The shoe did not feel like it had enough support for high impact workouts and felt oddly large in the toe box. I'm returning it.

Bought these shoes because I did wanted a more minimalist shoe for the gym. These are NOT running shoes and that is exactly why I bought them. They give me a firm feel of the floor when using kettlebells and do not throw me off balance. I am very pleased with this purchase and like them even better than I expected to.

I love these shoes! I was looking for a cross trainer to replace my Pegasus 28+, I don't really care much for the Nike Free's or any kind of shoe that has a "barefoot" feel to them, If I wanted that I'd probably just wear hefty socks. The Nike Flex Trainer 3 is great for working out at the gym, the colors are super vibrant, I get compliments on them all the time! They are not, however, shoes for high impact, or at least in my experience when I run for over 4km they start bothering, unlike the Nike Pegasus (I absolutely love the Pegasus, but I wanted to try a new shoe, if I could, I'd buy them all over again). The soles are not removable, I might buy another more cushioned sole for running and see how that works. Overall, I am very happy with this shoe & would recommend to anyone looking for a new pair of kicks for the gym!

I have tried 6 pairs of cross trainers from Zappos to find the perfect one for my Insanity and P90X workouts. This pair was the best one among all of them. It is lightweight. Provides enough padding and support even during the toughest plyo workouts. Style wise the colors are great and the shoe looks good. It comes with additional green laces too.

This sneaker is great for bootcamp-like fitness. The toe box is really wide which feels a little weird at first but it's great once you start working out and doing cardio. This sneaker is also incredibly light weight with barely any arch support so do not use this as a running sneaker. Definitely true to size.

These shoes are absolutely perfect. Very lightweight and fit great. The shipping for Zappos is fabulous and products come in super fast.

These shoes are great! I got the black, neon purple and baby blue combo. They breathe well and also are light weight. I got these for weigh lifting and have proved to be awesome in comfort, and flexibility.

To put this simple... This sneaker has great support and it looks good! Best but so far for 2014 :)

I got these shoes for T 25 work outs. They work perfect! They are light and I am able to move and jump just fine.

I am a casual workout person and I have a slim build. I did not want shoes that would make me have clown feet! These shoes are nice and slim yet they provide a very nice cushion. I purchased the grey and hello high liter green they definitely make a statement, but I love them!

I love these shoes. I have skinny feet, high arches and long toes. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and they fit true to size. Since I have high arches I normally don't find shoes that go right up into my arch, but these get pretty close. They are light weight but I still feel supported by them. I have room for my toes and they sit right below my ankles without rubbing or pinching. When I move around they hold my feet in place. I don't feel like my feet are sliding over the edge of the shoe. Forgive me I don't know all of the technical terms to describe cross trainers, but I think you get the point. By the way Zappos customer service is GREAT!

Put these on today for the first time. Cute shoe but I feel as though something is needling me in my right foot around the arch area to the point where my foot felt numb. Can't keep it, so I will be sending it back. At first thought it was my foot but realized that I don't have this issue with any other shoes. :) Hope this helps.

Love these shoes! Was looking for a training shoe to do P90x3. Tony said no running shoes and that's all I have. I am really pleased with these shoes. They provide good stability for all the side by side moves and they look great. I normally wear a 9 but ordered a 9.5 because of all the moving and jumping with P90. Price was good, love the purple and I love Zappos!

With a narrow foot most athletic-appearing shoes are like clunkers on my feet. One time in the Nike Flex Trainer 3 in size 8 B I have found my love. Easy on the feet, good toe room, and cushioning. Width perfect. Friends in my exercise class have reminded me what a great looking pair I've bought. Ordering a second pair.

I absolutely love these! I get so many compliments. They are light as air. Comfortable as any other sneakers that I have worn and loved.

I love these shoes! I have pretty thin ankles and always have a hard time finding sneakers that won't make me look like I have giant clown feet! And these were perfectly petite and super comfy! Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a pair of sneakers that were comfortable, light & stylish and these sneakers fit the bill. They are great sneakers for exercising or casual wear. I also love that the laces don't become untied on their own - I know this is a minor detail but this was a huge issue with my last pair of sneakers. I'm actually thinking of buying a back-up pair of these in case they're ever discontinued!I was looking for a pair of sneakers that were comfortable, light & stylish and these sneakers fit the bill. I love these shoes! After doing a lot of research on many different brands and styles of athletic shoes, I found these and couldn't be happier! The pictures are very true to color and they even come with an additional pair of hot pink laces. I wear these for working out, flexibility and even running errands because they are so comfortable!

Best pair of shoes I have owned in awhile. Great for working out, walking, running, etc. Love the grips on the soles.

Great shoe for aerobic classes or a general gym workout. I love the colors. Typically I wear a 9 in Nike running shoes but with these, I should have gone with an 8.5 (my normal non-swelling shoe size).

I love my Nike Flex. I have a lot of leg and back problems and these shoes have helped both a lot. I am not training, just trying to be comfortable!

These are great sneakers - better than the last version Nike updated from. They feel less clunky, more fitted to my foot, lighter, but still durable. I might actually stock up on these rather than take the chance Nike issues a worse shoe next time. The only downside is that Zappos does not offer it in navy blue any more, which is fine as long as you're primarily using them to play at Wimbledon.

These shoes are comfortable and lightweight with good support for workouts. I didn't get them for running so I can't speak to that. Fun colors. The toe box seems a little wide.

I really love these. I use them for weight training, treadmill jogs and "Insanity." I love the overall color, the two choices for laces & the price. I did take out the Nike sole and add in Dr. Scholls sports gels but I always done that with all of my past athletic shoes since they offer more arch support.
