I work 12-14 hour shifts as an ER nurse (tons of running around, standing) and my feet used to kill me after work. Not any more! Right out of the box I wore these babies for 12 hours and didn't want to take them off. I have wide feet, but was glad I went with the regular width. They clean off easily, the sole is non skid, and no more twisted ankles! (Ahem, Danskos) I'm going to stock up... I never want to work in another shoe.

What have they done to this shoe?! :-( This was to have been my 4th or 5th pair of the Klogs Mission shoe. I have LOVED this shoe in the past so much so that I couldn't wait to put them on in the morning. The pair that arrived this week appears of lesser quality and definitely is not as comfortable. The sole appears to be a hard plastic, not the nice soft rubber sole that I was expecting. What I've enjoyed about this shoe is the cushioned comfort which is no longer. The shoe feels rough and bumpy inside. If Zappos has any of the old style, please let me know and I'll be happy to buy them.

These shoes are simply amazing! Everyone at work is on the Dansko kick. I went and purchased a pair too, wore them 3 days (that's all I could take), then got rid of them...they are the worst shoes ever, my feet hurt for 2 weeks. So I did research on shoes similar to Dansko...Klogs won hands down to all brands according to reviews by ALL who wear them so I purchased two pairs from Zappos...my feet have never been happier! There is zero break-in time, I feel like I am walking on clouds, and they are cute. The arch support is wonderful, the softness of the leather is awesome, and the comfort is spectacular. I do not have any foot problems and I wear a 7.5 - 8. I purchased a 7.5 and they are a perfect fit. I ordered my shoes on Wednesday and I received them on Thursday. Thanks Zappos for carrying this brand and your excellent customer service! Oh, and one last comment, when I wore them to work the 1st time, all of the ladies were trying my Klogs on and agreed 100% they were much more comfortable than Danskos and thought they were adorable. If you are a skeptic like I was after wearing the other brand, try Klogs...I promise you that you won't be sorry and your feet will thank you.

So comfortable, but runs big. Look very professional. Rubber sole is flexible and the upper is not stiff. Stood in line at the airport for hours, walked all around the airport and downtown with no blisters, foot aches or rubbing (right out of the box). I wear a 9-1/2, but went down to a 9. The 9 feels like a Dansko with the heel slip, so I could probably even go smaller. I have a wide foot across the toes, but the medium width has a nice, wide toe box, so I didn't need the wide width. Will purchase again.

In hope of helping with sizing: I have a narrow foot with a high arch. Typically I wear a 9.5 --I found that the 9 fit *okay* but it was a little tight at the top of my foot. There was NO heel slip, and the comfort and cushioning is great. HOWEVER, I intend to wear this shoe at work for 12 hour shifts, standing or walking on hard surfaces the entire time, and I thought the 9 might get too tight. I returned the 9 and bought the 9.5 which has a little bit of heel slip -but it is minimal, and is NOT unsafe while walking. During the course of the day the heel slip diminishes (for reference I wear support hose and thin socks). As my feet swell a bit during the day I experience NO constricting pressure at the top of my foot, and the cushioning foot beds are working their magic!! So far, 3 shifts in, they are comfortable, cushioning, and my feet DO NOT HURT at the end of the night! I have also gotten several compliments on the cute butterfly design. Klogs Mission, for the win!

These are my "go-to" shoes. I have severe back problems and permanent nerve damage in one leg/foot from it and these are one of the only shoes I can wear consistently that allow me to stand or walk around for long periods of time. The insert that comes with it is pretty supportive and cushioned, but it can be removed to put your own insert into it. The wide size fits my WW foot - brand new shoes can feel a little tight but because these are quality leather, they loosen up with time. I'm on probably my 4th or 5th pair of these shoes and will continue to buy them regularly as they are a solid choice for me. I highly recommend if you have back issues. They are clog style, so expect them to move in the heel and not be snug. That takes a bit of time to get used to but it quickly becomes a no brainer. Klogs are a favorite brand all around, but the Mission are the best I've had from this brand.

