Holy cow, this block is thick. It's the same width and length of the common block but it's about 1/3 thicker. Wish I'd measure it so I could accurately describe. Maybe if you have average or above average hands it would be fine but I have small hands and short fingers so picking this up was awkward. Bummer, it's got to go back.

I rely on props for several poses. I use the Manduka cork blocks at home and in local studios but when I travel, I take foam blocks to save weight. The Manduka Thunder are by far the most stable foam blocks I've used.

These blocks are the perfect weight; not too light, not too heavy. They really hold you when needed. These are my most favorite of all!

I am a yoga teacher and these blocks are great for my students who need extra stability. I also love how these blocks hold up to traveling to classes in my block bag. Love the color too.

I bought this about a month ago and LOVE my new blocks. They are strong and supportive, but not too hard.

I love the size of these blocks. There's also just enough give so your hands can squish and grip around them while still be super supportive. These are great for active poses as well as restorative yin poses. The color is great and they didn't smell bad at all (compared to some other companies that I've heard can smell quite strong out of the packaging)

These are absolutely some of my favorite blocks. I love them and my students love them.

I bought these blocks to assist students with alignment during my yoga classes. I am a yoga teacher that travels to different places to teach that are not studio based, so it's important that I can carry what I need. These blocks were the perfect addition to my classes. The students love them too. The black color hides the wear and tear too.

I got these mainly so I wouldn't have to use the guns blocks, touching a block that was between someone else's legs kinda grossed me out. These are nice and light and easy to carry. I also love the inscription "practice on", the font just looks so cool!

I bought two of these a month or so ago and am glad I finally did. I had meant to purchase some for a long time and had not found ones I liked. I like the color, the weight, and the sturdiness of my Manduka blocks. I support recycling, whenever it is possible, so that is an added bonus!
