Buy it. Normally I have a heater on at all times, wherever I can possibly have it, work, home, auto, etc. With this jacket, which it took about 2 months of looking around before a final decision was made, a heater is no longer necessary. I could not be any happier - with the jacket's functionality - feel - and comfort.

Love this jacket. It is just the right weight. Not too heavy and not too light.

It does run true to size, so I should have gotten a large, instead of extra large. There is a pull inside the jacket that broke after a few days of use which was kind of annoying. It's super warm, and comfy! I used it for skiing in freezing New Hampshire, and it worked just as well when it was too sunny for a coat. I had ordered something else previously, and I was able to return it for this with no hassle by Zappos.

The jacket looks great and is true to size. My wife was very happy with it. The only concern we have is the fleece appears to be showing signs of wear quickly. We'll continue to watch as that should not happen with a jacket at this price.

I was looking for a replacement for my black North Face Khumba fleece because I've worn it out and it's discontinued. I was so excited about trying the RDT 300 fleece in TNF black/TNF black. However, I ended up returning it because it's not black. It is actually a dark gray color. Also, the pockets have the ends of the bungee cord in them, which is thoroughly annoying when I put my hands in my pockets. The bungee adjusts the bottom of the fleece. Besides these issues, the jacket is super soft and feels very comfortable on. I'm 5'7", 122 lbs and a medium fit me like a dream. I tend to like my jackets a little roomier so I can layer and still move.

Really nice jacket/sweatshirt. I wish I could get it to fit me. The extra large is too big, but the large is too small. It seems to be about a two size difference between the L and XL. I'm disappointed. It's just what I was looking for. Both are going back.

I am a big fan of North Face fleece jackets but this one didn't make the cut. The pink on this jacket is so bright, almost a neon pink/purple. The color combine reminds me more of something a child may wear. This jacket is getting returned.

Sleeve armholes too high/small so I feel the jacket under the armpits, even over a thin T shirt. It otherwise fits well (5'4 110 lb, size XS). I have several of the otherwise-identical Khumbu jackets from 2 years ago that have raglan sleeves with more room under the arms. Disappointed in the style change.

This is a really pink jacket. I would call it magenta. Also, I can't tell if it's because it's next to the pink, but what I thought was grey almost has a purplish tint to it. The fleece is super soft, and I like the style, but only order this color combo if you are looking for a very bold magenta. Made me feel like a fourth grader, so I'm sending mine back.
