My son has several of these hats. He absolutely loves them but 2 times now we have lost them when they flew off his head into the water while riding in our boat. Unlike most other hats, these do not float at all, not even for a few seconds! This has been very disappointing! Otherwise we love these hats!

The hat is fantastic, only bad thing is if you have longer hair, it tends to slip off at times, other than that great product.

Comfortable, good fit, unlike some of the other "one-size-fits-all" caps. Good quality.

Nice hat but the fish is a bit small and you can hardly tell what it is. Since this was the whole reason I bought it (for my fishing obsessed son), I exchanged it for the fish flag hat which is the same line- just a different logo. Love it and think it's great quality compared to some of the cheap fishing hats he has. He loves it and I'll be keeping an eye out for more PFG gear. Only wish Columbia did youth PFG gear for all of these young fishermen!

I really like the color of this hat, the brim helps keep the sun out of your eyes, and the mesh helps keep you cool in summer weather. I did find the hat a bit snug even though I ordered the L/XL size. I measured my head at 22.5, so I was surprised by the fit. The only other draw back is because of its design there's no 'hole' to stick a ponytail through. (The picture clearly shows that, I just didn't give it enough thought.)

These are good hats and very comfortable. I only wish they didn't fade in the sun or discolor from sweat stains. It usually takes a while, but it happens.

I was excited to order this hat as my head is large. The old XXL hats fit great and I wear it 4 or 5 times a week. This hat fits the same as the L/XL hats I have from Columbia - a bit snug. It would be great if they brought back the real XXL size hat. Let's get it done Columbia. I have been buying Columbia for more than 20 years and they are my favorite brand.

Great hat its definitely a unique twist on hats but i like it, its great for fishing or a day at the beach

I bought this hat for myself, I checked the size and fit guide and I wear a 7 1/8 hat in most all of my fitted hats. Based on that I ordered a L/XL and it's too big :( loose enough for me to fit a finger in the gap. I'm going to gift it to my older brother and order a S/M for myself.

Sort of cheaply made. There is a bump under the band where the bill meets your forehead. Take the hat off, you got yourself a read dent on your forehead.

I was a little on the edge about buying this hat and having it fit weird on a women's head, but it fits great. I ordered the s/m size and it fits perfect!

If you are wondering if you would look good in this hat, or if it even looks good, you will. And it does. The only problem I found is you're gonna need a lint roller. The black front attracts lots of lint and very quickly too. I got into the habit of cleaning it every day.

This is the second mesh hat that I have purchased and I am as happy with it as I was with the first.

Great breathable material that keeps my head cool even in the hottest of days!

Overall its a good hat. does what a hat should do. It runs a bit tight. I have a big head and the XL was tight until i broke it in a bit.

These caps are great for a day on the water or wherever else your adventures take you. The only thing I'll say is that they run a little bit snug. In a universal cap I'm usually right on a medium. I purchased the S/M and its just a little more snug that what I'd say is perfect. I'm sure the more I wear it, the better that fit will become though. Still, I'd reccomend you try one on at a local store before you purchase one of the many designs online.

To be a xxl hat it's fits a little small, but I'm usually a xl hat so I live it!

Most L/XL hats are more than big enough for me. This one, so far, is not. Im hoping that it will stretch out a bit over time, because at the time of writing this review, it is leaving red marks on my forehead. Quality and build are great though.

This is NOT a regular sized hat, despite the details. I have a large head, wearing a size 7 7/8 fitted hat. The regular Columbia stretch fit hats do not fit me, even the L/XL version. This one does. I saw this hat online, but didn't notice anything in the description to indicate if the hat was larger (only the "XXL" in the title). I called Columbia to see if this was actually a larger hat. I was told it was not. On a lark, I decided to buy one anyway as a gamble. It is definitely larger than the L/XL hat sold by Columbia, but remains a touch snug for me. Even still, I love it. Thank you Columbia for finally making a hat big enough for my large mellon!

These are great hats... I own several different colors... If there was anything I would change would be to make them a tiny bit larger and offer more colors. Overall great hats and would definitely recommend

I got this hat this early spring 2015. I fished and wore the hat nearly everyday. I love the hat. Great fit. Great to keep the sun off your head but won't burn you up in the heat. The only issue is the color has faded significantly. I believe I have truly tested this product to the extreme and this is only if it has been really wore in extreme conditions for the hat to fade. I love this hat. I will purchase more

Love this hat, however just like all columbia hats if you get it in black within the first 6 months it will have faded if you wear it outside verymuch. wish they still produced it in black would love to buy another. runs a tad bit large. according to the size chart i need a samll medium, my head is a 7-1/8 and the hat is a tad bit big on my head.

This is my go to fishing hat. I like the mesh as it keeps me cooler than a full twill hat. Nice style. Colors will fade quickly, especially in the salty air! I like it though.
