THese Pliners are versatile....can be worn with dresses, skirts and pants. The leather is great quality and the design of the shoe is architecturally interesting. Great arch support. I particularly like the height of the sandals because I’m only 5 ft.

Due to past Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis, I need shoes with support. I love these sandals and bought them to replace a favorite pair I had worn out. I was so happy to find the exact shoes I wanted, as I had owned my original pair for years! They do take a little time to break in, but you have to be patient, and then one day you realize they are perfect!

These are a spectacular pair of very stylish sandles but I am returning them because I found them at a lower price point elsewhere.

Love Donald Pliner shoes in general for their support and this one didn't disappoint. Slipping out of my cheap simple black flip flops into these was so heavenly and so comfortable. I've bought this brand before and the comfort is over the top. These of course are also very chic and flattering; I can't wait to wear them with black leggings around my never-too-cold beach town. Great long-term purchase - will last a long time and never go out of style. Actually been wanting these for a few years and so glad I finally purchased them. Will be great for my tired feet after a day of being on my feet all day!

I really like these shoes; I have three pairs, size 5.5 M. I think they're a little narrow, but they're perfect for my feet. They are comfortable and stylish. When I wear them people always comment on how pretty they are, how unusual the way the front piece hides the piece between the toes. I think the site should eliminate reviews from 2013; it can't possibly be the same shoe. Use reviews that are more current. Seeing the old reviews inspired me to take the time to review now.

I have bought this Donald Pliner shoe in the past and decided to buy the same style in a different color. Not disappointed at all! It is not only as comfortable as my original pair but it is just as pretty and I get many compliments. I'm thoroughly happy with this purchase.

These are beautiful sandals. I wish they had worked for me. I have a wide foot and they are shape very narrow. My foot spills over them on the sides. Very sad to have to send them back.

beautiful shoe, but my feet are too flat to wear comfortably. The ridge around the footbed is so firm it makes my feet hurt to walk in them

Great looking shoe. Definitely needed to break them in a few times before they began feeling completely comfortable.

I love these sandals. This is my second pair, wore the first till they all but fell apart. One thing, be careful about getting them wet as the leather will curl and they won't look as stylish.

Ordered them with the knowledge I can send them back and figured I would because of the mixed reviews. Have to admit, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! They fit perfectly. The footbed is soft, but the sole has less flexibility, which is great for my arthritic feet. Now I have to decide on my next color!

I do love the look of this shoe and it is very comfortable for all day wear. However, I am disappointed in the quality for a Pliner shoe. After just a few times of wear the edge of the footbed is worn. Not even sure how this could happen, but make the shoe look old. For the price of the sandal I would not have expected this to happen. Did run true to size I wear 6 1/2, that's what I ordered and fits perfect.

Love them. This is my 2nd pair of black Fifis - the first pair was bought 3 or 4 years ago and they lasted for that duration. Finally, broke down and bought another pair (since I love them so much) and also bought another color.

Beautiful, interesting shoe that runs very narrow. If you have anything unsightly like bunions on the inside of your foot, they will show in this shoe.

I love these sandals. They fit better than Donald Pliner's Fifi sandals, but I love those, too. I wish there were more colors available; I would buy more of them. I have purchased several pairs of the Fifis; they last for years and are very comfortable. Worth the money!

Had these shipped overnight to use on a trip to New York in July - per the other review here...and they are spot on! Fit is amazing and can't beat the quality! I did get 2 blisters because of the humidity, but that is to be expected with any new shoe. Will have these for life.

Originally found these shoes a number of years ago at Nordstrom. Beaded bronze. I loved them to pieces! Then the thong/toe piece broke and none of my shoe repair shops would fix them. Called Zappos for suggestions-talk about superlative customer service. I now have 6 pairs!
