I use the Timberland Pro Anti Fatigue inserts. I wear 2 pair of boots, alternating between the two pair daily. I work in a warehouse and walk 3.5 to 5 miles per day while working. These inserts have not held up any better than less expensive inserts. The attached pic is after approximately 20 days of use.

I work on concrete floors and asphalt pavement in the transportation/logistics field. For many years, coworkers had requested anti-fatigue mats to help reduce knee, foot and leg pain; however, this accommodation was not compatible with the power equipment that shared the floor space. Then, I discovered these insoles in a pair of new Timberland PRO Boots. They feel as comfortable as anti-fatigue mats and move with the worker everywhere-amazing stuff really. I no longer limp home after a long shift. I feel that this product has made my job easier and increased my endurance and productivity. It is very comfortable to walk long distances every shift and cover a lot of territory. (The inserts can be cut by the user to fit any shoe or boot correctly. I moved up one shoe size in my steel toes to compensate for the thickness of the insert.)

Bought these for my husband as he was developing some foot pain with his timberland boots (he loves those boots). He says this is basically a replacement insole, did not find it any different than the one that came with the boot. We're hanging on to them for when the old ones wear out, and will look for another supplemental padding product. Nothing wrong with these, just not quite what we were looking for.

I bought these to put inside of my rain boots for more support as I walk around in the muddy garden. I have very picky feet, and I have walked around all day in these for several days now and am thrilled with my choice.

These insoles feel great! I work a twelve hr. day in a warehouse and I was starting to feel it in my knees and feet. I heard about these insoles from my dad and how well they work for him. Since getting them my knees and feet feel just as great at the end of the day as the start of the day.

I have a pair of professional work shoes that I have been wearing for 4 years. The insole wore out, and that line does not carry insole replacements. I had heard that Timberland shoes were comfortable, but they don't carry the style I need for my work. Then I discovered they carry replacement insoles for their shoes and decided to order some to put in my shoes. Long story short, I will order again, these insoles are unbelievably comfortable. You need a very good pair of scissors to cut through the material when trimming to your shoe size. I am waiting for Timberland to add a line of professional shoes for women that can be worn in an Administrative setting. Seriously, you need to get these insoles.

Carefully designed boots I've had or tried on them all. I have found the Timberland Pro Anti-fatigue boots to suit me the best from day one.

If you have flat feet and you stand on concrete/metal floors all day these insoles will make any boots better. They are best paired with the timberland powertrain boots. Most comfortable insoles and boots I've ever worn.

I bought these insoles for my steel toed work shoes. I'm on my feet for 8-10 hours daily and was having back & leg soreness. Since I've been using the Timberland Insoles I have not had a problem with soreness anymore. They work great & well worth the money.

It was soooo thick that I couldn't cut it. I tried a box cutter and hardware scissors. Nothing would work. I wear a 6 and they were too big. I gave up.

I always have to trim them to my shoes, which is normal. These are my preferred insoles. I’ve never had any issues with my feet since buying these. I don’t have any unusual issues with my feet, but being a marathon runner and a warehouse worker means my feet are abused. These really help.

Well i have read so many bads reviews that i need it to step it up! I have more than a dozen boots and All have these Anti Fatigue Insoles. And i dont have any complaints. Totally the opposite, they are amazing. And if is too large? CUT THEM OFF (From the thinnest front end (i actually prefer it larger so i can shape it with the original footbed). They haven't peel off, and they actually smell really good (Use anti transpirant for feet if you are gonna sweat too much) i dont get how people complaint about their feel hurt, maybe they have water retention or bad back (yes, your feet can hurt coz a bad back)) and if you are gonna use on used shoes, be sure dont have a deformed midsole or outsole first! (Dont blame it on the Anti fatigue foot beds) Now im gonna try the Energy "StepPropel" ones! Let you know!

I bought Timeberland Pro anti fatigue and I really recommend it! I work in construction and I am standing most of the day and these insoles really help me and I don't get tired from standing for long periods of time.

I found out about this insoles from my pair of timberland safety shoes from last year. They make my feet painless through my 10 hr shift at the warehouse. Even tho you have to choose from a men’s size and they come really huge I ordered a MEDIUM and cut it to my size. I really recommend this insoles.

My grandson works where he's on his feet all day, walking or standing. He says these insoles have really eased the pain in his instep (flat footed) and makes him smile a lot more.

I always replace "stock" boot insoles with a higher quality insole. For the longest time, I could not find any insole maker who combined odor control with a quality insole. Finally, Timberland did so. I put these in my new (2nd pair) of Mudslinger WP boots and could not be happier. A winner on both items.

Awesome!! I used them for boots by another brand and they made a HUGE difference. You have to cut them to the size of your shoe, but this is very easy. I replaced the souls in my boots with these souls. So, I just used the original souls as a template and cut these souls to size.

I found these to be excellent insoles, much better than those I have purchased at the drug store. They are comfortable and supportive, but they will make your shoes tighter for a while. They are probably best used in work boots or shoes/boots that have plenty of room available.

This size was a little big. I wear a nine and I had to cut a good amount. It would be better if they had lines to guide yourself but you kind of have to eyeball it. Overall, they are comfortable. I wore them to work once, and felt the difference instantly. Looking forward to buying one of these.

Day after I put these in I went through TSA for a trip and got flagged due to these inserts. They showed me that the two inserts are completely different on the inside. Even though they look the same on the outside. Either timberland is ripping people off on purpose or I "accidentally" received two different inserts in the same sealed container.

They are completely comfortable. I walk on concrete all day and they do exactly everything I need and want them to do. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
