On the face, this review won't seem as helpful to you, but trust me, it's worth it. I'm a crossdresser and generally wear things ranging from 20-24. I'm 6' with a very athletic build, so I ordered the grey lace fencing version of this dress in XL. Even though I have a generally straight body type, the pattern helped create curves in some spots and accentuated curves where they were already there. And what it did for my legs? Stunning. Fell just about the knee, and made my legs look lithe and sexy.

Love this dress, form fitting and very stunning. I just turned 50 and I'm 5'9 and weigh 149 with 36C upper body. This dress rocks and I turned so many heads. This is my 5th Kamalikulture piece and I love this line.

I got this in black medium and it is absolutely fantastic - hugs in all the right places and feels fantastic. I'm a 5'11' 140 crossdresser, and wore it out for a night in Las Vegas and got many compliments. It may not be the highest quality material but for the price it's perfect.

This dress is gorgeous! It runs true to size. I am 5'7"; 117 pounds; 36-24-35; size small. It shows the curves, but not skin tight. The dress length hits right at the knee. Although it is a mock turtleneck, it still hits just below the chin line, or scrunched lower. This dress has it all. Quality fabric, versatility, comfortable to wear, just enough sexiness. Thank you, Norma Kamali, and thank you, Zappos! It arrived the very next day. I am a believer!

I absolutely LOVE this dress! The fabric is yummy & perfect if you enjoy showing off your curves. I'm 6ft & thrilled that the sleeves are long enough for me. I have the animal print dress & have worn it alone and w/ the Kamali wide leg animal print pants, w/ a thin red belt & red pumps! SOOO CHIC! Pls bring us more color choices.

Fabric was icky! The turtle neck is a mock neck. Length was way too long. The hunt goes on for the perfect turtle neck dress!

I bought this as a maternity dress (5 months pregnant) and it's very flattering PLUS something I can wear even after the baby. It hangs on the body very nicely.

I ordered an xs dress. When I took the dress out of the box, I received a tag that said xs and inside the neck of the dress said XL. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. Doesn't the company look at what they are sending before they send it out. I am going to try to exchange it one more time. Hopefully, I will get the right size this time.

I absolutely love this dress. It is so sexy but sophisticated at the same time. You can dress it up or throw on a sweater of a blazer and wear it to work. It does however run large. I had to return a medium for a small. I have never worn a small in my life.

Loved this dress - I wore it with black tights and pumps to an event a mid-week event in NYC, just threw on a pretty necklace and I looked totally put together. I did wear Spanx tights under it because the fabric is a little clingy -- I imagine I will wear this dress a lot! I ordered a small and it fit great, I'm 5'7' and 140 lbs!

Love this dress! I was looking for a little black dress to wear to an office dressy christmas party. I don't like to expose my arms in Winter and wanted an appropriate length for my age (48, 5'8, 148lbs and leggy). This dress is perfect. It makes me look sexy without over showing skin. I am also lumpy in the tummy area and this dress skims all the good parts and not the bad! (size M) If you want a tighter fit, you may want to size down. I bought a blingy chain belt and sparkly pumps to dress up. Will be easy to dress up or down.

I love this dress! That said, I usually wear a size 'small' and that is what I first ordered. However, it was too large, so I ordered the XS, which came yesterday and it will work well for me.

I absolutely love this dress! It is slimming (spanx is needed for that sleek look), comfortable and super chic. Perfect for travel as there are NO wrinkles at all. And, it washes and dries like a dream. I Wore it recently to a cocktail fundraiser with black fishnets and black high ankle strap high heeled sandal shoes. I wore it with a clear crystal statement necklace as well. Received amazing compliments. I'm 5' 5" and 132 lbs and I bought the small. My only concern at first was what was the front and what was the back of the dress as there is no label where you would expect it. There is a label in the area of the left armpit. I chose to wear the dress with the label on my left side. But, honestly, it probably doesn't matter.

I'm a little over 5'4" and about 135 (not sure - don't ever weigh myself). I typically wear a size 6 or 8. I ordered this in a Medium and actually found it to be a little too loose. It is comfortable, but if you're looking for something more form-fitting, there is a similar turtleneck dress by Michael Stars on here. Search for it. I bought that one as well in the medium and liked it better. I may exchange this for a small and have it as a comfortable every day kind of dress. I maybe could even wear this for work. As for a date dress, I recommend the Michael Stars turtleneck dress - same length and style for the most part, but a little more form fitting.

Definitely body-hugging yet balanced with a classic cut and office-appropriate length makes this dress perfect for day to evening occasions.

I do not generally like anything tight, but this looks equally nice with leggings or hosiery, heels or boots. I can wear this to a business luncheon, church or just a day out. It is very comfortable and flattering. I am 5'9", 150 pounds, this a real head turner without the price. I have worn this many times already and get compliments everytime that I wear it. It really stands out with patterned hosiery. If this dress was available when pretty woman came out Julia Roberts would have bought this dress on Rodeo Drive! One more important detail - it is not too short, still remains classy with a window of allure.

This dress is a minor miracle - even though it's clingy, it doesn't make me look bulge-y. I'm 5'7", 140# and got a medium - fits like a glove and my husband is a HUGE fan. Wore it out to dinner one night and he made me wear it again the next night!

This is a beautiful dress. It completely hugs your body. It's very elegant and also conservative. It hugs every curve so be prepared to hide nothing. I felt it ran true to size. I am an 8 and ordered the medium. It doesn't hurt to wear some shape wear underneath as it helps with any bumps. It is very sexy although you are completely covered. The material is also very comfortable and non wrinkly.

Just as the reviews for this dress indicated, it fits like a glove. It is just plain sexy. I wore it to work with black tights and boots. Still feeling too sexy, I draped a large shawl over my shoulders and it looked great. I have not yet washed it, so unsure about how it will wear over time.
