If you are interested in a cheaper option for WWII reproductions, these are the way to go. The soles are a bit different, but nobody will be able to tell. They look like the real deal and could be used for either US Army or Marine reenactment/aficionados. With a pair of leggings, they look fine for the infantry/Ranger look. The support is great and they can be used on a daily basis for regular wear.

I normally wear an 8, decided to get an 8.5 for thicker winter socks but it was still too narrow! They are very light for a boot and looked as good as picture. Will order a larger size.

Super comfortable and fit great. Only downside is having to unlace them quite a bit to get on, but oh well.

Definitely my favorite pair of SeaVees. I would even say my favorite pair of boots. I feel I can dress these boots up. Equally, I can dress very casual with this boot. I especially appreciate the many ways I can dress with this boot when traveling. When I travel I prefer to take as few shoes as possible. Especially considering weight limits on luggage. These boots have a very sturdy footbed. I can step on a rock and not even feel it. Very supportive shoe. Ironically, I find this boot with all this boots support and comfort is not too hot. The boot seems to breath very well. I assume the suede leather is the reason for the breath-ability. The suede leather not only breathes but is likely why I feel like I can wear this boot when I am going for that dressed up look. I like the fact that this is a newer brand. I like to be the first to find new brands of quality and fashion. Love the Boot and I love purchasing from Zappos.

Nice quality but I wore these twice and realized they are so narrow that they are extremely painful. I have a slightly wider foot...but these are nowhere close to medium width. They are extremely narrow! Now they are a waste of money!

The price too expensive to me. Not satisfied with my item I bought, looks cheaper. The suede leather especially on tongue back lace wasn't same, like you know someone legs need to shave. And the footbed doesn't fit, loose, so need glue slightly. Overall I like but the details, disappointing.

Very poor fit. Normal size much too large, and one size down much too small and hurts. Wish I could return them.

I really wanted to love this "boot?" It reminded me of the girl of my dreams. So beautiful, yet so phony and lacking a sole! Seriously, the sole on this thing is practically flip-flop material. The leather is very thin and cannot last long. I thought about getting them resoled but the bottom stitching is also kind of fake as the foot it's sewn to is plastic. This is not a boot, it's a shoe that's designed to "look" the part of a rugged boot. This shoe is for the wimpy hipster with patchy beard stubble, you know the one trying so hard to be a man but is afraid of actual work.
