I love these shoes. I wear them to reformer & mat Pilates as well as barre class. I definitely get lots of compliments when I wear them but most importantly, they are comfortable, sturdy, and great for my studio workouts. It's an added plus that Zappos is just great.

Best shoes for Barre and Pilates. I teach both and do both and these are supportive and you can put on the flats and look great going about your day. I highly recommend these.

I cannot express how much I love these shoes. They fit wonderfully, you just have to get them stretched slightly to fit up at the toes. I'd suggest going ahead and buying the size that fits with the ballet shoes just because the studio wrap will stretch to fit better. I use them for yoga and for regular exercises just because of how comfortable they are and the traction I get with them. Please note, I work out at home on a mat, not at a gym.

I liked these the moment I saw them! Even though the studio wrap pack cost a lot more than I usually spend on footwear, I decided to splurge and try them out when I saw that Zappos offered them for less than I'd seen anywhere else. They look every bit as cool in person as they do in the photo! Sadly, they were so tight around my toes that I sent them back. I thought about going up a size, but the heel felt like it might slip off. I thought it might be about getting used to a different kind of fit, but my right foot actually cramped up and my toes began to fall asleep -- and I'm on the narrow side of a medium width for my shoe size. It's a cool and innovative product, but not for me. Grateful for Zappos' excellent return policy: the return was processed very smoothly.

Ordered yesterday afternoon and just received my Nike Studio Wrap Pack earlier this morning (thank you Zappos for free next day shipping!). Immediately upon opening the box I slipped both sides on along with the arch support ribbons (wrap around your arch and ankle as you feel best for support). They felt awesome! Although the fabric between the toes could get some getting use too but no worries there. I've always been a 9 1/2 in Nike and a 9 in everyday shoes so 9 1/2 is what I ordered. One hour of yoga and another hour of tai chi and absolutely no slippage. The Nike studio wrap pack is a keeper and now planning to buy more colors of the wraps themselves.

They for sure run small! I'm usually a 7 or 7.5 and the 8's are a borderline fit. Still deciding if I need an 8.5. Definitely size up. Otherwise these are going to be perfect for pilates!

Perfect for Pilates, yoga and all mat work. The outer shoe felt a bit short even having ordered 1/2 size up. I wear 6-6 1/2 and ordered a 7. Otherwise, shoe really keeps foot from sliding and off gym floors.

At first I thought that I would not wear the wrap inside the slip-on shoe because it felt too tight and bunched up, but a friend suggested that I remove the extra insole added to the ballet flat. I did and ta-da! Perfect! Now I zip to the studio with the whole shebang - the wrap, the ribbon and the ballet flat. I kick off the flats to teach my pilates and barre classes, workout and then slip them back on when I leave. They are really comfortable and just an adorable style. I did size up to a 7½ from my usual 7, but now that I removed the insole I am not sure that I would do that again. If they stretch out, I can just put the insole back in. The ribbon adds a little something - a teensy bit of arch support, but something better - it just keeps the foot stable in the wrap somehow. And it looks fabulous.

I love them for barre class. The inner shoe really feels good after you wear it a few times. The outer shoe is snug across the toes, especially when worn with the inner shoe, but not too bad. Both the inner and outer shoe stretch with wear so I would recommend only ordering a half size up.

These are very comfortable and provide stability for my feet and arches. For the reviewers who say there is no arch support, I wonder if they are using the ribbon. I also love having the outer shoe.

I bought these for pilates and love them. The color is fun. I bought a size 9 and usually wear an 8.5 to a 9. These are perfect. The wrap part does stretch out a bit after the first wearing.

Cute, functional and fun. The Nike Studio Wrap Pack is perfect for classes where going bare foot isn't the best option. The grip on the bottom of the "sock" is perfect and the arch support is easily adjustable to your foot. I have high arches and really notice a difference in these wraps. They wash up great too.

Love these! I use for Pilates and they are superior to toeless socks. They don't move or bunch on my feet. The shoe is great over or alone!

I love these for my barre classes. Great grip for control! I ordered a 7.5 - which is the same as I would order for any Nike shoe (I usually wear a 7). By the way, the wrap itself is a Small if you decide to purchase just the wrap (not the entire pack). I haven't used the ribbons.

Nikedotcom - not in stock, Nike flagship store, Midtown Manhattan - not in stock, Zappos - in stock, in my color and size, priced less and free shipping! I usually wear dress size 6.5 and sneaker size 7 so I got a 7.5 of these according to previous reviews. It was the right thing to go up .5 -1 size. The shoe by itself is comfy and springy, I'll have to write a review once I take it to yoga class to see if it grips my feet on the mat. But the ribbons included are too long or too short depending...they should give directions on these or more length.

