These were my favorite for one summer and one summer only. The toe part broke out of the sole in only four months. In all fairness I did wear them every day but I've had $5.00 flip flops withstand more abuse. Zappos directed me to contact OluKai direct and OluKai directed me back to Zappos. Disappointed!

Got these AMAZING flip flops for my husband for Christmas! They are the most comfortable ones he owns. :) Worth every penny!

Zappos is my new best friend! Arrived quickly and exactly what I was looking for. Tried buying these on the OluKai Po website and was sent the wrong size! Anyway a perfect site! These sandals are a cut above and the piece going into the sole between your toes is very substantial-difficult to break out. Soles have a little lift also.

Very comfortable and stylish. Expensive but worth the price. Seems like they will last a long time.

These sandals are so good I order a new pair every time I need a new pair. I've been ordering these for 8 years. Thanks for the excellent quality and the customer service.

I have had multiple pairs of OluKai sandals, and this is the best yet. I have owned these for 2.5 years now, and wear them pretty much anytime I am not at work(including winter time in bad weather). They still look 90% good as new after this time, and I really cannot think of anything about them I would change. Yes, they are pricey, but they are extremely comfortable and very well built. The only part that is starting to show wear after 2.5 years are the rubber pods on the bottom, but they still have plenty of life left. I have never worn a better sandal. Compared to the OluKai Hiapo's, the Po' Okela are a very similar sandal from looks and comfort. That said, the Italian leather in these Po' Okela's seems a bit stiffer and more durable over time. There is very little wear on these at all and I would not hesitate to purchase again.

First, you have to be borderline crazy to pay nearly $200 for flip flops. So I'm in. These are the most comfortable flip flops you can own. Made like real fancy shoes will real nice leather. Driving shoe rubber pad soles. The straps sweep back to the heel. Too cool for school. They will be your Sunday church, wedding, funeral sandals day one. Olu Kai means Comfort + Ocean. The weird molded foot bed is a Wet Sand equivalent. Consider the impression your foot makes walking down the beach. That's the Olu Kai deal. The charcoal gray version is a risk worth taking. I'm a 10.5 sneaker guy and always go down to 10 for flip flops.

I absolutely suck in walking in flip flops. I would trip, lose my balance, come right off them; it would be hilarious to watch. With these it's a total game changer. Super comfortable, snug, but not tight, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Very stylish! It is pricy, but worth it. The quality out of these will last for a few seasons easily. I don't regret spending the money out of these and this is coming from a guy who hated flip flops.

Ordered different color and was not happy with the gray so Zappos exchanged without a hitch...love the new color as well as the sandal...one could not ask for better customer service than that provided by Zappos...

Only few days to break in. Had another pair I wore for 3 years, everyday after work! No joke, finally they broke. Had to replace them. This color is more medium brown, the band almost looks olive green in some light. Quality sandal.

I never thought I would pay this much for sandals BUT these are amazing. Worth every penny! You will see the difference when you pull them out of the box and you will feel the difference when you put them on!

I love the look and quality, but I the pair I bought when I was in Hawaii I returned within an hour. They are made of a very hard leather and my feet literally started bleeding on top. And I wear sandals a lot, and couldn't imagine how long and pain it would have been to break them in. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend them.

These sandals are almost too nice to wear. I don't know if they are truly worth the price, but the two differences that are obvious compared to other less expensive Olukai sandals are that Po' Okela sandals have laser engraving on the straps and are made of Italian leather. I can't imagine there any nice sandals on the market that don't have a designer label slapped on them.

Very very nice flip flop!!! Never thought my Birkenstocks would become my second favorite sandal especially to a flip flop. Awesome foot support and comfortable all day long (once broken in for me 2 full days then perfect). Zappos customer support is absolutely tops!!! I had a small rip in my flip flops and they replaced them with no hassle at all. Thanks Zappos your the best!

I originally bought the OluKai Manini and could not wear it because the leather toe post was excruciatingly painful. Ended up returning those and thought I'd try the Okela. Maybe it is the quality/softness of the Italian leather but I am able to wear these without any pain. Otherwise, very nice leather and comfortable. I normally wear a size 9 1/2 and ordered a 10. Perfect fit. I only gave this shoe an overall 4 because of the price.

Very comfortable, but save your money. Unless you are a devote of Italian leather, I would recommend the Mea Ola. It looks essentially the same as the Po'Okela and has full grain leather (just not Italian leather). The big difference is that the Mea Ola costs less. I gave it 4 stars overall because my pair does not give me anything more than I have in my Mea Ola. However, if you still want the Po'Okela, I will say that it is stylish and very comfortable.

Love these shoes! Pros: Very comfortable and I can wear them out at night. Cons: Very expensive for a flip flop. Sadly, right one fell apart after 7 months (strap pulled out of the middle). Had a 30 dollar pair that lasted me 8 years. Called Zappos and asked if there was anything they could do, sent a replacement pair no questions asked. Thanks Zappos!

I just received in mail. Sending back. Top of the line thongs. The leather finish looks far cheaper than my previous top 'o the line OluKai's. The leather looks like the finish has been painted on - cheap actually - not the beautiful natural leather look/texture. Especially concerning given that these are supposed to be their top of the line.

Probably the best looking sandals sold, but there is very little rubber on the outside of the sole so it only a very short time before you have worn into the leather near your foot. I ended up taking them to a shoe repair shop and having a plastic tap installed on the heel. Sole area could have been designed much better. I have two pairs of them black and brown. Same problem with both. Maybe designed to wear out quickly. At this price they should be designed a lot better. Ecco brand, model Biom Terrain, Sandal lasts much longer because of their sole and they are also nice looking sandals.

I'm really unimpressed. They are comfortable out of the box but they are not built to handle all surfaces. I've almost slipped three times because my last pair of flip flops had better traction. I would not purchase these again. Order 1 size bigger than what you normally wear.

The color is poorly represented - this is a green sandal not charcoal and java. Disappointed.

These are some fine looking flipflops! However they run a full size smaller then all their other shoes! Lame... That's a pretty expensive mistake for a company to make.
