Comfortable shoe, I like the wing-tip style. One word of caution, these shoes are more orange than tan. The picture does not do justice to just how orange these are, think Texas Longhorns burnt orange as the real color.

I first purchased the Dr. Marten's Alfred Brogue in the oxford color and like them so much I bought the black and white. Excellent value, great looking shoes and comfortable too, even after wearing them all day. Continually get compliments on how stylish they look. Zappos does a great job and delivered earlier than expected on both purchases. I am a fan.

They are pretty stiff out of the box and hard to get into. Once you get in them they feel true to size but I guess the small heel opening makes them feel tighter. I wear a 10 and while putting them I was wishing for an 11. Once I was in them the 10 felt great.

These shoes are as pimpin as they look in the picture. Several people have asked me where I got them. It does take some thought to find outfits that match, but well worth the trouble. These were pretty stiff when new (they are Docs) so I would recommend wearing them around the house with a few extra pairs of socks on for a few hours before leaving the house for a day with them on.

LOVE THESE! I get lots of compliments on these shoes. I've always been a fan of Dr. Martens, especially since I live in a wet climate, and it can be hard to find stylish shoes for rainy weather. As usual, Dr. Marten's are a bit heavy, and run a little wide for a woman's foot. I need an insert for the heal so that it doesn't rub, but I put these in most of my shoes. I find these comfortable to wear all day. They are a bit clunky looking, but that is typical of Docs.

They are beautiful, well-made shoes but they are more orange-colored than I want.

Amazing shoe. Look great, feel great. You will receive compliments every day. Takes a little time to "break in," but they are worth it.

I love these shoes! They've become my favorites. Very good quality. They were originally a bit stiff when I first got them, but after a day or so of wearing them, they broke it quite nicely. Now they're very comfortable. In fact, I'm wearing them now.

I am a true 11M...I followed the size chart and found dr. Martin's to run a full size larger then the chart. After exchanging them I was very happy. The color is the best feature, with the non slip bottom and lace up front are nice additions too. I do wear these with a full medium weight running sock...and foresee a possible comfort insert once broken all the way in...they seem indestructible!

I'm a big fan of Dr Marten's; and once again, they've made a great shoe here. The only issue I've had with it is that it feels a bit narrow and slightly smaller than it should. It wasn't bad enough that I thought about returning them. I thought that if I wore them for a while to break in, that it would be fine, but it turns out that I will have to take them to someone to stretch them out. The odd thing is that I have the same shoe in the English Tan Analine color; and they are among the most comfortable shoes I own.

These are nice looking shoes and garner a good deal of attention with a pair of jeans. I don't consider these dress Spectators. The size was right on. Great construction like my other Doc's with the same comfort (which is moderate given the thick sole).

I have always worn same size in Doc's...but because the toe is not as rounded and tapered instead... my big toe now rubs at front of shoe. I really I need a half size as 8 is now a bit too small and 9 is too big. :( My old doc's fit just great and it's all because of tapered toe on this style so... Keep that in mind. Also, the shoes with cream are stiff but the other styles ,with just one color leather, are comfortable. Hope this helps!

Ridiculously uncomfortable shoes! I've been a Dr. Martens shoe fan for many years, especially for comfort & these were brutal to wear.
