I am 48 with a soft midsection. These pants are incredibly comfortable with a rise that makes me feel supported and thinner instead of muffin topped. Pants are shapely and classy looking, thickness of material also helps give a consistent look through thighs (no bulges or bumps). I am 5'8" and pants are a little on short side, though. I wish they had more colors!

Love these pants! I am high waisted and have a very hard time finding exercise pants that come up on the waist. These are perfect and feel great!

Love these pants. I'm 5'6", 140 lb and ordered a M and a L. While the M fit okay, it was a little tight through the crouch, I was just a little uncomfortable about the possibility of camel toes so I went with the L and never have to worry. Wear them to gym, grocery shopping and they look great out for dinner with a tunic.

I haven't always had luck with Spanx, probably because I order true to size, when Spanx hugs very close and sometimes you're better off ordering a size up. I did so this time -- and these fit perfectly. I'm 5'6" and normally a medium. I ordered a large and the length and tightness were good, as is the material. I like the thickness of it -- I don't feel you can see through it. I'll be wearing these for our vacation abroad soon. They'll be perfect for the long plane ride, and for hiking and dining out. Plan to oder another pair.

I originally ordered these for my personal fitness class, and they are fantastic. I really feel supported in all of the areas where I feel most self-conscious. The flattering cut also distracts from my problem areas. I am a retail manager, and I love them so much that I now wear these to work at least twice per week. No one can tell the difference between these and my black dress slacks. am almost 5'10", and I will say that these are a little short for athletic shoes (if you care about that sort of thing), but they work well with flats.

This pant is great! It's worth the money. I've already worn & washed them a few times and they come out with no wrinkles. Also, they take care of my little tummy I'm trying to get rid of and they're high enough to fit comfortably.

Good quality fabric without being too thick. Size L fit me well, I am 5'5" and 180. Leg length long enough without being too long. I like these pants a lot and would order them again.

These are probably my favorite pants ever. I love the feel, the fit and the material. Great job Spanx!

Love these pants. They are pricey, but they seem well made and extremely comfortable. I like the higher waist that holds you in. I wish they were a bit shorter, so I'll need to roll up the hem a bit. But I'm super pleased with the fit and the comfortable flexibility of the fabric.

I'm an "apple" and slim through the hips/thighs, larger on top, 5'8", 155#, 32" waist, 31.5" inseam. My issue is tummy/love handles. I wore these for a couple days before reviewing them. I ordered these in both medium(my usual size in bottoms) and large because sometimes Spanx garments run small. I found medium a very comfortable fit and perfect length. Still I was looking for compression so now I'm ordering a pair in small to try but I'm keeping the mediums. The large didn't offer much compression on me so I'm returning them. My thighs are muscular but still on slim side and the mediums did feel snug on my thighs. I like it but I can see how they might feel tight on women with fuller thighs. What I like best is the higher waist! Most yoga pants are so low rise I can't even wear them. I have a long waist and like my waistband to sit at or just above my belly button and these pants fit me just right in waist. They are expensive but my experience with Spanx is their products will hold up to a lot of wearing and washing. The gusset in the crotch keeps these pants from digging into your crotch and highlighting your "package". I wish more women's pants had gussets in crotch. I have some men's camo pants with a large gusset in the crotch and they feel great in that area. Don't think having a 4-way seam in the middle of that sensitive area was ever a good design in women's pants! Wonder why it took so long for someone to figure that out? Well, Spanx did and its a great design. Think you'll be happy with these pants if you get the right fit. With Zappos free shipping both ways, it makes it easy to buy and try multiple sizes. Zappos lighting fast shipping and great customer service has me shopping on their website over manufacturer's whenever possible.

I love these I'm a bit chubby in the tummy and these don't roll down they stay put and give a little "squeeze" that slims you down and I could still breathe I got compliments on these...

Feels good and looks great. A bit long and had to hem them but can wear running errands after a work out. Very comfortable.

I wish they made long lengths over at Spanx! I'm not even that tall and my pants are just a tiny bit short. I'm 5'7 1/2" tall. They do the job of compressing all the jiggle just wish they were longer. I bought the Medium. I didn't return them because I thought they looked fine at first. Then I lived in them for awhile and exercised in them and realized that they tend to ride up a little with activity. I still love them and wear them, I just hope I don't look too silly!

Yikes - did anyone notice the petroleum smell of these pants? Look and fit are pretty good - could be longer - but the smell was such a turn-off. I felt like I had to wash my hands afterwards. Returning.

Great quality, great cut, waist high, but too short! (I'm just under 5 foot-8, so not like I'm a giant.)

Runs really teeny! I always wear a size small in these kinds of stretch pants but these fit more like the old fashioned panty girdles! I like the Lucy much better.
