the only sandal I will wear, everything else feels heavy and I've worn Teva sandals for years. Nothing wrong with the old, I just like the new :)

Even tho' my feet are narrow the straps on the Teva Terra Fi Lite adjust to give me a secure, comfortable fit. They are my go-to footwear for the dog park: sturdy enough for the trails and perfect for wading in the river!

I use these sandals most days. Very lite and airy especially in the summer.

I have trouble with shoes not being wide enough at the toe box. These sandals are wide enough.

Very comfortable sandal and I love the fit. I think that the smaller velcro straps over the toe area are so small that they'll at some time quit grabbing. Overall, though, I like the shoe.

I really wanted like these shoes a lot upon first look but I must admit that they took a little getting used to for me because I consistently felt that the back strap was going to slide down from my ankle. Then I realized that it just sat low and learned to deal.
The shoes are comfortable after breaking them in, and are able to be adjusted in multiple places which is nice.
I will say that as a short person (5'2") with relatively small feet (6.5), these do look a little clunky on me, but otherwise I think they're really pretty good sandals. I wore them for the first time this weekend on a hiking trip and used them for general walking around on the campsite and very light trails. I don't think they could be used for any sort of extensive hiking.
All in all a decent shoe once you get used to them.

I wear these sandals everyday and love them. The only thing I am not overly happy about is that my feet smell after a full day of wearing them. I never experienced that before with my Tevas when newish, I experienced it when they were very old O(6-7 years old) but I am very surprised that I'm having this issue with them. I still think they are great.

What happened to the Teva Terra Fi 3? It is much more rugged and has better arch support. The Lite is just that. This model looks nice and is comfortable but give me back the Teva Terra Fi 3.

The padding by the big toe rubbed quite a bit and wasn't really comfortable or there wasn't enough padding.. also, I felt like I got hot foot from the bed of the sandal after wearing for a period of time..

I bought these because I needed a hiking sandal for my recent hiking ventures. I can't wear closed shoes for a while so I needed an open toe shoe that I could still hike in. We did two hiking trips to Yosemite and Glacier national parks, so we hiked daily while there. We were averaging about 10 miles a day. Elevation gain varied from 400 feet to 3500 feet. These sandals did well hiking on level ground, however when it came to steep terrain, I felt like the grip wasn't there, I had a few times where I would be slipping which made it difficult to get traction. The sole of the sandal has some firmness but I think it didn't have enough when trekking through rocks to give the foot support and not feel the rocks under the feet. I like the little padding on the straps of the sandal so the plastic and the straps don't rub against your feet causing discomfort. However, if your feet sweat you will have the issue of getting blisters, because I would wear my sandals with socks I would be ok but when I would take the sock off and hike in them and with the heat my feet would sweat and where the sandal sat on those spots that pressed against my feet it would rub my skin raw causing blisters. So I will not be wearing them in the summer for hiking without socks and only use them for easy leveled and short hikes. I used them for biking too (10-20 miles) and they did ok but had to wear socks so I had more cushion on those pressure points and also so I didn't get blisters. I would not consider this a good hiking sandal for long and strenuous hikes, this is more for the causal walks out and maybe easy short hikes. I didn't try them in water so I don't know how they would perform in that way, So I would recommend them for daily use or easy hikes but for anything rugged and hard core, I would not recommend them. I'll give them this, they are cute sandals and they clean up easy, but only good for limited activities.

These feel like a true women's standard medium width, but narrower than some other tevas. If you'd describe your feet as normal or even a little narrow, try these. Also, these don't feel tough and durable like the terra fi universal. They're very lightweight and the sole doesn't feel hiking durable, it feels like a beach sandal for strolling. Also ran just a bit shorter than some Tevas. I'm usually an 8 in teva sandals, but in these I'd need to go 8.5.
So I give this sandal 3 stars for my purposes, and in comparison to the terra fi universal. But these are good sandals if you're looking for narrow and lightweight. But I'm returning them.

As much s I want to love Tevas, the strap around my ankle is just too tight. I end up with about an inch or more of velcro exposed, which catches on everything!

the straps are short and do not cover my ankle in the front. Leaving me with a 1/2 pattern across my foot. disappointed for sure.

As an outdoor enthusiast, my troubled feet enjoy being outdoors. They have been happily wearing Teva for about 15 years with great satisfaction. The original shoe I purchased are no longer in production so I found some others that were much heavier but did a great job for my needs. I was hoping to get a shoe that is lighter weight than what I had, unfortunately the lighter weight meant I had to sacrifice the extra support and comfort I needed. For non-troubled feet that do not need extra support, these will do VERY WELL. My foot needs slightly more arch support and more cushion shock absorbency than what is provided in this shoe. If not washed regularly, they get smelly.

I ended up sending these back. I have bunions and the thin straps around the big toe were not very padded and were digging into my foot soon after I tried them on. I thought they were a little narrow as well. I've been much happier with Teva sandals with the single strap over the toes. Otherwise, they were cute sandals and would be nice for light walking/hiking.

I am returning this shoe because of the grey bed. I really like the shoe but I'm concerned with how dirty the grey bed will become after I wear them daily throughout the summer. It's just strange to have a light colored shoe bed. Please make these with a black bed.

I still love the shoes I bought almost twenty years ago, hurricane sandals. Arch support is prominently placed just where you would hope.
There's something sticky on the flatter footbed of this sandal which I'm having trouble to remove. I've had to trim the fray on the straps which is nothing I ever had to do with my first pair. You know how to make a great shoe for sure but this is cheaped out a bit. Hope you were looking for honesty. I'm keeping these. :). Appreciate your asking! - S Gleason