Definitely order 1/2 size smaller than you usually wear. It was mentioned in other reviews and I took the advice. Glad I did. I normally wear a 11W. I ordered a 10.5W and the fit was good. Wore straight out of box without a break-in period. Really like these shoes. I've already another pair in brown. Hope these shoes aren't discontinued because I wanted other colors and all were sold out in my size! Searched other websites and found the same thing.

I ordered five different pairs of this general style of shoe in four different brands. These are the ones I'm keeping. I bought the brown leather, which is a change for me--I generally don't wear brown shoes. But the leather is a lovely color and has a very nice feel; it's soft but sturdy. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box. They are easy to slip on and off, which was actually something I wanted--a nice, casual shoe that requires no fuss. About my feet: I have a wide foot across the toe and a narrower heel, and I usually get away with a B width, but some shoes can be tight across the toe area, especially on the pinky toe. Not these. I have a high instep, too, but these did not dig into it as some of the other clog-like shoes did right out of the box. I like the non-slip soles and the molded inside. On me, as I walk the left one slips just a little with a sock of moderate thickness, so I might need a heel grip, but I suspect not. The right shoe fits fine. Definitely enough room in the toe box. I think they'll be comfortable with thicker socks as well, and possibly even barefoot, though I tend not to do that.

First, I bought a 1/2 size down because of all the comments about the Klogs running large. But when they arrived, they were too small, so I returned them and bought my regular size. I'm not sure why so many people said they run large; I did NOT find that to be the case. Second, these are the most comfy & safest clogs I've ever worn. I broke my 5th metatarsal twice wearing Dansko clogs, so I got rid of all 3 pairs, and have missed wearing clogs until I found these. Klogs are far better for your feet because the outsole is flexible & not rigid, and the platform is barely an inch. The arch support is good, and not overdone. I've worn mine for a week now and my feet are very happy. I'm on my way to buy a 2nd pair.

I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that are really comfortable with the different problems I have with my feet. I needed non-skid shoes for my job...all concrete floors.I love these shoes! Like slipping on a glove that actually fits. Soft leather and support. Zappos is the only place to shop on line. I ordered another brand...didn't fit and shipped them back. So easy and fast refund. If you need non-skid, this is the shoe. They look great too. Will be getting another pair and sticking with Zappos for their great selection and service. And if you are a nurse and have been on your feet for 35 years, you know what I mean!

I love these shoes, very cushioning and good arch support. I also love the heel height. I also own the Genoa shoes in this brand, I like the Mission shoe better because of the the lower heel height.

My foot has the length of a 9.5 but I often have to buy 10's just to accommodate my slightly wider than average feet. I always appreciate it when a brand offers a Wide option of a shoe. Mission's 9.5 W in Smooth Black Leather was a perfect fit for me in both length and width, and not only that - it's the comfiest work shoe I've ever worn. I love my Danskos for their durability and support, but they can be a little firm. The Mission makes me forget that I'm even wearing shoes. No break-in time necessary -- a comfortable cloud to walk on even on day one. The first thing I did was get back online to order a second pair. To my surprise, I found that the sizing of this shoe is inconsistent in other colors. 9.5W in Black Smooth Leather was a perfect fit, while Black Tooled was too big (actually too long) in that same exact size. I went on to have this same experience with other Klogs shoes. I recommend you take advantage of Zappos free shipping and free returns and order multiple sizes if you're going to try out a Klogs shoe. Once you find the right size you'll love the shoe, I promise, but it might take a few tries.

This is my umpteenth pair of Klogs Mission. The last pair I received was HUGE in this size, so I thought they had changed something. This time though, back to old reliable. Perfect fit, comfy, as expected. So glad I tried again.

I've been wearing Klogs brand for about 6 years now. They are the only shoes my nursing shifts can handle. Being on your feet for 12-14 hours is tough, but these shoes make it much more comfortable than any tennis shoe or other "nursing shoe" brand. I have bad plantar faciaitis and the support of these shoes with compression socks make my feet happy. I was a little concerned the blue/purple iridescent would be too much, but nope... they are gorgeous. Look good, feel good, true to size, non skid... they are perfect.

