear them on a ski trip in Flagstaff, AZ but had to change them out for an older pair. my feet were cold almost immediately (which i guess is good in one way so that i didn't get out on the snow with them). would probably be great for light winter weather, running around doing errands and such.

I loved the way these boots looked. They are just too cold. I really wish they would have added more insulation to the foot part.

The boots are very comfortable. True to size and waterproof. They are great in snow and ice. My only complaint is that they are not warm. I was in an ice rink and by the time the hockey game was over I couldn't feel my toes.

For sure, these are fashion boots. These are for going out shopping, walking through the slush in the parking lots, and that's about it - not warm enough for running around in snow for long periods of time, or walking the dog or something. I like them a lot, they're very comfortable, but for fashion boots I'd rather pick the Columbia Minx Mid II Omni-Heat (they are warm and fit perfect but I can never find the color/size combo I like), and for real snow boots I recommend Patagonia's Wintertide.

Love Zappos service and usually love North Face, but not these. Ordered black 9 1/2. Usually wear 9 and these were a little long. They run a little narrow which I liked. They were not very cute and were stiff and uncomfortable to me. They looked like something from Target to me.

These are gorgeous boots but did not fit my foot correctly. They were too narrow and a little too short. The sole was hard and uncomfortable. I usually wear a 9.5 so I tried on the 10's. So then I went up a size to 11 and then they were huge.

I ordered both this shoe and the North Face Shellista Boot. This boot fit true to size (I'm a size 8 and the size 8 was perfect), while the other shoe ran small (I needed an 8.5). I have not worn them in cold weather, but I returned this boot because the quality is not nearly as good as the other boot. Both are North Face, both are similarly priced, but these are in no way as warm as the Shellista boot. The lining inside is very thin and I guess they would be fine if you would prefer to have your foot look nice and small rather then big and clunky, but I prefer warm and dry any day. The quality/warmth of this shoe to me is more like something I could buy for $50. Tsk tsk North Face.

Returning these, because as I tried them on, I noticed that my feet didn't get any warmer - just sitting in my own living room. This is a problem I would imagine for the winter that is coming my way.

Nice boot but very hard to get your foot into it at first. Also they claim they're waterproof, but when I wear them in wet weather it feels like water gets inside. Don't get me wrong, its not like your foot is soaked, it feels like water is seeping in a little. Also not the warmest boot one world. They do look great. The material they're made from is wonderful, very flexible. They do stretch out after a few wears but still tight around the ankle.

Agree with previous comments about being on the narrow side. I have a slightly wider foot. I only wore in the house for awhile and they didn't seem that comfortable either. I would have expected more cushion and insulation for a North Face snow boot. I did like the look and the fact that it has the lace up but I could slip it on easily. However, I'm returning.

These were just okay. They aren't really designed to keep the feet warm. I wore them to a soccer game, and by the end, my toes were numb from the cold. Maybe they are useful in the snow (I won't know until it snows). They are cute. I bought my size and they fit fairly snug. If you like more room (which I tend to do), you may want to buy a size bigger.

Shoe fit great, but the "fur" at the top felt really nasty. I also didnt like that there was no zipper on the side. would have to tie the shoes every single time. I decided to return them.

I am a huge fan of the North Face, and I've worn their boots before, but I just...despise these. The toe box feels like it has zero insulation - my toes are frigid in all weather conditions. Also, the fit of this boot is just off. It's given me some nasty blisters where the rubber hits around the ankles, and there's no padding in the boot soles. They also are awful to get on and off. I lose my socks every time.

I love these boots but they make my feet cold. They are very comfortable and easy to slip on but my feet got cold after about twenty minutes in 25 degree weather.

Neither the box nor the Northface web sites rate these for cold so I can only assume that they aren't really snow boots. I live in Minnesota and need a real boot. They look cute but too many people have said that they were cold. Would be helpful if Northface was upfront about what type of climate these are designed for.

These boots have no zipper and they are a PAIN to get on and off. No really. You'll look at them and think, I'll risk going without boots.

This boot is not waterproof. Wearing it in NYC, Vermont and New York in the slush and snow it gets very cold and water and moisture seeps into the inside of the boot and leaves your foot very cold and very wet. I am returning.

Like the boots, like the style. However, the right boot is very tight and narrow while the left boot fits perfectly. I checked the size label and both boots were marked 6 1/2 B. Looks like the width has been mislabeled because the right boot is so tight it feels like my foot is in a vice and 2 minutes into wearing it my toes start to tingle. Yikes!

I really hoped that I would love these. I do love how they look, but no matter what I do my feet were freezing. They were dry but they were frozen. I found it very frustrating.

These boots are beautiful, but were hard to get on and I have very narrow feet. I ordered a 9.5 and I wear a 9 shoe. They were very short and felt like I needed a full size larger than I had.

I couldn't even get this boot on. I tried unlacing it completely, but it didn't help. I wear a size 11, so ordering a size bigger isn't an option. Very disappointing...definitely recommend ordering one size bigger if it is available.