I love these! Yes, they do run small, so knowing that from reading the reviews, I bought two and kept the half size up. As a runner I size up for sneakers anyway, and my Nike running shoes are a 10, but I still went up a size in these and the 10.5 was a more comfortable fit (Yipe!). I have normal foot width. Yes, the insert was tight, but it stretched out after the second use. I got compliments on them all the time and my pilates instructor even went out and got a pair after she saw mine. They're just so much better than socks, and they have excellent grip and absorb sweat super well. I haven't used the ties for barre, but I think they're a little too loud for me in yellow anyway. I wish they had more color options, but I do love the gray. The flat itself isn't too great without the insert in. It rubs against my heel, which is why I took a star; however, the Dr. Scholl's insert I use for my very flat feet in all my flats anyway solved the problem. Overall I think, especially at sale price, they are awesome. You get two shoes in one. The carry bag is super convenient and they really are excellent for Pilates reformer and barre.

Great wrap! I find the ballet flat a bit too tight on my big toe as my foot slides a bit forward. True to Nike for me I ordered 1/2 size larger and the fit overall is good. I use the wraps for Power Plate workouts. They feel great and give decent slip protection. Look cool too.

I wear these to barre class and they are perfect for class. The grips on the bottom are fantastic, I don't slide at all. I get tons of compliments every time I wear them. They're a tight at first but they do stretch out a little. Order 1/2 size bigger than what you usually wear because these do run a little small.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but these shoes deserve it. I have these in black and wear them to the gym...I weight train and between sets do a modified yoga series...these are perfect...you can't go bare-foot in the gym. Would I wear them to a yoga class? No...if I were doing just yoga, I wouldn't want shoes on and there are times I want my foot to slide. I wear an 8 1/2 and I bought these before there were any reviews...like most reviewers report...they are snug! I returned them for a 9 and that was a good fit. I think aesthetically the design is terrific. One reviewer mentioned the strap gives no support...I didn't expect a ribbon to give any support...but they look cool, so I guess they are "supportive" to my ego. I wear them with Capris and always get compliments.

I think I ought to have purchased right on the spot because now...no more black in the studio pack nor anywhere else. I want the black, as do many others. Great product. Great innovation.

The fit of the wrap part of the shoe was good, except in the toe box area where it squished the big toe and the all of the smaller toes too. The ballet style flat that comes with this package fits extremely weird, like they made it extra-extra wide to accommodate the wrap part of the shoe. It was also very stiff and didn't come with removable soles. FYI I wear about a 10.5 regular and I bought the large.

I ordered 1/2 size up and that seems like a good decision. I love the wrap, and the ribbon does add a smidge more support and style. I do not like the feel of the wrap inside the shoe -- I will wear the ribbon and flat to the studio then kick off the flat and wear the ribbon and wrap. Still convenient, really cute, great for teaching barre and pilates.

love the wrap but you must buy a half size bigger to get the outter shoe to fit and to me it is still a bit snug but going up a full size would have been too big Nike needs to remember alot of dancers have WIDE feet and the outter shoe hurts after a little while and presses on the big toe like the shoe is still to small even though I got it a half a size bigger, and honestly a little pricey. Guess I am paying for the NIKE check mark... For the price I wish the outter shoe felt better.

I purchased these because I've been starting barre classes and I wanted to get some fun accessories to help motivate me to keep up with the workouts. Also, I hate wet dirty socks, and it would gross me out how sweaty my feel would get when I would wear normal socks, and then would have to keep the socks on and put my sneakers on over them after working out. I like how breathable these are, and how they are more padded than normal socks. I don't need to worry about sliding at all. I also like how you can just slide on the outer shoes when you're coming to or leaving from class -- since I usually work out in the morning before work I like that this makes things zip-zip fast. Are these necessary? No. Are they super cute, fun, and make working out a little more glamorous? Absolutely. One tip would be to get ones with black bottoms, so you can't tell so easily how dirty they are (if you care about such things). Also, I think the ribbons are kind of pointless and I'd personally be a little embarrassed wearing them in public, but they are fun to wear around the house when stretching. Also, as someone with stinky feet, I like how the bottoms can come out of the flats so you can wash them separately. Clutch.

Love these! I bought them for belly dance & Latin jazz, and they're working out great. Super comfortable, and true to size. Nike usually runs small for me, but my regular street shoe size worked perfectly. (Note: if you are sweating in these, they will stretch out, therefore, the first wear should be a little snug). Wash and wear has been fantastic. I have high arches, and I find the arch straps don't do too much... until I'm in relevee (standing on the balls of my feet). Then, OMG - they're amazingly supportive. Only complaint, the bottoms are pretty grippy, which is great for doing planks and balancing... but bad for quick turns. Wish they had a pivot point -- then they'd be the perfect dance shoe.