Ok Zappos, you perform a magical delivery service!!! ! I received my item OVERNIGHT!! It was on my porch less than 24 hours after I ordered it!! I already knew I loved the shoe because it's my 3rd pair of the Mission-style Klogs, but to get it overnight for free makes me wanna cry!! Thank you!! As far as the shoe, this long-time nurse will wear NO other brand. its the most comfortable shoe EVER. Period. I want to buy 10 more pair for fear they will stop making it. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. And ask my mother, I am PICKY about my shoes. This shoe is light as air to hold, and bends when you try to "fold" it in half- my shoes test before I will even try a shoe on! It's so comfy I love to wear them barefoot... but force myself to wear socks to keep them clean. I stand/ walk all day, every day at work and when I get home, I'm in no hurry to take them off. I want to be buried in Klogs when I die.

These shoes saved my feet! I have very high arches, and walking any amount of distance, including working in the garden, was a literal pain. I feared that I could start to have knee, hip and back pain from the conscious compensation that I would try to make with each step. I had just gotten some orthotics, which worked pretty well, but not as well as these Klogs. I have an indoor pair that I wear all day, every day, and another washable style for banging around in the garden. My feet are so happy. I also have been rejuvenating other shoes by replacing the insoles with Klogs insoles. I don’t think I’ll ever go without Klogs for as long as I live! One small issue: I have a very high instep, especially on my ‘worse’ foot, so the shoe was tight there, and I needed to get it stretched by my orthotics person. But I can live with a bit of tightness there for the difference it makes on the bottom of my feet.

I haven't worn clogs since they were made with wood. Boy have they changed! I need a comfy shoe I can slip on to run outside with my dog at a moments notice. I've been wearing those shoes named for a reptile that rhymes with "rocks," but when I fell down the stairs on Friday and injured myself, I realized it was about the fourth fall I have had wearing those. So I tossed them, and ordered these. These are so comfortable! And they're cute. I can't believe I wore those ugly reptile shoes for so long! I ordered half size down, as suggested, and they're perfect. Thanks Zappos, for always having what I need!

Read the reviews and was super excited to try the Mission Klogs, they did not disappointment me. I'm a nurse on my feet 10-12 hours per shift. I love them, super comfortable right out of the box! Can't wait to order additional colors!

I have long and very wide feet. I always order an 11 extra wide and sometimes even that is not wide enough. I ordered these shoes in that size. when I received them I was amazed at how big these run, lengthwise. I reordered in 10 extra wide. I got those today. I will keep theses, but I could have ordered a 9 1/2. I have other KLOGS shoes that run about 1 size larger than normal, also.

This is a great style and very comfortable for me. This right shoe is bigger than the left. I will get another pair to replace them.

I wanted to like these but could not find a good fit. Initially ordered in a 7.5W, but returned, as the heel was slipping and they were generally too large. Ordered 7W, thinking a smaller size would solve the heel slipping issue and be a better fit. The 7W was a much better fit in length, width felt true to size. However, the heel was really slipping, so much so I did not feel thicker sock or inserting heel pads would help. This pair unfortunately returned also. They appear to be well-made and would have been very comfortable with great arch support, if not for the heel issue. I do not usually experience fitting problems with my heel. As always, Zappos makes returning quick and easy; easily the best on-line retailer!

These are great shoes, I wear them for work, I'm on my feet all day. Great comfort, I recommend Klogs to many co-workes. However, this specific pair with the shiny exterior is cracking in locations around the front of the foot in multiple locations. I bought them in April, now 6 months later they are falling apart. Still comfortable, but not impressed with the durability of the shoe. I've received many complements on the French dog design.

Klogs sizing is not consistent. This Klog is true to size. With another pair, same model, the size 7.5 was too large.

A clog that finally fit my narrow foot.

My usual size is 7 wide, so based on reviews I tried a 7 and 6.5 - in the Medium width cause it showed Medium (C), Wide (E). I've never needed an E width. The 6.5 was definitely the right length, but both pairs were too narrow. So I'm going to try the Wide next. This Mission style feels great for every day, not too much heel rise. It has an impressive insole, lots of depth & arch shape. The leather is high quality, the outsoles are flexible & have give when you press into them with your nail. These are nothing like the hard/firm, non-flexible Dansko clogs!
