Great suitcase. This suitcase holds a lot. It is light weight for its size. It has lots of zippered compartments for small items, but they do not detract from the overall storage capacity. The case is easy to pull or push. The two separate sides allow you to pack shoes and heavy items separately from dresses and delicate items. The sturdy sides provide some protection from the airlines.

In response to the bad reviews above. The wheel on my 28" Renegade suitcase got dislodged on my last trip, also. I contacted Customer Service at KCWarranty@herit.com and they responded immediately.... by sending me a brand new replacement suitcase (because the color of my original was no longer available). That's what I call Customer Service. No need to go to repair shops in South Florida.

I love the look of the suitcase and the case seems sturdy. Could not find any other reviews on it. I'm changing over from a standard suitcase so I have to get used to this style. Disadvantages 1) hard-side does not pack as well b/c of limited depth. It's evenly divided so it makes it harder for me to pack everything in. 2) strap handle on topside is not centered, so when you pick up bag, it leans away from body making it harder to carry up and down stairs.

The style of this bag is trendy and hip. The wheel structure is piss poor and four wheels came off during my way out of the Atlanta Airport on the first usage/trip. Don't buy this product. I live in South Florida. The luggage repair shops I visited; the staff advise not to purchase this product again. The parts are difficult to come by and the cost is high.

One trip, and the airlines once again prove why they truly are the people who really put these bags to the test. On my trip to my destination, I checked the bag, some scuffs but nothing major. On my leg home, I noticed the bag had a chunk of plastic missing. Long story short, not as impact resistant as it claims. I will return this bag where I bought it and look to another brand.

I bought this suitcase in January 2015, I just came back from my second trip were I used this suitcase and one of the wheels broke down! So expensive and so bad quality. Don't buy this suitcase. Now I am dealing with the warranty, still trying to contact Kenneth Cole directly.
