TL;DR: Take the garbage insert out of these shoes and put in a better one for massive improvement. Love the look of these shoes! The inside has a soft fuzzy material. The only complaint with these shoes is that the insert that comes inside the shoe is super thin and hard. They were actually uncomfortable until I took a memory foam insert out of an old pair of adidas I had laying around. Now? I love them! Honestly though for as much as they're charging for these shoes they really should come with a better insert than the piece of shit one that comes with the boots. Take comfort from a 3 to a 4 or 5 by changing out the insert. Hey Palladium, add a supportive memory foam insert to these shoes and they will be great boots.

Awesome shoe. So warm, so waterproof, so grippy, and so light. I got the women's 9, which is very comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5.

I've never been more happy than these winter boots I can't tell how many ankle boots I've purchased claiming to be warm and then you wear them and they're not. Well these boots were incredibly warm! I was waiting for the day that I'd have to wear extra socks to be warm. The price was steep for me, but I bit the bullet, bought them and I'm pleased.

I bought this for my brother and he loves them. They are warm, comfortable and very stylish. He hasn't stop wearing them since he got them, especially since the weather has drop. The size was off a little. My brother is a 8 but when he wore it it felt tight so we got a size up, since it gets super cold double socks are required sometimes so 9 is perfect!

i think they run true to size... i normally wear an 8.5 womens in sneakers/boots. i ordered the 8.5 and 9, and the 9 was loose enough that my heel slipped in the back and would likely have been uncomfortable after hiking. they look great, are comfortable, and have an aggressive enough tread for light hiking. if they truly are waterproof as they claim, they are perfect!

The boots looked great and felt good too, but I ordered a full size up when I should have ordered a half size. They don't have my size (7.5) in stock so I'm sad to return them.

These are nice boots. Lined in wool and waterproof; perfect for winter where I live. I like the look; rounded toe and lace up the front. Sturdy soles.

I hardly ever review shoes. But this boot ROCKS. It fits well, has excellent support, it is waterproof, AND it is lightweight. This shoe protects almost like a work boot or hiking boot. But it is almost as flexible and comfortable as a sneaker. I don't know how they did it. It took 2 times wearing part of day to break in for me. The 3rd time was a charm. Amazing footwear! If you are into fashion you might also care that it is pretty cool looking. 10/10!

I was a little nervous about the fit of these shoes because I have large feet (women's size 12) and generally order a 1/2 size to 1 size up - these have plenty of room for my feet to swell a bit after hiking. The materials seem to be high quality and they are light weight. Although I won't be hiking a ton, I think these will be great.

I needed a versatile shoe to do some gentle hiking, wear with boot cut jeans, keep my feet warm + dry, and these absolutely fit the bill! I was afraid they might look clunky as I'm small boned tall woman with big feet. They look great!! I love them! They fit well and I can wear chunky warm socks in the winter with them without feeling constricted. I've always loved Zappos for their wide range of shoes and great customer service.

MUCH too big. I gave them to a friend who is loving them though.

These boots look & feel great, both inside and out. The outer suede feels durable and passes a fingernail scratch test. The inside is fur (probably "fur") lined and keeps my feet very warm- which is good, because I bought my true size and I don't think an especially thick sock would fit without feeling very tight. That said, with a more reasonably thin sock, the fur lining kept my feet very warm. As another reviewer mentioned though, you absolutely need to get more comfortable insoles. The included ones are very hard, but thankfully removable. I bought generic Air Pillo insoles, cut them to size, placed them in first and then added the original insole, since it too is fur lined.

I got these because they were being offered a a pretty good price. I needed a pair of boots for walking around the city in rainy cold weather. 2weeks in-Over all they seem to be doing the job. I feel they are mostly worth what I paid $100.00 but definitely not a the $160.00. Pros: The Palladium Pampa Sport cuff boot looks great. The boot does and excellent job keeping feet warm and dry on a cold rainy day. After some wear, the boot begins to break in and the initial tightness I felt in the width went away. The boot was extremely difficult to pull on initially but that too resolved with wear.They are fairly light for a boot but I don’t feel that is taking away from the over all durability. Cons: Initially the boot was extremely uncomfortable. I even contemplated returning them. The were incredibly difficult to pull on and I ended up accidentally ripping off one of the boot straps. The actual leather tore and I wasn’t tugging all that hard. The insole was essentially non existent. I bought some insoles that added the missing comfort.

I loved my first pair of palladiums, but on this second version the right boot constantly bunches up my sock near the toes. I’ve tried wool, synthetic, cotton and in different brands, but the end result is the same. They are stylish and the shearling lining is definitely warm for the winter. But the sock issue prevents me from any outdoor work or mid-to-high output activities. I think its more of a defective issue on this one shoe than the full line as other reviews havent mentioned this problem. I probably should have exchanged them.
