This is a better than expected insole that fit my Merrell shoes perfectly. It was a tight squeeze to get it into the shoe initially, but has been a perfectly snug fit. It almost feels like I bought a whole new shoe!

I ordered Spenco TOTAL SUPPORT Max Insole Blue/Black which took only 3 days to arrive at my home. Cut the Insole to fit my shoe and slid it in. Now the big event. Slide my foot in. WOW! My feet feel super comfy. A bit pricey. But, your feet are worth it. Your shoes don't wear out but, the INSOLE WEAR OUT. REPLACE AND ENJOY.

I always put these in my new running shoes and have found that the shoes last longer and don't become compressed with use.

It took a day or two to get used to a significant arch support (I had been used to walking around on ones that were over a year old and very worn down). All-in-all, I am satisfied. I haven't gotten to try the on a very demanding walk yet, due to knee injury keeping me down. But an hour around the grocery store on cement floors went fine.

Great fit exact size

I got these to see if I could use them to replace my expensive custom orthotics. However when I compare them side-by-side there's just so much more support from my custom ones. They are not bad at all, it's just I need the best ...I have such a problem feet. I sent them back ...and I will continue to get the custom ones.

The most arch support of any insoles I have tried including all other Spenco's, supper feet orange and Vionic Active. My only complaint is for a mens size 14 M they were very wide in the arch area. The arch is plastic and seems like it will eventually wear out my Salomon XA 3d's fast to to the stress on the sides of the shoe. Wider than my Vionic actives and Super feet orange. Would fit perfect in a E size though. I have medium arches and these take some getting used to but are comfortable once broken in and your foot is used to them. If you have lower arches, I suggest looking at the Spenco total support original.

These have helped a lot, I think. I was having trouble with my toe joints, my knees and recurring plantar fasciitis, and I believe these helped. I did find them horribly uncomfortable at first, when the arch was hitting the wrong point in my foot; but then it occurred to me that I just needed to trim them a bit at the toe and since then, they have been fine. I do believe they wear out after about 6 months. At least, I am hoping that is the reason some pain has been cropping back up again lately. I'm ordering a fresh pair, and hopefully that will help.

Fairly good arch support, but could be higher and cover more of the arch area. I can only feel the arch support at the edge of my arch, not so much under it. Good, deep heel cup. There is very little padding. I prefer the Powerstep Pinnacle (blue). It provides more support throughout the entire arch area, not just along the edge, and it has good padding, which makes it both supportive and comfortable. As the day goes on, the Spenco insoles start to hurt under my foot because the material is so thin. With the Powerstep Pinnacle my feet remain comfortable all day.

They fit good but are not comfortable on the heels
