I read the reviews and bought a full size larger pair. Could not be happier. I am a 9.5, but bought 10.5.

These are bright! My husband ordered them to be hip as a 41 year old. They are great shoes!

Love these shoes! At first glance, almost thought they were too blue and bright. Just took a second for my eyes to adjust! Great support and comfort. I did end up going with a size 11 and I am a firm 10 1/2. Have a narrow foot and found my toe hitting the end of the shoe. Great for running, walking or just wearing.

I have owned several Adidas Kanadia shoes from the 3-TR to this 5-TR. They are great shoes, great grip, great arch support, very light and very good shock absorption. These shoes are primarily designed for trail running, but I use them for field hockey on astro turf as well as other sports. And they perform excellent. This version of the Adidas Kanadia is the best yet which is the main reason I felt so compelled to write a review. The shoe is made of much more sturdy materials, the sole grip is great and the shoe literally holds your foot, it feels like a glove with the bands and arch support proving very supportive. The Adidas Kanadia 5-TR is the best version of the Kanadia yet.

Ok for the Adidas mens Kanadia fans you probably already know they started making the shoe a bit smaller. And if you're like me moving up another full size larger is too much. I was about to give up on Adidas, so it was great to see the k5 offered in more half sizes. So to anybody else, the sizing would be a 1/2 size smaller than say a Nike or new balance. Put these on and shazam! I don't think there's anything close to this amount of support in this lower price range. Sadly it looks like they're being phased out. Attn Adidas: offer more 1/2 sizes in the larger shoes or start making your shoes 1/2 size larger aka true to size.

First of all, let me say I do not run in these. I wear running/training shoes as my everyday shoes, due to knee issues, and I often buy trail runners because they generally last longer. As such, I can not be of any help to you runners reading this. I'm sorry. But here's what I can say...these shoes are great! I have wide feet, so I ordered a half size larger than my shoe size, owing to previous experience with Adidas trail runners. Because of this, they were a bit snug on the first day, and are slightly loose, now that they've broken in. They otherwise fit well, and are comfortable daily shoes for me. I've had many compliments on the color choice (I love 'loud' footwear), and haven't had any issues with them what so ever. I hope this helps, even if only a little. Cheers!

Not for me. I returned them for 2 reasons. I wasn't expecting the knobby parts to be so prevalent on the outer edges of the sole. Ideal for cross country running, but not on treadmill. Also, I wear a 12 in Nike, but this Adidas 12 was a little tight and a little cramped. Cool looking shoe, but not for me.

It's a very nice looking shoe and seems comfortable out of the box, but definitely get a half size or even full size bigger than you normally do! I always wear an 11.5 and it was unbelievably too small. Not sure what Adidas was doing.

I always wear a size 11 mens shoe in any brand but this shoe runs smaller than any brand I can remember and I go through shoes often. I really like the style and the shoe feels light.

I have been through 2 pairs of Kanadia TR 4's They were my favorite running-outdoor-do everything shoe. Wore the soles through on both sets. I was so excited for the 5's, but they ended up being narrower than the 4's, so I had to return them. Hopefully the Thrasher 2.0's won't have the same problem.

Great shoe, but the sizing is off. I wear a 11.5 and purchased that size in this shoe. It was too small, sent it back for a 12 and though the 12 fits - a 12.5 would be better. However, I'm not sending the 12's back since they are OK. I would recommend this shoe, but if you buy it on line try it out in a store first to confirm sizing or get 1 size larger than you would normally wear.

These shoes are not like other Adidas we have ordered. The Tongue is sewn in. Making it difficult for you to get your foot in, unless it is very narrow. Causing them to be too tight on sides of foot.

If you liked the Kanadia TR 4 or previous version, do not buy this shoe! You will be extremely disappointed. The design is completely different -- primarily, the sole structure has been changed and the toe box is not the same, either. I have owned several pairs of Adidas Kanadia shoes -- I bought the previous versions because of the fit and walking style. But for some reason, Adidas decided to do a complete revision of the shoe in this version. My walking style was very natural in the old versions -- and I've walked thousands of miles in these shoes -- but I found my feet slapping the pavement in the new shoe. The sole shank is noticeably stiffer, even after a break-in period. In addition, my toes feel cramped, despite the fact that I've been wearing an 11.5 in the Kanadia series all along. Which is odd given that I have never purchased any shoe above size 10.5 in my entire life (over half a century)! Having to order a size 12 would be completely absurd. To conclude, I am very thankful that Zappos accepted the shoes in return, because I wore them for a while hoping they would break in. But they did not. I hope they can get their money back from Adidas, and the folks in that corporation fix what they've completely messed up. Shame on you Adidas for "improving" something that wasn't broken (but do you even care?), and thank you Zappos for accepting my return graciously.

As stated in previous reviews the sizing for this shoe is awful. I usually wear a 14 and I couldn't even get the shoe on. It is at least a 1/2 to a full size smaller than marked. Not even close.
