I like the look of these Seavees - but I agree with the other reviewers in that they are poorly made. The right shoe fits different from the left, and in both of them, the inside of the back of the shoe has rubbed off and now irritates my foot. They are also uncomfortable to walk around in all day. At this price, these are a joke.

I bought a pair of these in size 10 after seeing that they fit more-or-less true to size. I tried them on and they seemed okay, but after wearing them for a day it became clear that they were too small and were giving me horrendous blisters on my heels. Thankfully Zappos replaced them for free and the 10.5s are much better, if a little narrow. In terms of quality, I've never owned a pair of plimsolls that lasted longer than a season. They wear out quickly! So potential buyers should understand what kind of product they're considering.

For me, these were one size too small - I ordered replacements we will see. Love the look - very perfect for my weekends at the beach on Fire Island.

Great shoe. Very versatile and comfortable. After reading reviews, I bought a half size bigger than I normally wear and they fit perfect. Need to wear them a few times before they are comfortable. Have a few other shoes that are similar. After a few wears, they were fine. Quality shoe and something I don't see on everyone, so love that.

I had really high hopes for these shoes, especially because of their price relative to similar looking shoes. Wearing size 15, I don't often find good-looking shoes in my size. These are stylish, no doubt, but I was really let down by the the fit. To give some context, I wear size 15 in Nike and Vans and those brands fit perfectly. Ordering a size up or down would not have helped. The length of the shoe was alright, but there wasn't enough room for my toes. I took the insole out, and they fit much better, but then I'm wearing a shoe without an insole and walking on hard rubber. If SeaVees made design adjustments, I'd give their brand another shot.

Nice and comfortable shoes. They are a casual style, and work well for most occasions. They are a good default shoe for my lifestyle. The material is breathable and easy to keep clean. The tread wears well, but the shoelaces break after about a year. (Wish there was a way to order extras.)

Shoes fit well and look great. Clean looking and fit comfortably. Best part is you can switch out the (thick) insoles with custom ones!

Purchased for active college age son with size 16 feet (!). These lasted much longer than others (Ralph Lauren has similar shoe that fell apart in 3 months). With nice selection of colors and the 6-month duration, quite worth the price. Thanks Zappos!

I bought these for my 30 something son. They came fast, size was perfect, and they look very sharp on him. He picked them out so I can't take credit for that. He says they are very comfortable.

Super comfortable shoe with classy style and felt of good quality. After reading some of the comments on other SeaVees, I bought a half size larger than usual and they fit great. I highly recommend.

The shoe fit very well for my very wide foot. The material is a little stiff, but I’m sure it will break in over time.

Shoe perfectly fit my need, and is very comfortable. There is better support than many similar sneaker type casuals. Only issue is I feel they will become worn looking very quickly, but that's life in the big city.

Great style, very comfortable, better made than similar brands. Natural Vintage Wash Linen color is a bit lighter than what you see in photos. I like this color more than the usual white. Unusual amount of eyelets. Fit is longer than size marked, but much narrower. So I had to order a half size *smaller,* which feels tight but I'm hoping they break in...

These are very comfortable and sleek shoes. They will take some breaking in as they feel a little narrow around the toes. This is to be expected though, and should go away within a few weeks of wear. My only real complaint is that the shoes do not feel as breathable as my canvas Adidas Gazelles. I may need to switch what kind of socks I am using.

First and foremost, I am surprised at the complaints for these shoes. I'm on my second pair of Seavees and love the brand. If you work in a very casual office like I do (flip flops, shorts, tee shirts) these are perfect. Understated and simple, they are great for those of us who don't always want their footwear to be smothered in a branding logo. Furthermore, the quality is very good. The fabric is tough and the sole can be removed for hand washing. My experience has been that their shoes run 1/2 size small. These were no different. I wear them without socks so there is a period of breaking in to keep the heels from cutting up my achilles. Other than that, I have had no issues with this brand. I highly recommend Seavees to anyone looking for casual style and quality in a sneaker.

Great shoes. My third pair of this model. The Navy ones are slightly smaller than the grey ones I have. Wish I had ordered a half size larger.

The style is great and that’s the only reason I bought a second pair. However, beware of the other reviews about quality, because both pairs of these I have owned fell apart quickly. Really disappointing considering the style is there. Just not worth the money
