My feet and heels hurt most summers because sandals don't give sufficient support for my very high arches. These sandals have really fixed that problem, even while standing and walking in them all day long. My feet are narrow and all the straps adjusted to fit fine -- it took a little fiddling with them but I got there. Orthaheel's sandal designs are generally rather clunky for my taste, so I was glad for this nice skinny strapped design. I like the slip-on styling (easy on-easy off!) which surprisingly stay on my feet quite well while walking. Two slight issues: 1. The strap that connects the two sections of adjustable strap slides to the side on so it sits at a funny angle on my foot; I'm thinking of seeing if I can somehow "shim" it to stay put, by sliding something into the loose loop. 2. The jute braid that goes around the sole (shows white in photo) has already frayed and come loose a little. I glued it back today. Overall I am so happy to have found these sandals! Who knew sandals could have such excellent arch support.

These shoes are great. The arch is a little higher than most Orthaheel shoes - but super quality. I really like them.

One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Fashionable too. Buckles let you adjust for perfect fit. Walked for hours on our last vacation with no foot strain.

I have suffered from planters faciaitis for a while. Orthaheel shoes have been a God-send. I purchased these after surgery for a bone spur on the bottom of my heel. These are great, give good support and don't slip up and down on the back. I like the fact that they are leather and are very well constructed.The buckles on the top can be adjusted.

I thought these were comfortable just out of the box but now that they have had some breaking in, they are very comfortable. If you think they are a little stiff, they will limber up. These sandals have excellent arch support, as others have noted. My feet love them and so does my back. I've noticed a big difference since I started wearing these and the Earthies brand. I have high arches and slightly wide but still (for most brands) medium width feet.

The arch is high, the straps are adjustable and this shoe would be perfect except for the slight heel aggravates my back. If you have a wide foot and high arch, give these a try.

I was very happy with these sandals. They are completely adjustable and have great arch support (I have VERY high arches).

Nice sandal. Size 9 fit perfectly. Wish the sole wasn't quite so stiff, but has great arch support. I have plantar fasciitis due to a rare form of arthritis, and have trouble finding the right shoes. These work. 4 stars on comfort due to stiff sole.

I ordered these and a similar shoe, Dr. Weil by Orthaheel Renew Toe Post Strap. They are both comfortable on my feet - so that you can compare with your own feet, I have high arches and a C width foot. Other Dr. Weil shoes I have tried were too narrow and had a ridge around the edge which hurt my feet. These have leather straps which are comfortable and flexible, and three working buckles - a previous reviewer thought they didn't all work, but I unbuckled and rebuckled all three. The arches seem higher and firmer than other Weil sandals, which for me is a good thing. All in all, I am very happy with these, although I had to return other Weil sandals.

These sandals have been a life saver for me this summer. They are the first shoe to give my any sort of relief for my very high arches and Plantar Fasciitis pain. My only complaint is about the suede type material on the soles of the shoes. They make my feet feel very hot and sweaty. As a result my feet smell terrible while wearing these shoes! I keep wearing them because of the comfort, but it would be great if they developed a better material for the soles, as I think it is ridiculous to have hot and sweaty feel while wearing sandals! I live in Seattle and it is not even very hot here. Other than this issue, the shoes have been great.

Love these shoes. Great arch support for plantar fasciitis problems. Great suede-like foot pad. They do slip off when walking. Another strap around the back would fix this. Bought 2 pairs. Lots of adjustability. Love it!

Very cute, love the dark orange leather. Not for low-volume feet: even on tightest hole they were too loose for my skinny size-11 tootsies (also a bit long). The arch support is intense - reminded me of the heel-bar supports that saved me when I had plantar fasciitis. Would be great for some, too much for others.

I had not tried Orthaheel shoes before I bought these. They were really cute and had very high arch support but unfortunately, I have very low arches and the intense arch support was a little too much for me. However, if you have normal arches, I think these would be super comfortable.

Love, love, love these sandals! But why do they keep making all the super cute ones with that micro fiber type fabric on the shoe bed? Great support but these are the ONLY pair of shoes I own that make my feet stink! LOVE Orthaheel but will not buy any styles that are worn barefoot and have that fabric on the footbed.

Runs long, which is an easy fix. Unfortunately, the front buckle over the toes is fixed and does not adjust, so I can't really make it work for my narrow feet. Too bad all of the buckles don't adjust.

All I can say is the second I put them on they HURT MY FEET. The insole design just hit in all the wrong places! It had nothing to do with length or width.
