Absolutely amazing shoes. Very comfortable, stylish and garner compliments every time I wear them. The only detractor is the long pointed toe, it looks and feels a bit weird at first (maybe just me), but it is not anything that anyone else has pointed out (no pun intended). You do have to unbuckle the shoes to get them on and off, which is no problem, but there are those who will consider this to be the end of life as we know it, so I felt someone should bring this fact to the attention of the buying public. Out of the box these shoes were comfortable and required no breaking in period. The first day I wore them was to a trade show where I was on my feet for about 8 hours. My back was killing me, but my feet felt fine, not something I can say for a lot of shoes I've worn over the years. Well worth the price. I highly recommend Magnanni and Zappos.

Probably the most beautiful pair of shoes I have ever owned. Too many compliments to count and the quality is top notch. If you apreciate craftsmanship, you'll be glad you bought these.

Loved the look, they arrived and are very well made. But alas they didn't fit-too wide and too long, even though I wear a 10.5 M in every other shoe. More pointed than they appear in the picture, and that leaves more wiggle room by your toes, too much for me so I returned them.

I love these shoes. They are stiff at first and require some breaking in before they are really comfortable, but don't let that scare you off. They will break in nicely. Shoe trees help. The leather upper and soles are nice quality. Order a half smaller than usual.

These shoes are slick! They were definitely stiff out of the box, which is what I expected. That being said, they are very comfortable and very sharp. I have had tons of compliments and love wearing them. I went with a 14, which is the size dress shoe that I wear, and they were perfect. I would recommend these in a heartbeat.

Had the Miro's for about a month and so far so good. I don't wear them every day so it took several wears to break in. I have gotten compliments every time I have worn them. I normally wear 9.5 in Allen Edmonds but had to get a 9 in these. Monk straps are somewhat awkward to buckle but these stay on really well. I will consider Magnanni's again.

This shoe is absolutely beautiful and it is impressively constructed. I take and 11.5 wide and followed the advice to order a size smaller...and it was a disaster. I have a wide foot and these shoes do not come in wide. When ordering these shoes I recommend ordering by width. I checked the size charts and noticed that the width of an 11.5 in U.S. sizes in wide (E) is 4.4". The next size in narrow that is 4.4" wide is a 13. I returned the first pair (which Zappos made super easy!) and received the 13's in 2 days! The fit perfectly! I am delighted with my purchase and I will use Zappos again!

I love Magnanni shoes... and I never owned a pair! I thought the style was perfect. Made in Spain. Great website. Great online reviews. I was sold. I bought the Miros and they were beautiful except for the tobacco color. It looked EXACTLY like a dirty cigar. I know they were named tobacco when I bought them but they looked nicer online. The most accurate color depiction is actually Magnanni's website. Returned them for Francisco cognac, which is what I really wanted but couldn't find anywhere since they were sold out AT EVERY store. When I found Franciscos in a half size larger than I bought the Miros in not only was the fit nice but the color was outstanding. JUST as depicted in the images you'll find online. Point is, the shoes are superiorly made, phenomenal quality leather, fit like a glove, but sometimes the color is hard to nail perfectly with online images. Couldn't be happier. Already lining up my next pair to buy in black. Cheers. OH! AND I BOUGHT THE MATCHING BELT OFF MAGNANNI'S WEBSITE - an absolute must for any color that's unique (not for black).

Great shoes that fit well. The bottoms of the shoes are pretty bright orange, didn't realize that when I ordered them, but after a day of walking on them that was mostly gone. The color on these shoes isn't accurately depicted in the photos. The change from dark to light from front to back is much more dramatic in real life than the photos. I've received several compliments each time I've worn these shoes.

I bought these shoes about 6 months ago. On a lark I bought the shoes one size smaller based on the long toe and I'm glad I did. They fit like a glove and are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. They look great and have garnered a lot of positive comments from both men and women. The price point for the quality and comfort is a real bargain; the quality of the workmanship is such that I imagine these shoes lasting for quite some time. I would highly recommend these shoes.

The Magnanni Miro is a beautifully crafted show that exudes style and fashion. If you like a traditional monk strap design with European flair, then this is the shoe for you. Comfort tends to be subjective to the wearer, but Zappos has a generous return/exchange policy.

I get a lot of compliments on these--I think other people might like them more than I do! Clearly, the design works. By and large, these have been high-quality shoes and worth the money. They're a little too light to wear with a dark suits but look good with jeans, etc.

Very stylish. Not as tapered as picture. I recommend one size larger for those with wider feet.

Very tight. Get it a half size larger than you normally would. In terms of look, it’s beautiful. The buckles arena pain to deal with, but it looks great.

Shoe is absolutely beautiful. I do have issues with the fit. Length seems to be true to size and width is ok but the left shoe flexes just in the area off the base of my toes. This hurts to the point of not wanting to wear it more than an hour or so. Will try to get my shoe guy stretch it.

Outstanding style, however its an EXTREEMLY long shoe! Over 3-inches longer than my normal 11 1/2 shoes. Also, it is very narrow, I will try 1 1/2 size smaller and wide if they have it!
