Awesome Bag! I have a Tumi travel tote that I've used for years and wanted a backpack now that I am traveling with a laptop. This bag fits the bill perfectly. Protects the laptop, plenty of room for everything else and lightweight and stylish to boot! My Tumi tote loooks brand new after years of rugged use, so I know that this will last for years!

This is a perfect backpack! It has super comfortable straps. It stores without too much bulk. The padded section holds my Mac Pro perfectly. Phone, keys, etc. fit perfectly in any of the three pockets in front. But if you have large hands, it may be difficult to retrieve items from these pockets. I love the middle section for pocketbook, etc. I can store lots of files in this backpack. I use it almost daily. It is perfect for work, travel, or to go shopping. You too will enjoy this backpack. As always, Tumi makes excellent quality products that are meant to last a very long time.

It is a beautiful bag and featherlight. BUT the straps are wretched. Other tumi packs have excellent padded straps - this design is only one-third padded and has big square buckles that dig in with exquisite pain into your sides. I actually investigated retrofitting the bag with new straps. Some of you may be able to wear this but I strongly advise you to pack this bag and try it on before you toss the box.

I don't usually use backpacks for work, but found myself in need of one that was sleek and more polished than a typical backpack. This is a seemingly fairly slim pack, but accommodated my 15.2" laptop and several bulky pouches in the main compartment, with some room in the secondary space. The side pockets are indeed too small for most things, but can be useful for travel tissue packs, etc. Overall, very useful, and I'll continue using it. Tumi quality is excellent across all its products, and this is a nice addition to my collection.

I read the reviews carefully before ordering, and the negative ones did have a point. The top buckles do land at an awkward place on me, and the outside, lower, corner pockets are pretty much non-functional. However, the plusses much outweigh any of that. This is the first, lightweight, classy, city/travel backpack I've seen that is balanced beautifully. It weighs virtually nothing when loaded. It is a KEEPER!

I love this backpack. It's lightweight and durable. It does not have a luggage slip and the front pocket is big enough for a bottle of water when the backpack is not stuffed. Inside pockets are great, and the computer section holds my computer and e-reader.

There were less expensive, (very nice)alternatives, but I'm really glad I chose this backpack. It was a gift for my wife who wanted it for travel, but now uses it daily. As with all of my purchases from Zappos, the service was great.

Perfection! I work in the city and this bag is awesome! The right dimensions, lightweight, smooth nylon so clothes won't be ruined unlike other nylon bags, pretty, functional pockets with zippers...all around a good laptop bag.

Love it love it love it very organized and not too many pockets huge amount of space compared to my ll bean backpack (which was a good one) it feels like a Chanel suit. I can feel updated and chic walking the streets of NYC.

I bought this bag for a 3-week trip to Europe and I LOVE it. It is roomy enough for anything/everything you would need for a day out, including space for a laptop. I agree with the other reviews about the size of some of the outer pockets... very small! But overall it's a great bag, high quality, very comfortable straps, and looks much nicer than your standard backpack. In my opinion it was well worth the cost and I highly recommend this bag.

I really like the look of this backpack bag. The fabric had a strong feel and nice sheen to it, consistent with high quality material. The style and size is perfect. Unfortunately, there were box cutter slashes to the straps of the bag so it had to be returned. While I loved the inside of the bag, the outside pockets were a little too small for easy access. I do not have large hands, but I do want pockets that are easy accessible, which these were not. I like shopping with Zappos because of their return policy. I have no problem placing an order because I know it is 100% guaranteed. I am already hunting for another Tumi backpack bag.

This backpack is the perfect size for travel. It's easy to fit under an airplane seat and looks more upscale than most. The smaller outside pockets are hard to reach into, but the larger one is fine. It's very comfortable to wear. It, also, stays when you just fling it over one shoulder.

The color is fantastic! Looks stylish, very easy to carry. I bought just to use while commuting around the city but finding I'm using it daily. Very grown up lady like backpack.

I was really disappointed in this Tumi bag. It does not compare to other Tumi bags I own. First of all, the color was really weird. I got the lipstick color and it is bright red fuchsia. Second, the straps were not comfortable and felt flimsily made especially for a bag at this price. I wanted a bag to use for traveling as a carry-on and I tried to convince myself to keep it. But, after further inspection I could not justify this flimsy bag for the cost. My North Face backpack is not as pretty or chic but much more comfortable and functional.
