I've tried many of the Onitsuka Tigers over the years and these ones feel like they are holding up the best. The break in on other pairs was quite long (I have wide feet) but they hold up to daily abuse very well.

Love the look and feel of these. A great alternative to S**ba's which is my usual daily indoor soccer shoe. The outer sole is a bit hard and goes "Clomp, Clomp" on hard surfaces but they should soften up over time. The blue is really brilliant and they look great. Only had them for 3 weeks now, so I can not comment on overall durability.

These shoes are stylish, lightweight, and comfortable...great for casual wear. These shoes have minimal arch support, which doesn't bother me, but might be a problem for some. Tried the Adidas Sambas, but they were too narrow. The Tokuten have a fairly wide toe box for adequate toe splay (though could be a tad wider). Overall, as expected. Usually wear and 8.5/9; the 9 was the better fit.

I'd been meaning to get a pair of Onitsuka Tigers for almost a year, at the suggestion of my friends. I finally decided to try a pair out and I was pleasantly surprised. These shoes are not the greatest shoes ever, but they come close. They fit well, they look great, and they get the job done. I wear my Tigers to class and work almost every day. Sometimes I even go to the gym with them. I'd recommend these for someone who's looking to break way from the mainstream of shoes and style up a little. In comfort.

I love the look of this shoe, but there was simply no arch support. For a good sneaker at that price, I expect a supportive shoe. So I'll return it and watch for the Fencing shoe in my size. Also ran about a 1/2 size too big. Lists Men's 6.5 as a Women's 8. I'd suggest a 6 is an 8.

I was very happy to see these shoes as they look very similar to the old style sambas by adidas. Sambas used to be so comfortable but they have changed the last and they no longer fit me as well. The Tokuten are more comfortable than the new sambas but not as comfortable as the Mexico 66's which are my personal favorite. On the bright side the Tokuten have more support than the 66's and would be much better as an indoor soccer shoe. Plus the gum rubber sole is non-marking and sticky, great for running around in a gym.

The main problem with this shoe is the way it chokes up on your toes. The design is flawed since the underlying cloth inside the shoe has the tendency to cut circulation to the big toe. The overall fit was okay but on my right shoe it felt very uncomfortable and painful to walk in. Beware.

These are nice looking shoes and they seemed to fit to size accurately. However on receiving the shoes I was disappointed to learn that the upper is faux leather. Definitely not worth paying 80 bucks for faux leather in my opinion.

I love the style of these shoes with the wrap around gum bottom but they run super small. The sizing it really had to figure out. Otherwise nice shoe.

Shoes look great! Felt they were a little too big. Maybe not quite a full half size too big but definitely not my normal 9-1/2. I typically buy Onitsukas in a 9 1/2 and they are a perfect fit but these were a little different. I think I'm keeping them anyways.

I ordered these less than a year ago and I barely wore them. Yet, the inner back of shoes are already completely destroyed. It hurts to walk in them now, because the rough underneath layer (which is now exposed) is rubbing against my feet.

I had these shoes in my exact size. However the underlying fabric inside the shoe cuts in to your toes. That led to extreme pain and loss of circulation in my right big toe when walking.

I like gum rubber soled shoes. Having said that, this shoe last is completely flexible in the forefoot and aft of that region; the shoe provides no support for your foot whatsoever. A podiatrist would throw up if they examined these shoes. If you do not have prescription orthotics and your feet are not anatomically perfect in every way for support, this is a very poor choice unless you plan to only use them around the house as slippers. I use orthotics, and thank God!

Great looking shoe. However, totally uncomfortable. I am a female, usually wear size 9 or occasionally an 8.5. I got an 8.5 and am swimming! Could've used a 7.5. Disappointed and my feet hurt from wearing such a super flat, big, stiff shoe.

I was surprised to try these on and find that they did not fit. I have the same size in another style from the same manufacturer that fit perfectly. The shoe box looked like it had been returned several times in the past. Kind of banged up. Makes me wonder if the shoes are sized incorrectly and like me, everyone else returns them. Anyway disappointed. Will order a half size larger, but of course wary that those shoes will be sized correctly and will then also not fit properly.
