Great, comfortable shoe. The only problem that I had with this pair was the shoe laces. After a while, they dug into my feet, so I bought flat shoe laces and that solved the problem.

These shoes are adorable, and I try to wear them as often as possible! I wear a 7.5-8 in US sizes, depending on the width of the toe box (my feet are very wide at the balls of the foot, and narrow at the heels). I ordered a 38 and a 39, and found the 38 to fit the best. There's plenty of room for the balls of my feet, and the length is perfect. My only complaint is that the laces of the shoes rub like mad on the tops of my feet, with or without stockings. I've taken to wearing blister bandaids when I wear these shoes, to prevent sore spots. A minor quibble, though, that has not dampened my love of these shoes. Highly recommended!

I love Fidji and was happy to find this style. They have a great unusual retro look. I can wear them with skirts or pants. They ran small. I have other Fidji shoes and always wear a 40 but had to get the 41 for a good fit. These are not all day walking shoes, as there is not much padding. I intend to put something in the sole just to help a bit, but they should work for a long work day. The V on the vamp and the cutouts give these a great line.

I am a size 8 US. I ordered a 39 and it was definitely big for me. But I imagine 38 would be too snug. The shoe also has a fade from black to dark gray which is not visible in the picture.

Have these in black and red and received many compliments when wearing. Good with jeans and dresses. The look is almost like a bootie making them a very versatile shoe year round. Fidji has a real winner here and the heel height is perfect. Hopefully Fidji will bring them back as a classic style in other colors.

I so loved these, but I ordered a 42 and I think I should have gone with the 41--I've got about 1/3" of extra room in the back. I usually take an 11, and as I was between sizes I went with the 42 based on the other reviews, but sadly it's not working for me. The width definitely runs narrow, which is fantastic for my scrawny low-instep feet, but keep that in mind. At any rate, the shoe is beautiful, with a funky vintage feel and good solid leather. I would get a comfort insole and maybe some ankle padding if I planned to do a lot of walking or standing in these--they are very well made, but they're still heels.

I bought the yellow ones last fall at Nordstroms in Chicago. I asked for something cute and comfortable and I told the salesperson that I wasn't willing to compromise on comfort. He brought me these. Thanks to these shoes, I am now a HUGE fan of Fidji! I wear a 37 in this shoe and am normally a 6.5-7. I have skinny feet with long toes and a high arch. I think this size works great. I can wear these all day, although I am sitting half the time. The only place the shoe rubs a bit is on the top where the laces are and on the inside side. But, a little of that Band-Aid rub prevents them completely. They look cute with jeans, slacks and skirts. They can be casual-artsy-cool or dressy. I always get compliments on these shoes. Love them!

Fun shoes and as comfortable as all of the Fidji styles I own. I'm on my feet for work hours at a time and Fidji shoes hold up. I've donated many of my other shoe brands just to replace with Fidji shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have giant feet, and due to the cute retro style, my feet feel pretty! I normally wear a 10½ and the 42 fit just great. I live in New York City and they are fine for walking, the subway, and to work. They might be a bit uncomfortable for all day walking, though. I love them so much that I am going to buy them in black as soon as they come back in stock! One downside: this shoe is marked "pearly purple" but it is obviously a lovely rose color. Good leather, though.

I bought these shoes in pearl blue from a major retailer last year and I love them. I was hoping to find another pair of Fidji from the same store this year but they no longer carry the brand. I am so glad Zappos has them.

These are beautiful, very well made shoes. The leather is wonderful and the leather lining would allow you to go sock less. The height of the heel is perfect and the shape is cute. These are great looking shoes! I wear an 8.5W and the 39 is almost too short and if I kept them would need some break in time.

I feel like I am somewhat of a Fidji expert, since this is the 7th pair I have bought from Zappos in a year (thank you for stocking this fabulous brand!). I love this shoe, but it is the first one that has felt a little crowded in the toe. I know that Fidji's come in 1/2 sizes, so wish Zappos stocked them for when the style ran a little small, which is the case for this shoe. (not giving up yet, tho!)

I wanted this to work but the 10.5 was too small and these do not come any bigger. Usually if a shoe comes in 10.5, that works for me. However, this fit much like a typical 10, which on me was too short and tight in the toe while being loose in the ankle and loose across the top of the foot no matter how tight I laced it. (Tightening makes the band too tight on its bottom edge while still gaping across the top.) Could work with a shorter but wider foot.

These shoes are so cute! I love the style, and the quality is very high. I'm sad that they were significantly too narrow for my wide feet.

I love Fidji and particularly love the style of this shoe, but it seemed a bit off when I looked at the chart. I ordered the 40, which is what I've ordered in Fidji before, and it is tight through the toe. I am trying them a little larger and hope it works because it is a great looking shoe on. Very retro and stylish. Love Fidji - Zappos you need to carry more sizes I always have a hard time probably because they sell out so fast.
